Our team sees the dedication that the Zenoti staff have when working with any company. The attention to detail, resources provided, and outlines given to assist in our conversion process have exceeded my expectations! Vorteile:

It's a centralized system to chart, book appointments, manage clients and leads, take payment, and review any data pertinent to the operations.

Nachteile:

No cons for me to provide on the Zenoti system. As we continue to use and get to know the system, there may be opportunities of improvement, but all expectations have been superseded.

Best team ever!

Kommentare: We have had the pleasure of working with the Zenoti team the past few months, and it has been nothing short of excellent. Everyone on the Zenoti team has an answer or solution, no matter what. They have offered the best support, especially [sensitive content hidden], whom we have have the pleasure of working directly alongside with. [sensitive content hidden] is an endless library of knowledge - even things not related to Zenoti, [sensitive content hidden] will have an answer! His patience and dedication with not only our corporate team, but our individual practices is unmatched. Highly recommend Zenoti not only for the endless possibilities the platform has to offer, but for their amazing teams as well.

Vorteile:

The team and processes they follow for each imlementation. The attention to detail is immaculate.

Nachteile:

Their are some congifurations that are not as flexible with our enterprise and different workflows at each practice, but we are learning how to incorporate what we can!

Zenoti Review

Kommentare: Excellent. I was very pleased with the people we worked with to get it off the ground.

Vorteile:

The onboarding process was very organized and easy to follow. The people were great to work with. [sensitive content hidden] was an amazing help - he has a wealth of knowledge about the Zenoti system and knew every answer off the top of his head. This would have been a painful process without his help. He was incredible! Very happy with him - he made it super easy to get migrated from our old system onto Zenoti.

Nachteile:

It's a very robust (and sometimes complex) system, however [sensitive content hidden] made it easy to understand. He was a huge help.

I would not use the software there’s a 50% chance they will not onboard you

Kommentare: At one store, the experience has been OK. At the second store it’s been horrific.

Vorteile:

At one location they onboarded budiness. They are using it with success and generally like it.

Nachteile:

At my second location they Will not onboard us despite we’re paying for the software for two months and despite I’ve emailed them and called them several times over the course of the last month with no response. I keep getting a promise of a response from the chat advisors but no one actually calls me. I have money in the system because I learned how to do the basics from my other store and I can’t get the money out because they won’t onboard you. You can’t put in your own bank information they have to do it. I can’t believe how many different people I’ve called and emailed and chatted with over the last month and no one will call me back just promises .

Kommentare: After many years on another major platform, I was initially apprehensive about switching to Zenoti. However, the superior user interface, enhanced functionality, and strong reputation ultimately won me over. To my surprise, the migration process was seamless, thanks to the exceptional support team.

His ability to configure the software to meet my specific needs was impressive. I've gone through onboarding with other companies before, but this experience was by far the best. Vorteile:

Compared to my previous solution, the Zenoti user experience is excellent. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, making navigation seamless. I appreciate the range of features that enhance efficiency and streamline processes. Overall, Zenoti has greatly enhanced my workflow and satisfaction.

Nachteile:

Working with multiple delivery teams within ZENOTI was at times challenging. But [sensitive content hidden] was able to figure it out.

Great software that "does it all!"

Kommentare: Great experience with Zenoti. Highly recommend!!

Vorteile:

Zenoti is very robust software and our businses was able to use as a one stop shop for our business needs. Really appreciated the reporting capabilities as well as the built in marketing for emails and texts to our guests. Support team was very responsive and helped to quickly answer questions and provide resolutions.

Nachteile:

Implementation was a bit intense, but that is to be expected considering the customization Zenoti allows for each business.

Great SAAS that covers for our spa

Kommentare: Moving to a new system is always painful, but Zenoti has a large and capable team that helped numb the pain. Their system covers everything that we need in a MedSpa software.

Vorteile:

Zenoti covers everything for my business and is always on the cutting edge of technology and new features.

Nachteile:

Customer service can sometimes take a bit long, but my most recent customer service experience with them was exceptional.

Great Experience

Kommentare: We had tried working with other companies, but They are on boarding process the least painful. We always had a lot of help and insight [sensitive content hidden] his team did an amazing job.

I love the ability to customize things to our needs

Spa Moving to Zenoti

Vorteile:

Love everything about it! We have been in business for 24 years and they customized everything for us!

Nachteile:

Nothing so far. A lot of out issues come from moving from insight.

Med Spa Zenoti review

Kommentare: I would highly recommend zenoti. I worked mostly with Yogesh on the team and he was definitely my super hero during the process. He offered additional gelp and job aids and always checked in to make sure we were doing well

Vorteile:

I loved working with the project team. There was alot of onfo to lewrn but they were so helpful and patient with every question during the transition

Nachteile:

Its a bittersweet issue... there was sooo much information but that was becaise it was a completely new system we got to build from the ground up

Exceptional Onboarding and User-Friendly Software Experience

Kommentare: Overall, our experience has been excellent. The onboarding team has been exceptionally helpful—kind, patient, and friendly throughout the process. We've never felt that our questions or learning curve were burdensome or dismissed. Additionally, the training videos on their university platform are thorough and informative. The software itself is intuitive, logical, and user-friendly.

Vorteile:

We're impressed with everything so far! The onboarding process is highly organized and clearly mapped out. This is our third software investment for our med spa, and we've finally found an all-inclusive program that meets our expectations.

Nachteile:

Aside from missing E Prescribe, we like everything.

Beauty Edit Review

Kommentare: It has been very positive so far! we are still learning the ins and outs but I have no doubt that it will work great for us. Having the readily available support fro [sensitive content hidden] has ensured that our business operations were not interrupted which was very important for us.

Vorteile:

We are still getting familiar with Zenoti but so far all of the functionality far surpasses our previous software. The customer support we have received from [sensitive content hidden] has been over and above any other company we have worked with. He has been instrumental in helping us get Zenoti set-up and functional. He responds very quickly and address every issue in a very timely manner. We would have been lost without his exceptional support and I hope he is recognized for his incredible service.

Nachteile:

The migration from Aesthetic Record has been a nightmare but I do realize the issues were on their end so I cannot fault Zenoti for this.

A Lot to Take In, But Worth It

Kommentare: Overall the experience has been good. Our company has been in the middle of a giant relocation and build-out. Implementing a new system was naturally a chaotic experience due to our circumstances. I think that is what is impressive - the Zenoti team, namely [sensitive content hidden], was incredibly helpful in assisting us and we were able to go live with our system exactly when we hoped. Every time we have run into any kind of question or issue, we are met with prompt assistance.

Vorteile:

The ability to properly track inventory - this was our main reason for changing POS systems. Functionally fantastic and loads of features we were previously lacking.

Nachteile:

There are aspects that are a little clunky as far as administration and client experience goes, and the overall aesthetic leaves a lot to be desired.

Ivorn is AWESOME!

Kommentare: 10/10 STARS! Ivorn made the experience very easy.

Vorteile:

The calls and ease of using the system is much better than square. The people to help you when you have questions are very responsive and kind! Ivorn was the best for helping us get things rolling in a timely manner.

Nachteile:

Nothing! Zenoti has been the best, I used Square for about a month and it just doesn't compare to Zenoti!

Incredible software for growing businesses!

Kommentare: Overall Zenoti is a great software. We had outstanding support and assistance provided by [sensitive content hidden] and [sensitive content hidden] our implementation team throughout the integration process. They were extremely responsive and always available to us. Thus far we have experienced a reliable performance through out our daily usage with very few issues and are looking forward to the new e-prescription option in the near future!

Vorteile:

A very powerful software with comprehensive features and is a true all-in-one product. Includes online appointment scheduling, billing, POS, reporting customer management, product sales, marketing, etc. and has a ton of different integrations you can pick from.

Nachteile:

Incredibly time-consuming during the initial set up if you want to integrate a large amount of the available features.

Cutting Edge Cryo Change Over

Kommentare: Great! We were able to have all clients and services switch over with no issues.

Vorteile:

Our service team has been extremely responsive in setting up our new account. We switched from our old service of 8 years now and have loved this complete change over to Zenoti and all the features that come with it.

Nachteile:

Any communication that comes through the actual support portal on the zenoti dashboard takes WAY too long to respond.

Practice Mananger

Kommentare: Zenoti was just implemented across my three med spa locations in CT. Not only is Zenoti user friendly and easy to navigate but they also have a phenomenal team to execute these change across offices they are working in. Wanted to give a big shout out to [sensitive content hidden]. He was our go to and always had an answer real time. [sensitive content hidden] played a huge role in our success on Zenoti!

Vorteile:

Nachteile:

training videos could have more directed to my specific office and works flows

If I had to do it over I would not choose Zenoti

Kommentare: The customer service doesn't understand their own system. We went through 3 different implementation teams and each time were told the previous team didn't explain the right process of things. We had to redo so many things over and over. Many of the benefits they told us this system could do it could not.

Vorteile:

Nothing. Everything they told us this system would be able to do it does not.

Nachteile:

Extremely cumbersome and confusing. Not intuitive at all.

Onboarding with Zenoti

Kommentare: Overall, I am pleased with our decision to utilize Zenoti. It is by far the most advanced software I have found from a reporting and financial standpoint as well as infinite customization. That customization definitely comes at a time cost in terms of setup, but I think will be well worth it in the end.

Vorteile:

Zenoti is a pretty powerful piece of software that met all of our expectations and needs from an operations and accounting standpoint - and then some. We are still in the very early stages so are still learning to use some of the features and functionality - but I will say that I have been part of several software onboardings/rollouts with EMRs/practice management solutions, and I can genuinely say that I have not experienced a more helpful, prompt, and just all around wonderful team than the one we had with Zenoti. [sensitive content hidden] and [sensitive content hidden] were amazingly responsive and had great questions and feedback that helped us set the system up the way we needed.

Nachteile:

While Zenoti really excels in reporting and customization options, there are some aspects of the clinical usage that could be a bit more robust, and I would love to see an integration with Alle or other rewards programs! It's also not the most intuitive system to use/learn - but I have not worked with any software that has as many guides as Zenoti that show step by step how to do something. They also have weekly in-person trainings and Q+A for all users, I have attended one so far and found it incredibly helpful. So training and guidance is readily available after onboarding, which really helps with the less intuitive aspects.

Face Studio

Vorteile:

Zenoti helps our business stay functioning with the appropriate forms, patient profile, online booking options for the clients, as well as an awesome support team to help navigate through the software with additional changes and needs.

Nachteile:

its not easy to add certain items or promotional things on your own. there is usually quite a few steps to take to create one task

The ease of creating a guest account and checking availability for the Spa and Salon

Nachteile:

Its hard to understand the room types when looking at the daily calendar..

LIFESTYLE MENS HEALTH

Kommentare: GOOD, I AM GETTING TO KNOW THE SYSTEM WELL BUT IT IS DEFINITELY A LEARNING CURVE ESPECIALLY FOR SOMEONE THAT IS NOT AN IT EXPERT.

Vorteile:

COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENTS PAYMENT PROCESSING BOOKING APPTS AND FOLLOW UPS

Nachteile:

I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO BE ABLE TO SEND PRESCRIPTIONS THROUGH A ZENOTI EMR TO PHARMACIES.

My review

Vorteile:

The easy of use and the support in implementation was superb . I tried many other software and was very unsatisfied. After using Zenoti I am very happy and my team is able to use and implement it with ease

Nachteile:

The only issue was that invoice with balance payments cannot be closed

Learning Zenoti

Vorteile:

I like the amount of reports that can be ran, the tracking of our services and products. It’s nice to be able to run a report for each individual provider as well.

Nachteile:

Getting tech questions answered in a timely manner
