Vorteile:

Since using zip recruiter I was able to apply for companies I didn’t know was hiring as well as letting me post jobs when I was needing assistance. It lets the candidate know if they have the right skills for the job instead of you wasting your time and filling out an application not knowing you wasn’t going to get the job at all.

Nachteile:

The notifications. Even though I checked my account frequently I would miss some offers. I would love if it would call or somehow make sure no matter what you would be able to receive your notifications in a timely manner.

It's a very good option available for recruiting and when I started my long search for employment. I wanted to apply to as many positions I could that were within my area of interest in order to receive as many interviews as I could. During this process I discovered Ziprecruiter. Ziprecruiter made it fast and easy to apply to multiple positions within minutes. I applied to a couple of positions on the site and heard from a few of the employers. Whenever an employer contacted me to set up a phone screening or in person interview, I made an effort to read reviews of the company on sites like glassdoor and others that would come up when I googled “Company X reviews” before accepting the interview. I definitely do not think all companies that post jobs on Ziprecruiter have positive reviews and are for those types of positions, and I think there is a great number of companies on their that do. It’s a “resume scan and match” site. It really benefits employersas well as job candidates. You can“get hired through ZipRecruiter”. What happens is an employer posts a job posting through ZipRecruiter; ZipRecruiter acts as an intermediary, and posts the job posting to a lot of job sites. ZipRecruiter is best app for hiring? Nachteile:

"Less Reach for Certain Job Types  ZipRecruiter makes sense if you’re hiring for hourly positions or early career roles, but it doesn’t have the same reach for certain professional roles or higher-level professions.

Over priced and false advertising

Kommentare: Completely unsalted with their service and way over priced

Vorteile:

No pros to mention. They sent candidates that wasn't even close to be qualified

Nachteile:

Everything about this company was bad. Even after cancelled they continued to run my card for $475 four times. Look elsewhere.

A Personalized Approach for Impersonal Job Hunting

Kommentare: At this point, I've only used ZipRecruiter as a way to see what is out there for opportunities. I've not used it for a "serious" search out of need for a new job.

Vorteile:

I really like the new AI screening feature. It really allowed me to tailor my search in a way that felt personal and usable.

Nachteile:

So far I haven't had any negative interactions with ZipRecruiter.

Zip Recruiter Is Trusted

Kommentare: Zip is the best I really like it better than so many other job boards and sites.

Vorteile:

Zip Recruiter has always been a very easy set up for recruiting candidates. I like how the website is not busy at all or intimidating.

Nachteile:

I think seeing more automated tasks could really help to streamline the amount of time it takes me to recruit. I also don't really like the questionnaire questions for candidates. Few of them want to take those extra steps.

Easy to Navigate and User Friendly

I appreciate all the different things ZipRecruiter offers. Job postings, The Ability to search for applicants using key words, messaging potential applicants and organizing data.

Nachteile:

In ZipRecruiter I feel sometimes I may overlook applications. If an individuals resume doesn’t have a keyword I type in, I may not see their resume and pass over a great potential coworker.

Gets your job add out there

Nothing. I found them rude and unwilling to help. They did not care that I spent almost a thousand dollars with them and did not get one qualified applicant!

Nachteile:

EXPENSIVE!! For what you get this is way over priced. Your luck if you get candidates that are even remotely close to what you want.

Best thing going to find future employees!

I haven't found anything at all that I didn't like with this product. It's a great product with so much to offer.

Kommentare: Phil is helpful and kind of fun, it's almost like you really have your own career advisor without shelling out top dollar. I love the marketing and design, it's all very simple to use but still so streamlined.

Vorteile:

Nachteile:

I do love the free trial options, but sometimes it is hard to gauge the pricing on the website without signing up.It is still pretty affordable but some small business owners might want a different type of lower-tier option.

There isn’t much that I don’t like about zip recruiter. My suggestion would be to offer seasonal discounts for new businesses on a tight budget
