Yellow Schedule Success

Kommentare: I do College Admissions and have used other products in order to book clients. After my last software allowed for double-booking, I switched, five years ago (?) to Yellow Schedule. Not once has there been a double-book and vast embarrassment. It is simple to use, simple to read, simple to understand.

Vorteile:

Efficient, effective, easy to use. I have used this product for over five years and am comfortable in recommending it to other small businesses and business owners.

Nachteile:

Clients can't access their own data after booking.

YellowSchedule helps our small business

Vorteile:

I (and our clients) love that the program sends automatic reminders! We used to write each reminder by hand, so this program has saved us so much time! Also appreciate that the program itself is user-friendly, especially for some of our staff who aren't very tech-savvy!

Nachteile:

When initially setting up the program, I didn't like that we couldn't create a universal template for reminders, but instead had to go into each user and adjust their templates. Sometimes adjusting a reoccurring appointment changes appointments that occurred in the past, which can be frustrating. Sometimes when adding appointments, the calendar fails to notify us of conflicts as well.

It Makes being Organized so Much Easier!

Kommentare: I like the ease of scheduling my clients appointments. I just have to tap the date and time I want and click on my clients name and their appointment is scheduled. The reminders are very helpful also! My clients are reminded automatically about their appointments and I do not have to worry about calling them. The YellowSchedule has made my life more organized and efficient!

Kommentare: Pretty much seamless appointment scheduling, reminders and now EMR. Occasionally have issues and the time change with customer support results in us having to wait a day or two for a response but other than that has been great.

Vorteile:

Automated appointment scheduling. Very happy with the new implementation of simple SOAP EMR. This enables me to keep notes as close to what I was doing before without having to try to fit notes into pre-fabricated boxes.

Nachteile:

Need automated wait list option.Have needed support to sort out how to download patient contact information.

Nachteile:

There should be a cut and paste feature, much quicker than the duplicate feature. When you go to set up an appointment near the bottom of the computer screen, the box that opens up should be close to where you are typing. There is a long delay when you click on "Save". Sometimes it is so long that I click it twice to make sure it is saving. When selecting a contact, it should automatically go to the "Filter" line.

My Experience with YellowSchedule

Kommentare: I provide mental health services as a representative of an EAP company that services the company I work at. The employees of the company who are interested in mental health services access my calendar through YellowSchedule and schedule themselves where they see openings. I generally log in and see who I am scheduled to meet with that day and what time.

Vorteile:

It is generally pretty easy for me to access my schedule and see what appointments I have.

Nachteile:

My clients access the calendar and schedule themselves. They have often expressed frustration with scheduling appointments or trying to edit or cancel appointments. I do not like that when a person schedules an appointment, cancels that appointment and then another person schedules in place of the first person, I cannot see who the second person is unless I take the extra step of clicking on the Group Details Page.

What I love the most about Yellow Schedule is the fact that this service it is not limited to service based industries. If you work in an industry that requires you to set aside time for an individual; then Yellow Schedule is a must have. Yellow Schedule insures that your time is maximized wisely by allowing you to set up to five reminders for different days delivered via e-mail and or text. Once a person confirms you have a record of confirmation. Another amazing thing about Yellow Schedule is the customer service. If there is an issue or something you don't understand someone will contact you immediately and work with you to fix the problem.

Yellow Schedule For Client Scheduling

Vorteile:

It is extremely user friendly. It's easy to change and reschedule appointments simply by dragging and dropping or extending the boxes. Reminders are sent out to clients and you are notified vis email immediately when there is a message or cancellation.

Nachteile:

It does not keep track of statistics for client attendance. Wish there were additional options for reminders or you can change them based on client.

Easy to learn and efficient

Kommentare: We need a new scheduler for a small Chiropractic office. What we had been using was inefficient and did not send reminder. We had to manually send reminders.
It works efficiently. We are please with the software and rarely if ever, have any issues with it.

Easy to set up and use. I love that it text our patients 24 hours before

Nachteile:

I wish the software had a pop messaging. You can text the customer but it does not alert you they have responded.

Cheaper and more accurate than a receptionist

Kommentare: Saves me from paying an assistant and talking on the phone, my clients love it- they can schedule whenever they want and see all openings at once.

Hippa compliant, saves money, no errors, syncs with google calendar

Nachteile:

I guess you could make it free? That I didn’t start using earlier.

Great Scheduling Program

Kommentare: Having the Yellow Schedule system posted on my website allows clients to know what appointments are available and schedule at a time that is convenient for them. The process removed the back-and-forth about available times and desired times for couples seeking treatment. Clients report ease of use of the system and appreciation for the 24-hour reminder. I like that they cannot remove or change an appointment without contacting me as this provides me with an opportunity to engage and discuss barriers to consistent treatment. The program is integrated into my monthly fee to Therapy Sites so the only cost is for the individual text messages. That cost is off-set by the increased revenue resulting from reduced no-shows. I'm very happy with the product and have not had any problems with it at all.

User Friendly Software with a Bang!

Kommentare: I really like this software. YellowSchedule is the most simplified scheduling software that I have found. I love that it is user-friendly, and provides great logistics. Schedule your client's quickly and for an affordable price. The newly-added reports feature is great providing data on number of scheduled clients, cancellations, etc. Although there are features, one con would be the inability to set-up recurring appointments in a customized way. I feel confident this will improve in the future if the requests to do so continue as this Company really does respond to the users need.

Kommentare: I've always wanted to be able to send reminders to clients about appointments, but didn't have the time to call or even text each person individually. This product has made that possible! It's very convenient and easy use. I really like that you can personalize the message and choose the timeframe it is sent. They even send you a message to tell you when the appointment has been confirmed or a client t has sent you a response. My clients really appreciate the reminders as well.

Essential for solo practitioner

Kommentare: I have been using yellow schedule since my group practice dissolved and I lost all the luxuries that come with a group.....mainly a reliable, organized secretary. Yellow schedule allows me to offer my clients 24 hr access to appointments which gives me a huge advantage in a tight market. The only two modifications I really could use are clients able to cancel their own appts and a "customizable" appointment status list. Would really like to add " Therapist cancel" to the list. Would also like to see the system disallow completion of scheduling until cell number and Street Address are filled in. Overall I am extremely pleased with YS and will refer anyone needing this type of service.

User friendly scheduling software which is easily customisable.

Kommentare: Yellow Schedule allows for a more efficient customer journey. The e-mail and SMS reminders ensure that customers receive adequate notification and also reduce the chance of missed appointments. Color coded appointments makes the calendar view for all crews easily manageable with the option to toggle crews on and off easily. The ability to receive incoming SMS messages is an advantage of Yellow Schedule as we have found that some of our customers prefer to communicate via SMS if they are unable to answer their phones to schedule the appointment.

Easy to use scheduler

Kommentare: I am a sole practitioner and hesitated to start using a scheduler but I am so glad I did. Clients rely on the text reminders. I set it to remind them 24 hours before their appt. It was easy to learn and has features I probably don't take enough advance of. I believe it has decreased my no show rate. I would like an option for "therapist cancel." Overall, I think it is great and use it on my laptop, cell phone and iPad.

Fantastic Online & Mobile Scheduling

Kommentare: Fantastic scheduling app. we've been looking for something that would allow our clients book 1 hour appointments with us, pay online and sync with our company shared calendar. Everyone else had payments as an afterthought so it's was fantastic to see the guys at Yellow Schedule implement this with the help of customers. This has significantly reduced our frustrating no-shows so happy out. Cannot recommend enough.

Time Saving

Kommentare: I enjoy using YellowSchedule because it give me flexibility with my scheduling to where my session times are maximized. As an Independent Contractor, having the ability to send reminders saves me a lot of time on having to arrive at my office and clients have rescheduled, without my knowledge. IN addition, YellowSchedule features gives me a quick glance at my workload over the course of time.

Kommentare: I like it, my clients like it. I set it up according to my clients' preferences. Some prefer email notification, some prefer sms. Some like both. It's affordable, too. It integrates easily, no matter what you use, computer or mobile device. The only con is it's challenging to use on a mobile phone, due to small screen.
