Vorteile:

System allows us to have multiple calenders for doctor and therapists. Reports of services provided, missed or rescheduled appointments help our office keep accurate stats.

Nachteile:

I find that with our part time employee it is difficult to change her availability around of appointments.

Vorteile:

The ability to schedule multiple appts and mark them accordingly.

That it times out so quickly and the small print size when trying to print.

Vorteile:

Simple to learn and set up. Not overly pricey. We won’t from a Manuel scheduling board to this and it was a seem less transition.

Nachteile:

The only thing that it is missing is the ability to scan in a previous work order to be able to reference the last job while scheduling a customer.

Brad thanks so much for taking the time to review EZnet Scheduler, and for your long-time business. We are in the process of rolling out some new features including Enhanced Text Messaging where customer's responses are integrated directly into the calendar updating the appointment status in real time. We're also introducing a Kanban feature called IntelliVu digital job board, a Kanban view that allows you to track the appointment status to improve workflow. Right now you can add a photo or document through Company Accounts, Manage Customer Records. Find the specific customer, click the wrench. Click the Photos/Documents tab. Then select Browse, find the desired file, select Upload.Then, click save. We are also in the process of introducing a new interface and in that release, we will be adding additional capabilities with adding photos/documents. Good but lacking important features

I like that it’s fairly easy to use and easy to navigate.

Nachteile:

I wish there it wouldn’t tell you WHO scheduled an appointment as well as a time stamp with the date and time that user scheduled the appointment. It also is not very mobile friendly

Thank you Jordanna for your review. To view who created an appointment, select "Appointment Report" from Reports menu. Click "Run report" button. Then, you'll see who created the appointment and the creation date as well as modification information to the appointment. You are able to select which fields to display on this report in the "Display basic fields" drop-down menu from "Display Options" section in the middle of the window. We are in the process of adding new features including Enhanced Text Messaging which allows two-way text messages which automatically update the Scheduler, and IntelliVu digital job board which enables a Kanban view with drag and drop capability to improve workflow. Scheduling software that fit our use case, but not like a glove.

Kommentare: We have used EZnet Scheduler for several years now with satisfactory results. Everyone on staff has asked for an app for their phone though. Unsure why this hasn't been created yet.

Vorteile:

This software was easily adaptable to our type of business and allowed the flexibility to change parameters to meet our specific resource types. It was relatively easy to customize and we were able to get started fairly quickly. Sends Text and/or email notifications to both the technician, and if needed, the customer.

Nachteile:

No mobile app. You navigate to the site via a mobile browser and it is difficult to see and manipulate the various appointments created. If you have the credentials to change the schedule, you can accidentally move the appointments around without any confirmation request.

Kommentare: This is so much better than our old system of scheduling in a handwritten calendar. There are probably many more uses to the EZnet Scheduler than I have been able to utilize.

Vorteile:

The program is easy to use for the most part.

Nachteile:

It doesn't seem compatible with multiple appointment schedules. For example: we have 5 accountants, and each one utilizes has different time slots for appointments during tax season. This year we had your programmers set them up, but it still was not perfect. It would be nice if you had search filters (like you could go to the next available time slot rather than look at each day for the next available slot). Could there be a way to leave a slot available one scheduled when a client calls and wants to move the date they want to schedule rather than clearing out the appointment slot entirely?

Jan thanks so much for your review. You can look for next available slot either through internal calendar searching by day or to see more openings by week or month. Or, your customers can click on type of appointment and view available appointments in external calendar. Or, open a second browser window and view the Scheduler side by side if you want to look for next appointment while keeping the existing appointment open. Alternately, we offer custom programming and would be happy to discuss this with you. To address your second question, there are two ways to have multiple appointments per time slot. First, you can change the assignment count in Station/Employee management option under Company Account. Select the edit wrench, then change the value in Assignment Count field to 2 or however many appointments you wish to have available per time slot. Or force save directly from an appointment. Kommentare: It's fairly simple to use. It's really not great, but it's better than nothing. It's a shame we have devoted so much time to this particular software, I would love to see it upgrade itself and transform into a "can't live without" program.

Vorteile:

I love the use of notes when booking appointments. The drop-down menu for tagging multiple people is also a plus.

Nachteile:

It's 2022 and this software doesn't have an app. It is hard to use on a cellphone browser. In Today's world, a company needs to be flexible. This software does not fit into that category. Frankly, it's been too long for it to NOT have an app, and seems like there could be better alternatives.

We agree we need an app and are putting that together and is on deck. We can make adjustments to the mobile experience. It's called Ez for a reason!

Kommentare: I would say for the simplicity of the product it lives up to what we need. There a are a few tweaks we need specifically for our business but I am happy with the product.

Vorteile:

When trying to find a simple system to input jobs to see which tech has what job, to see how full or lacking in appointments we were. We found EzNet's price and flexibility to be head and shoulders above the rest.

Nachteile:

When viewing out to see the month calendar you cannot read the screen. It is difficult to see how the full month looks. Week to Week is decent but the monthly is unreadable.

EZnet Scheduler Experiences

Kommentare: This is a reliable program that is reasonably priced and works very well for offices with remote workers as well as on site.

Vorteile:

Having a cloud based, reliable software is imperative for our office; this program fits the bill.

Nachteile:

Reminder and notifications are more cumbersome to set up than we would like, it would be good to have the ability to set up multiple clients at one time for those.

excellent scheduling software!!

Kommentare: EZNet Scheduler makes it so easy for everyone in our company to know exactly what is going on, no matter where we are at (work, home, anywhere!) without complicated emails or notifications. We have loved it ever since we started using it, and several upgrades have made it even better. We have multiple recording booths at our studio, and our schedule changes constantly throughout the day. EZNet makes it so simple for any employee to make changes to the schedule and put all notes and necessary information, including billing information, about each session into the schedule.

Vorteile:

EZNet Scheduler lets you organize calendar functions like a good old handwritten calendar. So many options for how to set it up and also for categorizing appointments. Our company tried other scheduling software, but always went back to a paper schedule book because they didn't allow for making notes or easy changes to appointments. We have many different kinds of appointments in our business, and the color coding makes it so easy. And the ability to input many different types of information about the appointments is outstanding (all client info, notes about the appointment, etc.). The "appointment status" options, which are completely customizable, are excellent, too.

Nachteile:

The program is great on laptop/desktop, but making changes on a phone is a bit tricky, at least with the configuration my company uses. It is also too easy to accidentally move an appointment by mistake when using the phone version. My only other complaint is the drop down "support" menu, which is directly above the "Today" button, which I need to click many times a day....the support menu will drop down and cover up the "today" button as you scroll over that part of the screen. Other than that, it's pretty much perfect!

User friendly and effective scheduler

Kommentare: We use it for getting a birds eye view of all of our locations and each nights classes. It allows a Snapshot so we can see open times at the studio and differentiate between recurring in-house classes and outside rental bookings.

Vorteile:

It’s easy to color code and customize your classes or bookings. It allows recurring appointments as well as alerts you when there’s a double booking. Easy to use and super effective.

Nachteile:

I wish I could easily print the days bookings just like it looked on my screen. I also wish LOGIN was directly on the home screen and that as soon as you logged in on the mobile device that it loaded the FULL calendar view.

Good software for basic scheduling needs. Not too fussy, though is sensitive to appoinment process.

Kommentare: Ability to view, track, and manipulate schedule online has been a huge help to our customers. It is also extremely helpful having the ability to quickly and easily update appointment statuses as they happen.

Vorteile:

-Appointment Status drop-down selection -Appointment email reminders are extremely helpful -Screen navigation and view manipulation -Helpful export feature -Ability to select multiple instructors for a single appointment. Makes meetings schedules much easier.

Nachteile:

-Buggy and easy to break. Once broke down the entire server because I accidentally put an end time to occur before the start time. Shut the whole site down. -Can't run any usable reports, such as amounts of time spent by different instructors for specified date range and appointment status. Currently must be counted manually. -Frequent loss of appointments. Disappears for no apparent reasons. Will be scheduled, shows on screen, then few days later or so, customer shows up with hand written appointment card. No appointment on schedule. -Updating customer info has no affect on any existing appointments scheduled for customer. Must update the client in the database, then go and find every occurring scheduled appointment for said customer and update manually. Previous software updated all appointment occurrences with one update.

We can customize any report for you and in many cases we can show you how to run the report you need. A report can be created that will not require manual counting . Incorporates everything needed

Kommentare: Fantastic. I find it easy to use and my staff can check their schedule on their phone which is very convenient. Whenever I have had a problem, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]has always been there to assist and be helpful.

Vorteile:

I have used eznetscheduler since 2012 and I find it easy to create appointments, set them to recurring, easy to drag and move them by 1/2 hour slots and across employees. I like how I can see all my staff in a day, week, and monthly view.

Nachteile:

When I drag appointments, they many times do not drag properly and it ends up being easier to open the appointment to manually change the times or employee than to easily drag it. It isn't as mobile friendly as I would like.

IntelliVu digital job board enables a Kanban view and we've created drag and drop capability so you can track the progress of each job. Enhanced Text Messaging is two-way text messaging which automatically updates the appointment status in the Scheduler. To override the blocked time, click on any open time slot, edit the appointment with the start time, date, and end time and date (on the top left). EZ Scheduler Review

Kommentare: Primarily positive. As the administrator and primary user that sets the blocks and exceptions up, it's sometimes time consuming to put them in and get them in correct in one session.

Vorteile:

It is easy to move the appointments around and being able to limit access for certain users to read only or they aren't allowed to override scheduling parameters

Nachteile:

I find that with our part time employee it is difficult to change her availability around of appointments. If she's off several random days a month I have to individually put in the exceptions and frequently I have to re-do them until I get it just right. I feel like that part could use some major improvement, also having the calendar show the changes without having to exit view the calendar and then go back to edit if it's not correct.

Easy to use, great customer service

Kommentare: Being able to reschedule by email with customers. The price is very good for number of reminder we need to send out per customer.

Vorteile:

The software is simple to use. I like the email response option for customers to cancel or rescheduled appointment if needed. That feature really cuts down the time when needing to reschedule that appointment and simple to complete by email. It is easy to take a provider off the schedule when needed with minimal time doing so. It is very easy to adjust the schedule as needed as well.

Nachteile:

I wish the text reminders would send out the first name for appts or initial of first name with last name. We have several children in one family and they usually have to call and see which child is to be seen. That would be my only feedback on how to improve features.

EZ allows us to schedule 7 studios within three locations and is visually so simple use!

Kommentare: Simple and easy to use for our needs.

Vorteile:

Visually it's super easy to determine what reservations we have, what's available, color code them so I know what is what.

Nachteile:

It doesn't alert you if there's a double booking when putting in recurring reservations. So if I'm booking 6 months I have to click each week to double check I didn't overlap with another reservation.

Serves my purposes very well with only a few limitations

Kommentare: Greatest benefit is that I have my schedule available to me on my mobile device anywhere I go and I can make changes or schedule new appointments quickly and easily.

Vorteile:

I like that this software is cloud based and that any changes from any device are automatically updated.

Nachteile:

I wish that the software could handle patient accounts. I also wish I could click on a name and then be able to see everything about that patient including past and future appointments and account information.

Great scheduling software, great customer service

Kommentare: We have multiple clinics on a daily basis so having the scheduling calendar with an ability to view in multiple ways is extremely helpful for our business.

Vorteile:

I like that you can view the schedule in multiple ways (like by day, week, month). I also love the customer service I have received when I have had to call in, they are always friendly, polite and very helpful.

Nachteile:

I do not like having to force save appointments--I am not sure why this happens and it is only one extra click, but I wish I wouldn't have to do this at times.

Very Easy to Learn, and to use.

Kommentare: Appointments; tracking missing appointments, reminders. Ability to check our schedules any time or add to it any time.

Vorteile:

It is easy to for tracking appointments, staff additions to schedule appointment notes. easy to build our own features and needs. We are a group practice in the behavioral health field.

Nachteile:

A lot of room for repeated names and ID's. It use to have an ID letter& number that the system would develop. This feature was taken away, it causes a lot of repeated profiles with the same information

I've had a few problems with this service, but most have been quickly solved by tech support.

Vorteile:

It's quite easy to use for clients and subscriber. It's easy to change parameters, make exceptions, block out times, although there is a learning curve to familiarizing oneself with the software.

Nachteile:

I've had some complaints from clients that they can't log in or can't cancel an existing appointment online. I'm not sure how to advise them.

Doctor Brody, Thank you for a great review! I understand the feature that allows clients to cancel an appointment is not turned on in your scheduler. I believe this feature was turned off to avoid the patient creating a second record in your patient database. We are working on a solution that will avoid duplication of patient records. Ease of EZnet

Vorteile:

EZnet Scheduler is a fantastic tool. It keeps all my appointments with needed contact data in one area. I love the ability to text or email patients from the Scheduler it cuts out one step in my day.

Nachteile:

I don't like the ability to do a series of appointments. If the product changes you have to change it each appointment. It should have the ability to carry over the product change.
