Pxier has really helped streamline my event booking tasks! It's helped me work smarter, not harder.
Vorteile:
1. How easy it is to generate invoices and contracts. 2. Customer feedback form 3. Online application
Nachteile:
Some limitations with features and functionality. No Outlook integration. I wish it integrated more with other online software and databases.
I first started using this software over a year ago, when I started a job as an event coordinator.
Vorteile:
So easy to use!! Makes invoicing, Beos, & contracts so easy to find, since now they're all in one place!! I can't imagine my coordinating life without this software!
Nachteile:
I do not like that you have to recreate the same event even if its just the same as before. I can change the date of the event, but it carries all the info over from past event, which I what I want, but I also want to be able to save the previous contract.

It seems like I'm constantly having to log back in and my work won;t save. This is especially frustrating when typing as I'm with a costumer and then have to start over and go over the same details again in order not to miss anything.
There is also the issue of not having the event date, but only the contract date appear on the invoices. This leads to confusion and constant questions from customers.
Also, the reporting is not ideal and sometimes hard to understand. It would be helpful to be able to pull a report of events based on the event month and not the contract date.
Vorteile:
It was affordable and simple enough for staff to use with little training
Nachteile:
Constantly being kicked out, information not saving and reporting

Great program to work with, and amazing support whenever needed. Very easy program to learn and the program covers all the angles! The support I received from the representative whenever I had a question was 2nd to none...very quick and always explained in a manner easy to understand.
I highly recommend this program for hotels, caterers, restaurants etc...

I do not have any complaints so far. If anything, were thinking about upgrading and learning more about what pxier has to offer.
Very useful
Kommentare: Pxier is a very useful tool. As a recommendation, it would make my life easier if I could add/change menus, set up, etc. by clicking the event on the chart. It is a Little confusing to have to select the event everytime I select a tab (menu, BEO, etc).

Great Value
Kommentare: I've been using Pxier for almost a year now and I've had a great experience. The program is incredibly user friendly, the customer support is lightning fast and very receptive to feedback. I've previously worked with Reserv, Delphi, and ClubConnect, Pxier is by far the best value out there!

Many banquet locations. One software
Kommentare: PMG Group operates nine banquet facilities across multiple cities managing more than 100 halls. As a systems administrator I need a software that is secure and accessible anytime anywhere. This is exactly what I can do with Pxier Events Cloud software. Pxier Events lets me manage users easily and control their access. I could allow some users to view reservation from other locations but not make changes, as well as allow privileged users to work on multiple locations without logging in and out between locations. Configuring the system is easy and Pxier team is always there to help. Pxier Events improves efficiency by automating many of the daily tasks needed at banquet facilities and definitely saves money for the management. I would highly recommend this software especially if you need to manage multiple locations.
Pxier Events - Works Great!

We have been using Pxier Events software at Plaza Center-Ville Montreal for more than 2 years now. Our team completely relies on Pxier for day to day banquet reservation, customer & contract management, menu setup and work order schedule.
Pxier software has always been available and never had any downtime as long we we have been using. I did like to mention copy menu feature that saves us a lot of time. This option allows us to copy plain text to automatically generate and organize menu in the system. Based on our positive experience I would recommend this software.
Great customer service and easy to use
Kommentare: I feel that the Pxier event software is very user friendly. Anytime I had a question or concern about a feature; the Pxier support team was quick to respond. I really enjoyed the several contract policy options you have to pre-set to meet different function needs.

that we cannot clone BEO'S that would be a great help. It would help us save a lot of time by cloning information

Kommentare: This program has organized us and works so well. What is even nicer is the creator is willing to work with us when we need a change done - or if we have an idea. Easy to use once all set-up and can see at a glance what is confirmed, proposed etc. Also easy to copy a contract if a client says I want what I had last year - no more searching in a paper file and re-typing all. Love it.

Easy to generate invoices and contracts, you can work online, it is very easy to learn how to use it, its design is very nice and it is a perfect tool to speed up the work.
Nachteile:
It presents some limitations in functions and does not integrate with other programs. I hope it will soon be integrated with other software and online databases. I would like it to be cheaper.
Great Business Start Up Tool
Kommentare: Pxier was essential in starting our banquet hall business. The customer service team was great in helping us customize the software. It helped our business stay organized and the reports were easy to use and understand which helped with managerial decisions.

Great Support!
Kommentare: Pxier team was able to create reports to our needs and have the contracts to be printed in French and English. We are now able to copy paste from a Word document to the Pxier system without having to retype everything.
