Legrand Online is powerful yet simple to use
Vorteile: We previously used the desktop version of the software for about 10 years and switched to the online offering a couple of years. Any new employees are able to start using Legrand right away based on the intuitive user interface. QuickBooks, SmartVault, and Legrand are the three products that work together that provide the infrastructure to run our business. We use the tasks, opportunities, calendar, QuickBooks Online integration, and activity notes so that everyone can quickly and easily see all the information related to any contact.
Nachteile: I love the Outlook integration but the feature I would like to see expanded is the ability to automatically attach a sent email rather than going to my sent folder to attach the outgoing emails.
