Excellent customer service, frequent and useful updates, easy to use.

Kommentare: Helped with policies, procedures, and monitoring. Helped get thru many exams.

Vorteile:

Ease of use is a big factor. The software upgrades have been very useful. And with each upgrade, they issue detailed instructions on how the upgrade works and what steps to implement the upgrade. I also greatly appreciate the webinars. They are very responsive to the users.

Nachteile:

Not really much that I can think of. We use all modules in the software. I have even had examiners brag on the software, which never happens.

Necessary tools for information security compliance at an affordable price

Kommentare: I've been using various modules of the software for many years and am pleased with the depth and capabilities of the product. Examiner and auditors have also been pleased with the output.

Vorteile:

The tool is completely web based and accessible from anywhere.

Nachteile:

Some of the modules such as Risk Assessments can get pretty complex making them time consuming to setup and review.

Software from a bank we acquired

Kommentare: Very little compared to the main software we use. It is cheaper in grand scheme things but not what a large bank would need for Vendor Management.

Vorteile:

The ease of use, and the unlimited amount of entries into the respository that an user can upload into their database. Cost also

Nachteile:

Very limited on reporting as well as not a thorough Risk Analysis dynamic To mean, just an online document holding bin.

The pillar of my CMS

Kommentare: We started with compliance and have bought every applicable module since then. Very solid foundation for us.

Vorteile:

I was using this product's free version more than 10 years ago, and the paid version is even better and such a value. I like that I can establish the framework of my CMS in a manner that allows me to demonstrate what we "do" before any regulatory changes come our way.

Nachteile:

The policy management module is created for IT - wish it would encompass more functionality so we could manage all of our policies.

The tools can be quite complex to grasp and require ongoing training and learning for effective utilization.

Exceptional Product and Customer Service

Kommentare: We use many of the modules such as BCP, Vendor Management and Risk Assessment. It’s so great t be able to connect the three piece.

Vorteile:

The modules are easy to use and intuitive. The knowledge base is great and the customer service is fantastic. Many of the suggestions for enhancements by client get implemented which makes you realize the vendor is listening to their clients.

Nachteile:

Nothing specific comes to mind. Enhancements were made that fixed the issues I had.

Tandem is simple to use.

Simple and intuitive. Really like how the reports are built.

At this moment I do not have anything that I like least about Tandem.

As with any system, it is impossible to have all features available to your institution since processes and procedures vary from institution to another. However, more custom fields are being added.

We needed a solution for Business Continuity and Impact Analysis. Tandem delivered a product that was impressive not only as a solution but one that embraced our regulatory compliance.

Nachteile:

Tandem has many aspects to learn to get everything working. Training is a must but the resources are abundant.

Tandem Software offers customizable features with room for improvement based on user feedback. Initial setup suggestions were incorporated, but module unlinking flexibility is limited, affecting organizational deployment.

Perfect Vendor Management Platform

I love the ease of use and customization. The reports are incredibly helpful and it makes the whole VM process much easier.

Nachteile:

Nothing I can think of. The whole platform makes the VM easy and helps us keep track of what documents/contracts are due.

I Love Tandem

I like that it can go between other products in tandem and the reporting features

Sometimes takes a while to set up policies and procedures that relate to my bank

The bank loves the product. Thinking about adding more modules.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it's hard to figure out what to do in the modules. I think it's a team issue tho as most of us do not watch the videos on the products.

Tandem has moved our organization forward.

Vorteile:

The Tandem product modules are powerful without being overengineered. The modules share a common database where policies are linked to vendors, information assets, risk assessments, incidents, and audits. The ease-of-use has empowered more people in more departments to participate in vendor management, contract reviews, risk assessments, and continuity planning.

Nachteile:

I don't have any complaints about the Tandem products. I'll be the first to purchase a change management module if/when they build it into their ecosystem.
