Good marketing solution for small business

Vorteile:

I like the ease in which a marketing strategy can go from concept to implementation in just a few simple steps, we use it mainly for API and POS.

Nachteile:

I don't like the free email account provided but it's not a problem as we simply don't use it that much.

Excellent customer loyalty software

Kommentare: Amazing.

Vorteile:

The gift cards were so personalized and made our customers feel special.

Nachteile:

Sometimes a little tricky to set up on a dashboard in one single sitting.

doesn't integrate well with my POS software (Paladin)

Kommentare: Our overall experience with Repeat Rewards is positive, mostly because customer response has been good. Because of some of the integration problems we experience, we definitely don't utilize the program to it's full potential, which is impacts the cost effectiveness.

Vorteile:

Customers definitely like the program and I'm convinced it does promote customer loyalty. It works especially well with customers who are making relatively large purchases because they see their points accruing quickly.

Nachteile:

It doesn't integrate well with my POS program (Paladin), so we had to create a workaround in Paladin and we manually redeem customer reward coupons through the Repeat Rewards website in order to make the sales tax calculation comply with Wisconsin sales tax law. It also doesn't integrate with our online store (hosted through WIX) so customers sometimes get frustrated that they can't redeem their rewards when they purchase products through out website.

We LOVE using RepeatRewards!

Kommentare: We will continue using RepeatRewards to track our customers' purchases and rewards -- it's fun and easy to use overall!

Vorteile:

RepeatRewards makes it easy for our customers to earn loyalty points and gift certificates for our store! It also makes it easy to compile information (such as statistics, age group, and frequent shoppers) to make it easier for us to advertise for their needs.

Nachteile:

It was a little difficult to figure out the software at first -- there are tutorials to use the product, however, we still had to figure out some of the features on our own accord.

So far so good with the repeat rewards. It's pretty easy to use and the support team has been great.

Vorteile:

The ease of use. Adding patients and their information is very easy, and it connects to our POS instantaneously.

Nachteile:

Searching for patients, its kind of hard to do, but maybe I am searching incorrectly. It seems I have to click a few things in order for all the patients that have rewards to load up.

Great service

Kommentare: I was going to drop the service until I talked to a representative that walked me through how to better utilize the service. Now we love it.

Works Flawlessly but Not Great Results

Kommentare: My Experience was good. It was easy to use, easy to set up, and ran flawlessly in the background once setup.

Vorteile:

The software was extremely easy to set up and use. It is a great concept.

Nachteile:

The software was actually quite good but we didn't get great results from it. I just think a loyalty program for our type of products doesn't work well. For others, it may work awesome.

Its a complete loyalty and rewards application

Kommentare: It has made it easier to keep track of customer information and sales. It gives us the ability to keep all of our repeat customers information together and reward our customers for their loyalty to our business.

Vorteile:

The application has been a great asset, It is easy to use . We enter our client information and if needed can easily correct and update the information

Nachteile:

Its been great for what we use it for , so there really isn't anything that I can say thats negative

Great team and great product

Vorteile:

Great program to drive customer loyalty. Besides the obvious punchcard functionality, the email, text and direct mail programs are all superb.

Nachteile:

Could use a little work on both consumer and Merchant interfaces, but nothing that is a dealbreaker!

Rewards made easy.

Kommentare: Easy to use but loaded with features and options. Allows us to tailor a rewards program to different levels customers.

They have a great help desk, and are very willing to help you manage your program. Program easy to use on day to day basis.

Nachteile:

Still have allot of back-end paperwork to manage. It takes some time to get your customers all set up. Once set up, it is seamless.

Kommentare: An easy way to reward our customers for their loyalty!

Vorteile:

The Repeat rewards software is very easy to use. We do not even have to swipe a card with our system. Just input the customers name and you are in business!!

Nachteile:

The repeat rewards software really has no negatives to that I am aware of. It is a very easy way to reward our customers for their repeat business!

Repeat Rewards easy to use

Kommentare: We have been able to have a rewards program with very little effort and expense. We have almost 1500 rewards customers and they do use there rewards on future purchases, so it does promote shopper loyalty.

Vorteile:

Very easy to set up customers.Easy to add purchases on the backend. The reports and look up features are easy to understand. The link to send an email list to constant contact is very useful. The service is affordable.

Nachteile:

The email templates are a little restrictive in that you can't customize the graphics and offers. Sometimes the service is unavailable when customers are trying to redeem points.

Top Notch Customer Service

Vorteile:

It does what we need it to do and Repeat Rewards has been EXTREMELY accommodating and willing to work around our requirements and customize the software to fit our needs.

Nachteile:

The user interface is not as "pretty" as other similar services. It would be great to check customer history from the tablet.

Repeat Rewards Review

Vorteile:

Repeat Rewards customer service did a great job with the set-up. My customers appreciate the customer loyalty program, and it helps us compete with the "big-box" loyalty programs. It also helps provide us with purchasing trends, as well as giving us a platform for direct advertising.

Nachteile:

There is a learning curve to get the most benefits out of Repeat Rewards, but customer service is more than willing to help.

Great to work with

Kommentare: The staff has always been great and our rewards program is an integral part of our business. Overall, we love working with Repeat Rewards!

There is so much information available that sometimes it is confusing to navigate the website.

Its a good product just needs to work a little better with our Epicor product

Kommentare: we are able to offer a rewards program and we can use it for special pricing for sales on product in the store.

Vorteile:

The App and the tracking you can do do within the online back in website. The members have enjoyed the spin wheel.

Nachteile:

We have to enter the customer in 2 times once on epicor and one on Repeat Rewards. Also not much freedom on the emails that you can send out. Would use that more if you could put in out own info. Because we have to go add the customer into mail-chimp so we can do emails and thats a pain. Would also be able to edit on our own the member spin wheel

Repeat Rewards is Great!

personnel when dealing with them! Also rewards program works great for our Hardware store! Just have signed up for them to take care of my website and social media.

Amazing Service

Kommentare: Purchased a company that was using repeat rewards. Was looking for a way to keep my additional customers while being able to offer a perk to new customers. Repeat rewards did exactly that.

Iron cage advertising!

Kommentare: I've had Repeat rewards for over 15 years. If you want to keep your customers engaged use repeat rewards. Don't be cheap when it comes to advertising. Their programs keep them coming back.

Kommentare: Being able to manage our rewards program has been priceless. This software gives us the ability to easily pull up reports, update our app, and change user information easily.

Vorteile:

I love the customer service! Support staffs are always there to help and are my go-to's.

Nachteile:

I didn't like the old design as it felt outdated. Recently, the website has undergone a redesign that has made functions easier to find.

Overall pretty good

Vorteile:

The back office is easy to use and the reports are very helpful. The different ways to search is also helpful

Nachteile:

The fact that you can void a coupon if the guest changed their mind or it was added in error, this can be very frustrating.

Good option for independent hotels

Vorteile:

The product was reasonably priced compared to other products. It serves the needs we were looking for which was a rewards program for our regular guests.

Nachteile:

The tablet is not always easy to use so we often rely on the manager to enter data in the computer.

We have been very please with the program so far. Its achieved everything we wanted.

Kommentare: It has been instrumental in developing our relationships with our guests, including but not limited to, encouraging more frequent visits, introducing new guests, guest recovery

Vorteile:

Easy of use. Captures a lot of useful data and presents it in an easy to use format. Quick to find what I am looking for.

Nachteile:

Looking forward to more development in electronic membership cards. ie some that fits in Apple Wallet etc. Also more integration with other restaurant systems. Being able to merge data with POS, Reservation and other marketing systems.

Kommentare: We have use RepeatRewards for years! Our customers love the birthday postcard gifts as well as the anniversary postcards! Year after year, our customers look forward to their frequent buyer rewards too!
