Court Use of Secure Instant Payments

Kommentare: I have found Secure Instant Payments a great program for our court. The city went on it but did not include the court at first because it did allow the defendant to pay on-line thru the court website and that is what was being printed on the tickets. The court had there own vendor to do that. Secure instant payment continued to work with me on this and was willing to work with the Adminstrative Office of the Court. We finally jumped all the right hoops thanks to Secure Instant Payments. This allowed them to pay on-line and the fee charged was less than half what was being charged or would be charged to the defendant. We did not have to worry about the credit card fees being collected as they took care of that. It simplified our process so much and it makes the accounting easier for the court clerk as well as the treasurer. We have the reports needed to verify the information needed. Customer Service has been nothing but excellent. They are always so willing to help and give us the assistance we need when we call and make the adjustments we need. There are only too things that could make it better and that is if the court would link it so the payments automatically were entered on the case so we did not have to go in and enter and close but that is not critical as I find I can close as I enter the payment and take care of all the paperwork at the same time. The other is if the city could afford to get a scanner so that all cards can be scanned rather than manually entered. Those cons have nothing to do with the Secure Instant Payments. It has been a joy to work with them and I find the product very useable and affordable.

My go to with Government payments

Kommentare: I have used this to pay many bills and tickets online over many states and it is great.

Vorteile:

I like how easy it is to make payments online to government offices. It puts me at ease that I don't have to give my personal info to every government system.

Nachteile:

I haven't found anything that I dislike about this software.

A+ Payment Processor

Kommentare: Web-based credit card / bank account payments couldn't be easier. We use InstantPayments to process one-time and recurring payments for school lunch and other student fees. Allowing patrons to handle their own payments helps reduce the time consuming collection of cash and checks. Great service and an agile responsive staff.

Overall

Kommentare: We have been very pleased with the service provided for our tenants. Tenants have expressed how easy it is to sign up for auto pay. I have also had several tenants express how helpful the customer services was when they needed help. As for the management company it has been great. ACH has been a big bonus for our tenants. We have been able to set up link for each property so we can track how much comes in to each one. Big improvement over the last company that processed credit card payments for us.

Their team has been so helpful in setting up our payment websites and they go out of their way to answer our questions or problems we may have. I have used their product on many occasions from setting up our tax payment system to online payments for events that my happen only once or twice a year. Kommentare: I love the revisions that have been made to the instant payment site. Its very easy to use, and I like how the buttons light up now when you select one. I've always found it to be very user friendly. I'm trying to get every customer switched over to use this system. All about the attitude!

Kommentare: Pros: Great attitude from all staff, product is easy to use, lots of customization to choose from. Live person always answers(During business hours) to answer your questions, the people who answer the phone actually knows what they are doing(HUGE PLUS!) Very reasonable prices, stats and reports are very handy. Nancy is Awesome!!! Love the system.
Cons: They don't answer their phone when I have questions at 2am... Very disturbing... OK maybe it's not so bad...

Small operation equals personal touch

Kommentare: We use instant payments as well as a large bank for credit card processing. We enjoy the flexability and personal touch dealing with a local company like SIP. However, the online tools are not as easy to look at or navigate as the large bank website.
