Kommentare: I have used Pollfish twice: before setting up my blog, and to support an MBA thesis on Strategy and Product Development.

Vorteile:

How fast it was to set up my questionnaire without the need to be tech savvy.

Nachteile:

The price level is not for the light hearted. It's an investment.

Lets You Design Professional-Looking Polls In Minutes

Kommentare: We're very happy with Pollfish for our customer polls. We run abou 4 - 8 polls every month, and we haven't had any issues at all so far. The polls function well even when there's lots of people submitting them at the same time. And the templates, native integrations, and the automated reports are also great additions. If I had to choose again, I'd 100% go for Pollfish.

Vorteile:

Pollfish is probably the single easiest software I've ever used. The drag and drop builder is great itself, but the template library also has anything we every need, so you rarely have to design anything from scratch. The templates are also designed very well, we usually pick one, do a couple edits, and deploy. The whole thing takes less than 10 minutes.

Nachteile:

It would be good to have te reporting features improved a bit more, with better automated insights, embeddable charts, etc.

Pollfish a Below average application

Kommentare: My overall experience is below average.

Vorteile:

Poll fish claim, they covered 700 m people's. It is good if true. I think they are not capable get results from targeted audiences. This is my personal opinion.

Nachteile:

Nothing is good about pollfish. I am not directly experienced with pollfish, but through ysense or time bucks i took their surveys which is not successful. I try about 500 times poll fish.

Kommentare: Overall, I am very satisfied with their services.

Vorteile:

I used Pollfish back in 2017, and I'm impressed with its evolution since then. It's straightforward to use, and you can set up proper screening questions and create logics where you want to show different questions to different audiences based on their previous answers. The dashboard is also very easy to use, even though you can export the data in various formats for further analysis.

Nachteile:

Although it's not a deal-breaker as it was within our expectation (I have an actuarial background), we realized that some of the answers/respondents are not of high-quality, meaning that in some instances, we realized that the same person answered with a different user ID's or some users provided "troll" answers to the some of the open-ended questions. I am sure they have their internal fraud and data quality checks, but some improvement is needed on that end.

Great tool to conduct the survey & user responses

Kommentare: We are a Fintech startup which deals with users all across the globe. Pollfish helps us to know the pre & post engagement of the features. With Pollfish, I can collate the data & check for the areas of improvements on the platform. Instead of spending hefty & not giving a fancy look to the surveys, Pollfish really helps to be budget-friendly & result-driven.

Vorteile:

1. The interface is really simple & highly intuitive for the first time users.2. It's customisable templates make the job easy by launching the survey in a quick time.3. Flexible filters & transparent pricing.

Nachteile:

1. Sometimes the data is not reliable as the data visualisation presents irrelevant results such as repetitive answers.2. Unable to reorder the questions & add imagery in the survey.3. It's a longer time & often crashes if the survey is lengthy.

Best alternative to SurveyMonkey

Kommentare: top experience. I use it often to validate ideas with potential users. The results are quick, analytics is detailed

Vorteile:

As an offering, we found out Pollfish to be comparable and even better than other tools we are using. Their user targetting options are quite better than the alternatives

Nachteile:

The UX and look and feel of the survey can be improved.

Insight lover

Kommentare: Outstanding customer service, responsive, immediate and knowledgeable, and one of your greatest assets. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is a great [SENSITIVE CONTENT] .

Vorteile:

The broad respondent network in multiple languages and countries, ease of set-up and cost effective.

Nachteile:

It does not allow for the scoring of responses that would provide a self-assessment for the respondent after the survey is completed. This is offered by Qualtrics and Survey Monkey and it's the only reason we continue to use Survey Monkey. The minute this is provided, we will be moving a 100% of our business to Pollfish.

Best solution to market your survey at an honest price

Kommentare: I'm able to collect a lot of responses in a short period of time at an honest price.

Vorteile:

Pollfish offers a lot of question types. It's almost impossible not being able to build the survey you are looking for

Nachteile:

It may be a little bit tricky to build a pricing survey based on some methods (like Van Westendorp method) but I know they are working on it

Cool and Easy

Vorteile:

I made a survey on it very fast and easily. It has many features that are great for conducting the right survey for you. I also was logged in to my personal account and not my teams account when I was making it (which was my fault). However, I contacted the customer service chat and they fixed my problem with ease and diligence. They moved the survey over to my team's account within a a few seconds. Ive had a very good experience for someone new at creating surveys.

Nachteile:

The "other" button on/off switch was hard for me to find at first.

Pollfish for Market Research

Kommentare: I've had a great experience with Pollfish so far. We used Pollfish to send a poll to user in the healthcare system to gain a greater understanding of their experience in healthcare and to see what tools would be useful for them in the healthcare space.

Vorteile:

I appreciate that Pollfish was intuitive both in creating a poll and also for the user who takes the poll.

Nachteile:

I would like a little bit more assistance in how to effectively use Pollfish. I don't have a strong background in technology so "pro tips" would be helpful.

Surveying tool that is right for you

Kommentare: Overall, Pollfish is a unique piece of software.

Vorteile:

Much of its responsiveness appeals to me. It is completely automated. Technically, it is of good quality. I enjoy the video and audio presentations for the items and services to be surveyed. I also use Pollfish to fill out questionnaires. It's simple, enjoyable, and a wonderful way to spend some time online, plus I get to express my thoughts.

Nachteile:

For me, I do not dislike anything in Pollfish. It is good however there are times where it is difficult to use in phones.

Pollfish is a useful if somewhat unsophisticated tool

Vorteile:

The product is intuitive to use and so inexpensive, you can really road-test ideas without heavy investment. As well, the team at Pollfish is eager to be helpful.

Nachteile:

The nuance of reporting is highly limited. As well, it can be very difficult to recruit nuanced populations. Lastly they do not offer the ability to use the software with the clients own database

Does what it says

Vorteile:

Polish has been a great tool for our needs. We needed to survey a large sample of the population, spread across ages and locations, and Pollfish enabled us to do just that. It was easy to implement the surveys and the data that is included about participants (age, location, etc) was very helpful.

Nachteile:

One of our surveys was scheduled ahead of time to run the day after Thanksgiving, specifically to collect holiday-related data, and it just never ran despite having been confirmed by Pollfish. We scheduled it so that we could take the day off, and when it did not run, we missed the opportunity to collect critical data. We contacted customer service and were told there had been a problem with scheduling, and we were not charged for the survey, but there was not much explanation, and the missed opportunity is one we won't get back. Since then we have stopped relying on the scheduling feature.

Kommentare: My overall experience with pollfish is good but not the best.Pollfish is good for the users who started building surveys.Builiding surveys is easy in pollfish.The customer/technical support is good.

Vorteile:

Pollfish has a good beginner friendly user interface.Pollfish is easy to set up and use.The templates are good for beginners.There are different filters to filter the data.Pollfish can be reached to the majority of the targeted audience.

Nachteile:

There are limited features in pollfish.There is no upload option for attaching media and all.The application is limited to web version and in android version it is unresponsive sometimes.Loading a survey takes somuch time.

Fez Pollfish review

Kommentare: What I like best about pollfish is how easy the product is to use. It is very user friendly

Vorteile:

It is an easy to set up survey. The best feature is being able to pay per each survey done. This is based on the type of questions asked and to specific demographics. Also I like that it allows you to buy reaponses

Nachteile:

It is a little time consuming to set up the survey as some demographics I don't understand well. However overall it is a great platform.

Kommentare: Pollfish is a best platform for surveys it is easy to use. It is the best platform for the companies to do surveys

Vorteile:

It is mostly useful to companies and organizations for surveys

Nachteile:

Some of the surveys are not accepted due to fault statements

Very fast and affordable, with some data quality & features drawbacks

Kommentare: I really enjoy the speed of a Pollfish survey, including the ability to load it myself so I don't wait extra time / pay extra to field. Data quality and survey question options are my biggest flag.

Vorteile:

Pollfish is easy to use, fast to field, and the customer service has been responsive and helpful.

Nachteile:

Two main points of feedback would be around 1) data quality: sometimes the responses feel like a person is just quickly clicking through on their phone, and open ended questions often have poor results. While I know those are less than idea to survey providers, we find them useful. And 2) survey question options - they are still a bit limited in terms of options and structure.
