For the purpose of payroll time entry, we used this great tool

Kommentare: Because of Timesheets.com, I no longer have to manually log my time for my manager. My employer can get a precise account of the times I clock in and out of work thanks to this convenient feature. It's also useful for keeping tabs on vacation time and requests.

Vorteile:

The ability to save Timesheets as a PDF is a great feature. This system facilitates easy tracking of my work and provides solid data for reporting purposes. Because of its intuitive design, this website is very simple to teach others to use.

Nachteile:

A more convenient timing would have been nice. For instance, while it's helpful to see how long I spent working in total, I'd like an actual clock that displays the times at which I began and concluded my shifts.

The integration to QB. The versatility of the combination of projects, users and clients. Support is awesome!

Too much light shaded objects in the website. Hard for old eyes to read. QB interface is OK, but not out of the box intuitive.

Timesheets Works!

Kommentare: We have been using Timesheets since early 2017, and it meets all of our needs. The flexibility in time off accruals, the ease of user interface for the users, and the management tools for approvals, corrections and processing payroll are by far the best I have ever seen or used. I rarely, if ever, have questions from our associates on how to manage their timesheet. The support team is beyond fantastic. There is a chat tool within the web-based application, and I have never waited more than a minute or two for someone to respond. Most of the time, the support expert will ask if I would rather discuss on the phone, and call me immediately. I do not recall ever having to wait on a resolution or answer. They listen to the unique questions/concerns that the user has, and are always open to suggestions. If multiple users have the same concerns, they have made upgrades based on the requests. Great folks to work with.

Vorteile:

Timesheets is intuitive, easy to manage, and easy for associates to clock in and out.

Nachteile:

I have not experienced anything that I haven't been able to adjust too. As with any new software/tool, there are things that are different from what I was used too, however, I was able to easily adjust to all changes.

Amazing time keeping system!!

They helped fix my issue with uploading the payroll report into Heartland which has significantly cut down the time it takes to process payroll now!

Nachteile:

It would be nice if the monthly cost could be a little lower.

Timesheets.com: Is it Worth it For Your Business?

Vorteile:

Timesheets.com presents itself as a very easy to use / navigate. It has been incorporated within our department for several years and touched upon by multiple staff members. There is minimal training required and instills the ability to track various items, such as PTO and various jobs.

Nachteile:

Timesheets.com can work on developing a more automated process and time templates in a way employee times from previous weeks can be used if identical to prevent manual entry of hours. It can also work on integration with the most popular softwares and calendars based on user request.

Kommentare: Very great overall experience as I used timesheets.com heavily to reconcile time data and was easy to keep track of time submissions. We unfortunately moved to a new integrated time system (NetSuite) and no longer have the need for this tool.

Kommentare: My staff acclimated to Timesheets.com easily. As a supervisor, I had a few stumbles at first but nothing that couldn't be "undone." It provides great documentation all in one place.

Vorteile:

I will probably never be a "power user" of Timesheets.com since we have a very small part-time staff and our work set-up is not complicated. I really appreciate the technical support that's available to Timesheets.com clients. We are a nonprofit organization with a limited budget and Timesheets.com is so reasonably priced.

Nachteile:

When our account was first set up, I had a learning curve. I feared that Timesheets.com would be time-consuming each month--but the technical support and online tutorials really helped.

Kommentare: We have enjoyed timesheets. The transition to the new updated version, the transition was seemless.

Vorteile:

The ability to have different office locations along with employees that have to be on the road for their job, having access.

Nachteile:

Not being able to customize the time sheets to show or not show columns that make it look convoluted and unnecessary information for our reporting, along with font size.

Excellent Customer Service

Kommentare: Overall experience with Timesheets has been good. The product does what it says and the offer excellent customer support. I've never had to wait more than 60 seconds to talk to a person. Customer support team has worked with me to find a solution over the phone everytime I've called.

Vorteile:

Timesheets stands out for the simple fact that when you call with a question an actual person answers the phone and quickly and intelligently resolves your questions. This is priceless! Thank you, Timesheets for offering true customer support in an age where it is quickly vanishing.

Nachteile:

It is highly customizable so it takes a while to build out.

Preparing to Deploy Company Wide.

Kommentare: Fabulous. At present we are using an antiquated time tracking product. We started off about eighteen months ago with a different product. The interface on that product was not intuitive or user friendly.The other product's sales staff indicated that their support staff would be involved with initial setup every step of the way. That was not our experience. We spent a year, off and on, and about $3500 (not including labor) attempting to use the other product. Time and money wasted. The deciding factor, however, was poor support. Timesheets support has been outstanding. Quick to respond to live chat requests and accessible.

Vorteile:

The user interface is intuitive. One you get the hand of it, it's easy to find what you want.

Nachteile:

Would like to be able to create a formatted template for job description, or, in the alternative, be able to create custom project description fields. Such as:Owner entity:Engineers:--Electrical --Mechanical--Structuraletc.

Your support is exceptional. Every time I've had to contact support I got someone knowledgeable and who is fluent in English.

Nachteile:

I don't fully understand the system errors, but luckily people like [sensitive content hidden] have been kind enough to clean up my "trash" when they happen to be in my system cuz I've called with a problem.

I've been impressed with the customer service I've received from Timesheets.com from my first interaction with them. They are always right there when you need them, and you can tell that you are communicating with a real person, not a chat bot.

Nachteile:

I have no complaints. Timesheets.com has solved an important business problem for us and it's working out great. I think the service is affordable and worth the money.

Nachteile:

Like it all but there a functions on it that we do not use. I would recommend that new users try a free trial first it will be worth it.
