The best ATS tool in Recruiting and Staffing industry

Vorteile:

It's a cloud-based software platform, I can easily access anywhere and start my work. For me Jobdiva provides an end-to-end solution for recruiting and managing talent, from sourcing candidates to onboarding and beyond. It covers the entire talent acquisition lifecycle.

Nachteile:

It doesn't work well on mobile. Otherwise it's awesome !

JobDiva - review by an applicant and user of the platform

Kommentare: Initially I have been using it as an applicant tracking system. But now mostly for performance review, feedback tracking, attendance monitoring. It is easy to use and flexible to modify any requests still in pending state.

Vorteile:

I like its feedback management which is a 360 degree system, it gives a scope of improvement for people who need to and a sense of motivation when an appreciation is received. It is helpful in leave tracking as well

Nachteile:

Its a paid tool, costing is slightly high compared to the features and functionalities provided by them

Job Diva :: The old generation UI

Kommentare: Very bad, never thought any worse ATS than this. I feel Ceipal better than this. UI is very confusing.

Vorteile:

The feature I like most is the applicants in the management after they apply for the job not on search

Nachteile:

Almost every feature from look to applicant search.

Best job Board available in the market with amazing features

Kommentare: Great! Its an amazing tool and provides you the best result, its just you should know how to use it better.

Vorteile:

The ability to pull profiles from different job portals on real time basis and keep fetching profiles even when not actively using. It keeps itself up to date. It has great storage capacity and there is a lot that could be done. Job could be posted, profiles could be fetched, candidates' profiles could be altered and merged etc etc.

Nachteile:

Sometimes, it fetches the irrelevant profiles and catches keywords only. JD should work on it artificial intelligence as well

Vorteile:

JobDiva is the leader in Applicant Tracking Systems. It offers staffing firms everything that is needed for recruiting, sales, administration, and management. It is the complete package.

Nachteile:

The resume harvester brings in resumes that aren't relevant, at times.

Kommentare: It good ATS. All the recruitment Agency should use it.

Vorteile:

It Applicant management system, the database is perfect and easy to use.

Nachteile:

Some time it's auto filter crearete issue in searching, need to implement on suggestions

We use Jobdiva for Recruitment on daily basis, this is very helpful, time saving, and gives us accurate candidates.

Nachteile:

This is very vast. Which gives us many option but also take time. It is good for submission process.

1. Its email merge feature is outstanding.2. Searching for relational keywords.3. Boolean key strings.4. Easy to use interface.

Nachteile:

1. Resume database management.2. Its relational keywords can give you unwanted results sometimes, but you just have to tweak your Boolean string.

Kommentare: Job Diva is easy to use, and allow me to work quickly, with a high volume of work. I don't have to think and second guess myself as I am using it, so therefore I find it extremely intuitive.

Vorteile:

First of all, I should say that I use Job Diva so much, that it has become like a 3rd hand or a personal assistant for me. I am in and out of it all day long, every day. It is literally the best recruitment software I have ever used in my 25+ years as a senior recruiter! It's modern, sleek, user-friendly, and the features are easy to access and relevant. Nothing is wasted. I enjoy the reporting functionality, and it interacts seamlessly with my team, clients, and candidates.

Nachteile:

I honestly cannot think of anything that I dislike in Job Diva.

Job Diva Performance Review

Kommentare: I've been in the staffing industry for over 20 years and it is the best product I have used.

Vorteile:

The coddlers are the most helpful. Timesheets are captured, stored, etc. Jobs are automatically captured - eliminates manual entry.

Nachteile:

I wish the email functions were able to remember email addresses. When you start typing an email it would automatically populate. Especially when you're sending emails out of the assignment records.

I Love JobDiva

Vorteile:

We have been using JobDiva for almost 7 years now and find it very very useful. I personally login to JobDiva every day and that window is open all thro my workday as I move back to it quite often from my other windows of work. It is very user friendly and and when we encounter occasionally a new issue, the support is very quick to respond and provide the solution. As JobDiva allows downloading data to our financial software it has been very helpful.

Nachteile:

Of late the window closes when I am not back into it for a little longer and I find it a bit teasing.

Diva Complications

Kommentare: Most of the time it is good. I think looking people up should be easier. but overall good.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. Its set up in a way that is easy to understand.

Nachteile:

With having many different people and spellings of names, we have to spell it exactly correct or Diva wont find it. Especially if people have multiple names or there is a hyphen. Also I have been having problems looking people up by phone number lately. I am not sure if it is because they have more than one number listed. Lastly we commonly have issues with Diva moving really slow.

Best ATS to use- Job Diva

Kommentare: it is the best so far and Diva do evolve as well with lots of new features. I have been using this for almost 4-5 years now and things are getting better all the time.

Vorteile:

Email merge and applicant tracking, Saved emails (Email conversation Chain). These are best feature as per me as a Lead Recruiter.

Nachteile:

Real time search (RTS), It could be much better and not so ease to access, Like applying filter on job portal for RTS.

I have been a user of JobDiva 10+ years. I like that they are up to date with user friendly features and new functions that are very helpful in todays fast paced market.I use Jobdiva daily to easily manage and track candidate applications, resumes, and job postings. It helps to match job seekers with the job opportunities based on their skills and experience. Its allows me to manage third-party managers information in the system. I use Jobdiva to Onboard our employees easily and use a report to track their Onboarding process.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the kinks need to be worked out a couple times to be efficient.

Great product was good to get set up and have our old system data imported always being developed and enhanced.

I like how you can search candidates names, phone numbers, or emails and pull them up automatically. I also like how user friendly it is with the home screen where you can view anything you might need to select.

Kommentare: Job Diva is very user-friendly for full-cycle recruitment, but Job Diva has to do more work on AI. A verified candidate feature should also be there. Every User should be able to manage and able to create his own function.

Vorteile:

I appreciate the wide range of features JOBDIVA offers, including job posting, candidate tracking, resume parsing, candidate communication tools, and reporting capabilities. The comprehensive feature set can help streamline the entire recruitment process.

Nachteile:

Harvesting of the resume should be more precise and Easy.The resume formatting feature is not there.Resume alignment got changed . When we load the resume. therefore many times it is quite difficult to read the resume.

Nachteile:
