Simple and very easy to use.
Kommentare: I would recommend for medium-size companies under 2,000 users who need to constantly update AD changes.
Vorteile: I have used this software and it's similar to AD on Windows Server, with just a few clicks you can give user permissions, access, correct email accounts and name changes. It just takes a while for some user's to get permissions.
Nachteile: Permissions can take a while for some user's and it could be improved better. I would suggest that they review how they can be robust in today's expanding market.

Daily use for abs tracking
Vorteile: My company has over 3000 employees however we use this software only in part of them it help us to have an hourly report of people log in and showing if they come on time
Nachteile: You have to have an admin for this sometimes you run and run the tracker and it get stuck for a while to confirm info if you really need a real time report just be patiente

Kommentare: Not a terrible system if your time clock functions properly, and you don't need customer service for your software. If you are lucky enough to get a response from them when you submit a ticket, the answer is generally useless. The system we have has never worked properly in the 4 years we have been using ATR. Though we have submitted ticket after ticket, none of the issues have been resolved. About a month ago, we decided enough is enough and purchased a new system. We contacted the support staff, who was very apologetic, and said that if he had known of the problems we were having perhaps he could have had the issues corrected. In response to that, I sent him an email with several previous email help tickets attached, all of which he was copied on. Our problems were not a priority for this company until we told them we were no longer going to use them.
Vorteile: Easily check daily attendance
Nachteile: Customer service is horrible, horrible, horrible!
