Easy to use, wonderful Customer Service!

Vorteile:

The CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I Cannot say enough good things about this. I help run a team, and I also do training. I recommend Trumpia to everyone I train and meet! I left a similar texting service due to lack of customer service. I interviewed 5+ companies and found that Trumpia was the perfect fit! The customer service before I even signed up was amazing. The contact at Trumpia was very good at explaining everything to me and I am very very happy.

Nachteile:

Sometimes directly texting one contact is annoying because you have to add them as a contact before texting them. Some platforms you can just send a text and type a number and its super easy. I do like that Trumpia is more concerned for safety!

Trumpia = BEST

Kommentare: Overall amazing experience. The support team is always quick to respond if ever an issue. Rarely any issues. Billing is easy and the sight is very user friendly.

Vorteile:

User friendly and customer service is unbeatable.

Nachteile:

I don’t like the fact that we are Charged for failed messages. Would love to be able to set a candidate into a set list.

Gets Job Done with few extras

Vorteile:

The customized lists of recipients was very helpful. Additional features such as scheduled blasts and QR codes were also great.

Nachteile:

The UI/UX is a little difficult to navigate and unintuitive.

Efficient & Targeted Communication Option

Kommentare: During our time using Trumpia, we have asked a lot of our Outreach Manager, [sensitive content hidden] , and she has promptly assisted us to our satisfaction every time. At one point, she had Trumpia's [sensitive content hidden] sit in on our call to explain some features on how we could get more out of the texting resources they offer.

Vorteile:

We changed to Trumpia because we were unhappy with our old text and email service because it was impossible to make changes to our plan and I could never get support staff on the phone to help. When we switched to Trumpia, they customized a plan specifically for our needs and their support staff has been outstanding!

Nachteile:

When we contracted with Trumpia, they were in the process of switching over to a new operating system so it was initially a bit confusing on how to run reports or find certain features. I felt like I was calling their support staff frequently. However, as they have continued to make improvements with their new system, I now find it very easy to navigate.

6 plus years as a Enterprise user

Vorteile:

We manage over 20 Shopping Malls that are constantly changing. It easy to add new Centers and get them up and running in a short period of time.

Nachteile:

The interface isn't as intuitive as it could be, but the Trumpia team has been working on updating the interface,

Easiest Platform for SMS Services

Vorteile:

I love how easy it is to use and the platform is great. Most important is the Customer Support! Five Stars for your team!!! They are always AMAZING

Nachteile:

The cost. Since we only use SMS I wish there was a simple, inexpensive way to go back to just purchasing blocks of SMS messages.

We decided to try trumpia a few years ago and signed up. Honestly i have not been that impressed.

Vorteile:

It obviously functions in regards to sending out texts. They system seems somewhat robust...but still not a lot that I like about it.

Nachteile:

Email system is not very good. Texting system has some flaws in my opinion...for instance once a text is sent.. if someone replies to it after an amount of time... it can enroll them in something else because the same number is being used by other companies. I have not used Trumpia in a little while because I found something that is easier and works far better.

Great service. Easy to setup.

Vorteile:

The software has great documentation. It was very easy to setup and test a quick through the api. Very intuitive API wise.

Nachteile:

The UI was not the most friendly and a little confusing to learn. The site is also slow it is very hard to actually use the site.

Prospect Communications via SMS

Kommentare: Customer service is great. Process of list management and deployment can be streamlined. List management can be set up a bit more user friendly.

Vorteile:

I like that I am able to re-enforce our email communications via SMS as well. Scheduling and link shortening feature as well as personalization options are great.

Nachteile:

I think the user experience can be a bit better. I want to be able to see sent messages and currently, I can only duplicate them in order to see them.

I love Trumpia!

Vorteile:

Trumpia's easily customizable workflows is a huge selling point as an automation solution.

Nachteile:

Some aspects of an active campaign can be tricky to use for beginners, but overall, it's drag and drop functionality makes building texts, emails and capturing data relatively simple.

Trumpia makes it simple and fast to communicate with my team in the field.

Vorteile:

Able to store information that is used each time I send a text. I love that I can send to the whole team at once so everyone has the information they need.

Nachteile:

I have noticed from time to time if i send a text prior to 8am it will not go thru. I use the function of choosing to send it later to bypass that. Outside of that I have no issues with the software.

Kommentare: Notifying our members about meetings and events is our target and it is serving the purpose.

Vorteile:

Easy to work and does what we wanted to use it for. Meeting reminders and upcoming events.

Nachteile:

Not being able to set up a message to go out every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month/

Great Service!

Kommentare: The API integration is fabulous and the connection through Zapier. It has a lot of functionalities.

Vorteile:

The functionality of the platform and the API integration is very extensive. We have been able to use their API for our custom platform to send messages and codes through our distribution lists.

Nachteile:

It can be pricey. Trumpia isn't the cheapest platform but it is very robust. If you are sending from 5,000 to 10,000 text messages per month, Trumpia is a great option.

Very efficient software

Vorteile:

The software allows you to post on social media, text and email with one simple campaign. It eliminates the need to use multiple platforms.

Nachteile:

There are glitches in the software. Sometimes you can't cut & paste text from the text box to the email.

1. The customer service was incredible. Our rep, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] always made sure we were taken care of. 2. The ability to have multiple keywords for different campaigns is very helpful.

The user interface needs work. There has been progress to the system, but they still have some work to do with the UI.

If you are looking for a way to reach out to your customers in the fastest most direct and effective way possible then Trumpia has the tools for you. Fast, easy to use set of direct text marketing tools

Nachteile:

Trumpia does require a small amount of training to get up and going, and if you don't use it on a regular basis you will find you need to refresh your memory on how to use it sometimes

I love using Trumpia to quickly notify people!

Vorteile:

I love that it can take less than 5 minutes to send a text message to over 300 people! Trumpia makes it easy to remind our student body about events. We also have this system in case of emergencies - we can quickly instruct our students. It's a great resource to have!

Nachteile:

There doesn't seem to be a quick, easy way for contacts to get back into the system, once they've opted out.

I enjoy that the software keeps all of my phone signups in one place and that I can immediately reach my audience. It is easy to use.

Nachteile:

The only problem I have had with this software is that the price is a bit too high for our program.

Trumpia is providing us with exactly what I was looking for. We wanted the ability to capture audience member's contact info at the time of a music show when the love emotion was peaked. This is working fabulously!

Nachteile:

I wish I didn't have to buy such a big & expensive package (10 key words). Hopefully I'll need all 10 but for the first 9 months, 5 would have been good with a reduced price.

Pro & Cons of Trumpia

Vorteile:

The thing I like most about Trumpia is the Moblie Keywords & Text-in/Text-to-Win capabilities.

Nachteile:

Sometimes when sending out a mass SMS text, not all the messages will go through. Recently, I have seen a lot of failed messages coming back. Not sure if this has something to do with Trumpia or Cell Phone Providers.

It was easy to get started, and the team at Trumpia provided great training.

It's easy to use from any computer and has built in tracking so I can measure the impact of my messages.

Nachteile:

The interface is a little clunky and counter intuitive in some places. It can be difficult to learn where everything is.
