The calendar features are great. I also like their online billing.

Nachteile:

I also hate that if the billing code changes you have to rebuild the whole schedule. I wish I could simply change the code from the drop down menu the same as you can to change the times.

Vorteile:

Product is easy to use! The features all tie in with our daily operations in servicing our clients and scheduling our caregivers for their shifts. Streamlines our processes allowing us to focus more time on providing the best quality care for our clients and offering exceptional support for our caregivers.

Nachteile:

It would be great if there was a way that caregivers could upload images of their updated credentialing from the mobile app

Kommentare: I have been using eRSP for over 11 years, it has grown significantly as a software. I really like their online bill pay and of all systems we use/reviewed, they have the best calendar option.

Lack of Data Collection and Nursing profiles need to be better to ensure compliance.

Kommentare: eRSP has a good scheduling system. It is easy to navigate. The app allows me to enter the full site. I am able to run the business from wherever life takes me.

Vorteile:

eRSP training is top notch! The trainers take the time to answer each and every question. They also make themselves available or follow up questions.

Nachteile:

There was a system outage last year. The communication to users was poor quality at best.

Cumbersome, clunky, not intuitive

Vorteile:

Somewhat easy to change caregivers' pay rates.

Nachteile:

So many things. You can't just search for a client's schedule. You have to have the full schedule open and use command/control F to find their names, or have the client list open and do the same. It's a Sunday and they want to know who is coming today and tomorrow? Scroll all the way back to the top, hit "next" and wait. Then command F to find them in the long list again (if you're using the calendar view). Search for them and you get their care plan instead. Caregivers are searchable, and you can view their schedule by looking at the availability tab, but you can't click the names of the clients they're working for to pull of client info. Messages don't refresh so you constantly have to remember to refresh if you're staffing a case. Language isn't intuitive. Want to look at a client's info on the large calendar setting? Click " click to maintain order". There is so way to differentiate contacts, whether it's emergency, POA, scheduler, etc. There is no easy to read a monthly calendar view. Overall the system takes too many clocks to get a job done, isn't intuitive, and isn't easy to read. Important info doens't pop off the page. There is WAY too much text. Not visually appealing.

I wish we were able to personalize things a little more (example: add newsletters to home page or add special notes to each clients invoices, etc.

Its pretty easy to navigate. I usually can figure out any issues or can call support.

If I Could Give Zero Stars I Would

Kommentare: Poor, negative. Do not consider purchasing. We have been a customer with eRSP/Kaleida for 15+ years, they used to be fantastic but the last 1-2 years have been a mess.

Vorteile:

All Pros have been eliminated. Things go wrong and happen, but how you handle them is indicative of the strength and leadership of a company. Since their cyber attack on 1/12/24 there has been almost zero communication letting customers know what's going on.

Nachteile:

The customer service is abysmal. They have not given a system wide update since the first day of the outage. Last week when e-mailing for an update we received limited information, but it was at least something. That was 10 days again and they will not return our calls or emails all week now.

Amazing Customer Service

Vorteile:

I like that their customer support team is always available to help. [sensitive content hidden] was amazing and help walked up through adding a category to the caregivers mobile app. Really friendly and his explanation were clear and precise. I also like how ERSP is really a one stop shop. Caregivers and clients can have the mobile app and use it to block our dates or view documents. There are so many features and some in which I am still learning about. Each feature was designed to make it easier for the admin staff to run the business.

Nachteile:

I do wish there was a way that caregivers could sync their calendars to their mobile app. That way their schedule would show up on their personal calendar as well as their personal events could automatically block out days and times for them.

Kommentare: Customer service is not what it used to be. Cannot talk to a like person.

Some of it's functionality like inputting caregivers credential and the report for pulling credentials. Printing caregivers ID badge

Nachteile:

Compare to other scheduling software, eRSP scheduling software is a bit antiquated. We have had eRSP for about 5yrs or more now and still unable to use the skilled nursing side of it as we don't even understand how it works. There is no workflow system in eRSP. Most software companies now have where you can have all admissions documentation in the system so nurses don't have to take paperwork to clients home. Skilled nursing visits cannot be documented in eRSP.

Vorteile:

It makes scheduling and billing so much easier! We use every aspect of eRSP and we love when new features come.

Nachteile:

Nothing, it is perfect for our company! The updates are normally quick and effective. The only time I was frustrated was when eRSP went down January 2024.

Kommentare: I have a great experience with ERSP. I can check my hours were ever I go. Specially travelling places my client has no staff i have to find out why the client has no staff today. Also check each week how many hours we completed for client.

I like how much times it saves me with my payroll and invoicing each week. I am glad to see that my clients can log in to see their bill, next week schedule, and pay the bill.

Nachteile:

That the clients don't have an app they can use to get in their portal easily without having to go to a browser.

ERSP has crashed a week ago. Every user is locked out of the system

Kommentare: It was great until a week ago when they had a cyber attack. The entire system has been shut down with little to no explanation. The customer service has been horrendous. I have sent several emails and calls that go unanswered. This is customer wide. We are all left in the dark on panic mode. DO NOT SIGN ON WITH THIS COMPANY

All the pros have been lost because of this weeks issues

Vorteile:

The best thing about eRSP is that it has everything you need at your fingertips! Scheduling, credential reminders, billing & invoicing, you name it! And even better that it’s so easy to you and understand!

Nachteile:

I don’t see anything wrong with the software other than it would be nice if a caregiver were able to upload their own documents for any credential that expired or their care notes from a client, it would save us some time from manually doing it ourselves. Other than that, we highly recommend this software!

Kommentare: Overall I liked eRsp, but I wanted something better, stronger something that could handle our business as we grow. My only big complaint with them was poor customer service.

Vorteile:

Overall the features in eRsp are fairly standard, and necessary for any home health care business. We needed more as our business is in growth mode.

Nachteile:

We were power users in eRsp, but their system couldn't seem to handle the amount of data we were using in it. We often had information go missing and when trying to contact support about the issues, call backs were rare.
