Sometimes I get lost with the layers or locking content. I feel that this feature could be set differently.

Flexible way to visualize just about anything
Miro für Kreative
Kommentare: Es ist Endlos, man kann so rein zoomen, ich liebe es auch, damit meinen Kreativen Prozess visuell zu sehen. Gerade als Kreativer Mensch ein super Tool, da der Prozess oft nicht linear verläuft. Man kann daten sammeln, Moodboards erstellen und alles an einem Ort, auch wenn es verschiedenen Medien sind. Ich Kann Daten sammeln und vergleichen, aber auch visuell ziemlich coole Sachen erstellen wie z.B. Minde Maps oder Cluster. Oft nehme ich diese auch für Präsentationen her
Vorteile:
Es ist wie eine analoge Pinnwand, ich kann mit dem pad notizen machen oder auch in Mindmaps arbeiten und meinen kreativen Kopf wüten lassen und im Nachhinein Sortieren. Man kann PDFs hochladen und in ihnen Blatter, Film, Audio, Images. Find ich super, dass man auch deine Projekte Teilen kann und somit auch gut ist um Präsenationen zu halten oder über Projekte zu diskutieren.
Nachteile:
Manchmal dauert es bis die Boards geladen sind, ist aber nur der fall wenn sie wirklich schon ziemlich voll sind. Mich nervt es auch dass ich nicht ganz verstehe oder es hin bekomm die email Benachrichtigungen auszustellen, da man immer email bekommet zu wöchentlichen update oder wer auf dem eigenen Board aktiv war.
Digitales Whiteboard mit allem was man braucht.
Kommentare: Gutes Tool was sich im Laufe der Zeit etwas verzettelt hat. Hier wäre weniger machmal mehr. Aber die Hauptfunktion funktioniert wirklich gut.
Vorteile:
Einfach zu bedienende ansprechende Oberfläche.
Nachteile:
Mindmap Funktion ist nicht wirklich Leitungsfähig.

Vorteile:
kollaboratives Arbeiten wird dank Miro stark vereinfacht. Die Bedienung ist trotz zahlreicher Funktionen intuitiv geblieben. Ich kann Miro uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Nachteile:
Die Desktop-Version verlangt sehr oft nach Updates. Das ist manchmal etwas störend.
Praktisch
Kommentare: Gerade für Anfönger im Remotearbeiten gut geeignet, weil leicht zu lernen.
Vorteile:
Mit Miro kann ich Gedanken sortieren und mit Kollegen denken.
Nachteile:
DGSVO konform ist für meine Kunden extrem wichtig und Datensicherheit wird hier nicht garantiert.
Virtuelle Zusammenarbeit
Kommentare: Perfekt bei Abstimmungen in Videokonferenzen

Die Zusammenarbeit fällt in Videokonferenzen ganz leicht & bietet eine gute Übersicht
Nachteile:
Am Anfang musste man sich mit der Bedienung anfreunden, bei mehreren Anwendungen funktioniert das ganze recht gut

Die simpel gestaltene Oberfläche, einfache Bedienung und instllation
Nachteile:
Fehlende Diagramme, Stifte und Formen, Vergleich hierzu ist Draw IO
Meine Lieblings-Kollaborationstool
Kommentare: Als Scrum Master und Agile Coach arbeite ich täglich mit Miro. Gemeinsames Brainstorming, Ideenfindung und Lösungssuche funktionieren genauso wie Backlog Estimation und PI Planning.Für Remote Workshops und Meetings braucht man ein gemeinsames Whiteboard, auf dem man seine Ideen aufschreiben, sammeln und diskutieren kann. Miro bietet hier einfach nutzbare Grundfunktionen (Sticky Notes, Texte, Schreiben) und viele tolle Erweiterungen (Jira-Anbindung, Stoppuhr, Abstimmung, Frames, Präsentationen, ...).Ich nutze Miro für persönliche Brainstormings, für Team-Workshops bis hin zu PI Plannings mit mehreren hundert Personen. Alles ist einfach und intuitiv nutzbar.
Vorteile:
Die intuitive Nutzbarkeit, die Übersichtlichkeit und die einfache Navigation macht es selbst Neueinsteigern leicht, sich zurechtzufinden.Die vielen Funktionen und Erweiterungen (z.B. Voting, Planning Poker, Stoppuhr, Präsentationsmodus) und Anbindungsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Jira) machen es mir als Workshopmoderator sehr einfach und helfen mir, meinen Kunden eine ideale remote Workshop-Erfahrung zu bieten.
Nachteile:
Hin und wieder gibt es einige Bugs, bei mehreren hundert bis tausend Elementen wird die Ladezeit sehr hoch.

Vorteile:
Sehr intuitives Tool für Workshops, Planungssessions und mehr! Stetig kommen weitere Tolle Funktionen wie z.B. neulich die Abstimmungsfunktion hinzu die auf elegante Art und Weise eingeführt und vorgestellt werden.
Nachteile:
Für junge Startups wären zusätzliche Discount Programme wünschenswert.
Super Ideenmanagement tool mit tollem Live-Sync.
Vorteile:
Live-Sync funktioniert fast Sekunden genau. Es gibt viele Integrationen und es ist allgemein sehr benutzerfreundlich und einfach zu bedienen.
Nachteile:
Es gibt Funktionen die in anderen Tools deutlich besser gemacht sind. Es ist eher ein All-Rounder tool, wenn man etwas benötigt, was richtig gut für eine bestimmte Aufgabe wie z.B. Projektmanagement ist, sollte man eine spezifischeres Tool verwenden.
Tool für Teamwork
Vorteile:
Mit Miro kann ich während eines Arbeitskreises die Ergebnisse sammeln und in geeignete Form bringen, sogar präsentieren. Mindmaps, Tabellen und co nutze ich dabei sehr gerne.
Nachteile:
Bisher noch nichts wirklich negatives aufgefallen
Super Whiteboard Tool zum Brainstormen und zur Prozess Modellierung
Vorteile:
Miro glänzt durch den guten live sync und die vielen Tools zur Darstellung von Prozessen.
Nachteile:
Ich würde mir wünschen dass ich weitere Schriftarten in Miro benutzen kann, damit die visualisierungen der eigenen Brand-language entsprechen.
Miro Features
Kommentare: Ich nutze es sehr of im Studium, lässt sich gut mit anderen Tools zu integrieren.
Vorteile:
Man kann sie intuitiv schnell benutzen. Passt gut um mit vielen Teilnehmern zusammen zu arbeiten. Wunderbar geeignet als ein Brainstorming-Tool.
Nachteile:
Wenn man mit vielen Menschen zusammen arbeitet, ist es manchmal sehr schwer die richtige Arbeitsgruppe zu finden. Eine Aufteilung wäre sinnvoller, wie eine Art Breakdown-Rooms.
Miro Bewertung
Vorteile:
Fördert die Zusammenarbeit insbesondere in sehr großen Teams.
Nachteile:
Für komplett freue Gestaltung führt schnell zu Unübersichtlichkeit
Best online drawing tool
Kommentare: It's the only tool that I've enjoyed drawing online. I use it for both personal and work-related drawing. The overall experience is really positive.
Vorteile:
It's the user experience that made me switch to Miro. The diagrams you draw look really good compared to other tools like Lucid Charts. Drawing diagrams and connecting them together is really easy compared to other tools I've used. Sharing the diagram is also easy and you can follow someone when they are explaining something on the board. I also really like the template library that they have. They also have a Mac app which I really like.
Nachteile:
There is nothing much I don't like about Miro. It's a little expensive.
Multi-purpose supertool
Vorteile:
So many built in objects for creating the perfect board, with more seemingly added on a regular basis. Gets the basics right, such as basic diagrams and flowcharts - but also integrates deeply with Jira etc. Good tool for doing interesting team retrospectives.
Nachteile:
Organisation and discoverability of other boards or boards you've created in the past - hard to find your old work!
Could be better and simpler to use
Vorteile:
I appreciate Miro's fun and creative features that make collaboration engaging and dynamic, fostering a more visually stimulating work environment.
Nachteile:
I find the platform somewhat complex to use and navigate, which can be a hurdle in quickly harnessing all its powerful collaborative capabilities.
A fun collaboration space that people actually enjoy
Kommentare: I love it, and still use it in addition to other applications like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma. I find myself trying to do more than I need to in Miro, which is a good sign for what they're doing.
Vorteile:
Super easy to create idea boards, show research, and keep everything in one spot. I love inviting members of my team to collaborate in a Miro doc. It's quite an interactive experience.
Nachteile:
Miro is slowly becoming much more than just a collaboration space. I find the bloat in the software slows things down as they update their app. Similar to how Canva is for those who can't use Adobe. Miro is becoming like a Figma for those who want to explain how to better the user experience. I'd love to see more animation and transition functionality similar to what Figma has. It would help keep the collaboration more exciting.
Very nice software to work in group!
Kommentare: I really appreciate to work with Mirro. The sync work and the boards with simultaneous group work makes the life very easy. As we develop many projects with different teams and different companies, the mirror helps a lot to deal with the brain storms, development projects until final conclusion.

Don't love the new AI features - they don't synthesize my data points in a way that I would expect.
Miro for VOC
Kommentare: Overall, we use it for discovery, VOC and collaboration type activities. It's good, but the UI and UX could use some work

The UI and controls are a little wonky. Once you get used to them, it's a solid experience, but there is a pretty steep learning curve

There is nothing better than being able to have everyone’s ideas all written up on one big whiteboard that is easily accessible to the entire team

Kommentare: Very solid - we use it mainly for internal department mapping and project management

Solid product to further enhance team communication, workload distribution and project management.
Nachteile:
There are not many things to dislike but it could have more cleaner UI.
Powerful MindMap Tool
Vorteile:
Mind-blowing for organizing ideas, creating flow charts, and designing out projects visually
Nachteile:
Not the easiest to use at first if you're not familiar with this kind of tool
Collaboration is important? In-house or remote, this is your tool!
Vorteile:
The ease of use and the ability for any and all to participate in discussions and ideations.
Nachteile:
It is large and moves slowly as the boards get bigger.

This tool has so many good uses
Kommentare: We started playing with it for wireframes with free licenses. Then had a workshop with a customer and needed to by a couple of users and since then we haven't looked back. We use it a lot.
Vorteile:
Easy to invite free users to a workshop/session and it is so easy for them to participate and contribute. Totally hassle free to start working with. And the use cases are so many. We do a lot of SCRUM meetings. We do wireframes, brainstorming, workshops, idea management and more.
Nachteile:
Tried doing a Product Roadmap and it is very visible but a hassle to do and update so I don't use it for that anymore.
