Quality protection!

Vorteile:

I have been a Sophos user for over 6 years now as that is what I had to protect my laptop in college. Being in the medical field I tend to have sensitive information on me very frequently. When I saw the phone protection software from Sophos I knew I needed to try it, and I am not disappointed.

Nachteile:

I have no complaints about the software so far!

I let my worried mind rest at ease by using Sophos

Kommentare: I have had a great experience with Sophos. In fact, things went so well I installed it on all my devices.

Vorteile:

I write a lot. Part of my job also includes turning this writing into audio recordings. So this means I have a lot of saved data I have to worry about. It's my bread and butter. Sophos has turned out to be a bit of software that has set my mind to ease. This day and age people are always trying to get a hold of your data. Hackers who want to hold it ransom make big earnings this way. Sophos keeps an eye on that. Not only does this application keep track of apps you install, but it simultaneously watches over your router to check for things like remote connections. It feels great having a little bit of armor in the day of digital media.

Nachteile:

When I first started using Sophos I thought it was an absolutely free program. It gives off this vibe. Get when you go to install the Security suite on your PC they will ask you to upgrade just like everyone else. This isn't a bad thing. They actually have great options on the free version alone.

Powerful Corporate Device Manager

Kommentare: Sophos has allowed me to connect all my devices to our corporate network securely.

Vorteile:

Sophos installs easily and didn't require excessive communication between me and our IT department because it's fairly self-explanatory once the system is in place for you to connect a new device.

Nachteile:

Sophos has an almost scary amount of control over the devices which I have to connect through it, and sometimes it is over-sensitive in blocking websites which I know are safe.

Sophos is the pinnacle of endpoint security.

Kommentare: We've been utilizing Sophos in our organization since 2019, and we've had a great experience with it thus far. The remote deployment worked effectively on the majority of our machines. Sophos Endpoint Protection is a great tool that's easy to set up and use for employees. Almost all of our organization's PCs are now protected by Sophos. We are not permitted to download anything from official software sites without their authorization. Daily activity reports and an alert in the case of any detrimental activity are sent to our Security Managers on a regular basis. Thanks to Sophos, they are always aware of each and every member's activities.

Vorteile:

There are a lot of features given by Sophos that I really enjoyed, the first and foremost of which is the ability to track all of the users' activities that are under Sophos' supervision. Furthermore, you can simply restrict specific online content that should not be viewed by employees, and even if the information is blocked, the employees can still access it. If a user requests that the administrator searches for the content that he will be accessing, and the administrator agrees, the user will be able to access it following the administrator's permission. This, in my opinion, is one of the greatest features.

Nachteile:

Even though Sophos is one of the top security endpoint protection solutions, there are certain issues that need to be addressed, such as the incorrect identification of some apps as threads. Furthermore, for larger organizations, the initial setup, and configuration of Sophos take a long time.

One-stop solution for enterprise-level device and security management

Kommentare: Securing and managing the devices and data is essential in the world of the internet, if not sensitive information may be misused or stolen. Considering that fact, Sophos mobile control is a best solution to set up a central monitoring system that functions as both supervising and securing the software and wide variety of devices within the organization.

Vorteile:

Our organization use Sophos Mobile Control as a central device and security management system as it provides easy-to-use GUI and enable administrator to login and monitor the wired and wireless endpoints connected. It allows to modify the priorities and configuration at any point of time.

Nachteile:

Setting up the software components and configuring with firewall is a time-consuming process

The ease and integration

Kommentare: This has allowed us to manage our devices closely without having to worry about taking the device manually. Also the ability to install apps remotely is another plus to it all.

Vorteile:

The ability to integrate AT&t Mobile to automatically sync with the Apple DEP allows this flow to work seamlessly by the moment we purchase a new device it will automatically sync to the Sophos MDM

Nachteile:

There are times when it could get a little confusing on when you want to do profiles or task bundles but that is only understanding the process.

SOPHOS Review

Vorteile:

I like how the software is easy to access, utilize, and as I am part of the Security awareness team I love how SOPHOS provides the tools we need to deploy to our end users when setting up campaigns.

Nachteile:

I cannot give any negative feedback on SOPHOS, it has been nothing but positive.

Antivirus for Android

Kommentare: Overall we were happy with Sophos and its protection for our mobile devices.

Vorteile:

We use it to protect our android devices. Runs in the background with minimum battery drain and keeps us safe.

Nachteile:

Some of the more costly antiviruses have some advanced features and password manager, but it really isn't needed and there are free password managers.

Sophos Mobile Is the GREATEST

Kommentare: Overall My team really enjoys this program and is very compatible with our business. I couldn't recommend this product for any company wantingto manage their cell phone security.

Vorteile:

Sophos Mobile Management is very compliant with our company. We use this program to manage multiple phones and the user software is very easy to use.

Nachteile:

The installation of Sophos may be a little complicated if you don't know what to do, however once its figured out, you'll see that it works flawlessly.

Keeps My iPhone Running Great

Kommentare: I happen to own my own iPhone, but I use it for business all day long. Having an older iPhone, this helps me keep my iPhone running as best as possible.

Vorteile:

This software is a free download. I have an older iPhone 6s and this app tells me what is going on with random notifications. Everyone thinks that Apple is virus-proof and that just isn’t the case. This app warns you of rogue Web sites and e-mail attachments that are not safe.

Nachteile:

I wish that this app would provide more notifications based on my daily activity.

Must be improved

Kommentare: It is very simple to use, but not as complete as other solutions on the market.

Vorteile:

Very intuitive and fast deployment solution. It implements management solutions regarding apps, configurations and company data access and also a Security solutions in threat detection.

Nachteile:

It does not cover all the configurations that can be set on ios and android devices as other solutions.

Great for Basic MDM

Vorteile:

It does the basics of MDM management. It also has a AV with proven track record included. Fuss free and easily managed.

Nachteile:

It does have its minor glitches here and there. however based on its pricing plan, it sure beats the bigger boys hands down for simple MDM functionalites.

I love Sophos products! This is no exception.

Vorteile:

Easy to manage everybody devices from one easy to use portal. Hard to keep track of Mobile devices in todays world but this made it much easier!

Nachteile:

Was a little bit a work to get everyone added into the system but that was mainly on our end due to End Users.

My iPhone X runs great !

Kommentare: This app helps me keep my iPhone running at its best and keeps it safe from harmful activity.

Vorteile:

You can't beat this free download. Most importantly this app warns you of unsafe Web sites and e-mail attachments that shouldn't be opened. Cyper protection is key!

Nachteile:

i only just downloaded about a month ago and I haven't found any cons at this point.

Easy to use great control

Kommentare: control of our mobile devices, in case of loss or theft.

Vorteile:

ease of use, control of devices is wonderful. it allows us to control our apple and android devices with ease

Nachteile:

I would say most things are pretty easy and simple to use. if there was one thing I would say it would be the steps to setup a device could be a bit less clunky

This UEM looks very clean and is very simple to use.

Vorteile:

The UI is very clean and simple to use. That makes everything easier when setting up configurations for devices.

Nachteile:

There wasn't much of anything that I didn't like about this software. Everything was self-explanatory.
