User Friendly Software

Kommentare: Easy to use, time saving, and effective to generate bookings.

Vorteile:

Everything is on it. The software saves my time to allocating the rates and availability. Very effective to generate the booking to website. The most important thing is that the channel manager makes my hotel is getting popular thought we are located faraway from the center of Lembongan Island. Great job, Hotel Link!

Nachteile:

The report in Front desk is rarely the same with the manual report, but it doesnt happen often.

Kommentare: Professional company to be associated with. Their support team are excellent and always available.
Have never experienced any down time. If there is a glitch, technical support work on the issue quickly to resolve in least amount of time.

Vorteile:

website setup, calendar, payment and channel manager are easy to set up, implement and use.

Nachteile:

There isn't much not to like. To use this software you don't need to be an IT guru. Every step of the way there is always an option to proceed or cancel action which is great.

Kommentare: O sistema ajudou no controle de reservas e nas vendas, mas ainda muito fraco para fazer orçamentos, mesmo assim ajudou bastante no crescimento das vendas diretas.

Vorteile:

Controle das reservas, gestor de canais de vendas e o site integrado.

Nachteile:

Muito confuso os relatórios, não registra os e-mails dos Hóspedes para publicidade, não tem App para iOS somente androide, algumas funções dão bug e o suporte fraco para o usuário.

Firstly, our system does record the guest's emails in the Guest Details Report section, so the user can export the file for further purposes like advertising. Secondly, our app has both Android and IOS versions so it can adapt to different mobile devices. Regarding support, we have various channels that the user can reach such as local support teams (applicable for some regions), message box on the extranet dashboard or sending your request directly to the support team via email support@hotellinksolutions.com. Hope that this answer is helpful for the issue that you are facing.

Hotel Link User chasing simple yet effective system

Kommentare: Very happy, very easy to learn, very easy to progress and fix up items.

Vorteile:

I find the system easy to use, functional and simple as a back end programming for all of our Channel OTA, website, reviews bookings and customer details

Nachteile:

The only simplified addition I am searching for is multi guest functionality. Our groups and guests sometimes have more than one family member and we would the ability to capture this and feed into our daily PMS operating system.

Kommentare: I’m very happy and have found [SENSITIVE CONTENT] very helpful throughout the whole switching process.

Vorteile:

Switching to Hotel Link from another big name company was easy, they took care of everything and made it painless. I like the functionality and find it so much easier to use and navigate. I have already seen an increase in direct bookings. The best of all is it has reduced my costs compared to my previous channel manager.

Nachteile:

The pre-populate function needs to improve to include a database of regular guests, so you don’t have to keep inputting their details for every booking.

Kommentare: Estamos muito satisfeitos com o controle que o Hotel link nos oferece sobre todo o movimento de nossa Pousada.

Vorteile:

O Suporte que recebemos da pessoa do Hotel Link responsável pela nossa conta. Sempre atencios e disposto a solucionar nossos problemas e dificudades.

Nachteile:

Nas reservas, nas janelas de "EXTRAS" e "PAGAMENTOS" deveria haver um filtro para eliminarmos do campo visual os itens deletados, ou eles deveriam simplesmente sumir. Isto causa muita confusão, quando efetuamos algum erro de registro. Nas mesmas janelas, quando imprimimos as faturas os ítens registrados não aparecem na ordem que registramos, o que gera uma confusão para explicarmos aos hóspedes o que foi cada consumo.

Great system and AMAZING service.

Kommentare: The system is bigger and has many more features than what we need, but it is perfect for a smaller accommodation provider.

Vorteile:

HLS is simple, easy to use, teach and learn. There are many features that we don't use but could if required. The customer care and technical help has been fantastic and prompt. All of our issues (billing) was sorted very quickly. Being able to access the system via an app whilst not on site is very helpful.

Nachteile:

The only suggestions is being able to search for a guest, either past, or future via a search bar in the menu.

A Good Channel Manager Overall

Kommentare: Overall quite satisfied but there are some areas for improvement and fine tuning which would make it even more user friendly, or could improve it to cater for certain individual needs and properties/businesses.

Vorteile:

It prevents the possibility of overbooking situations if you are using multiple OTAs and keeps tabs and records regarding statistics. Also has the option for manual inputs of reservations & bookings and takes care of availabilities. If used all the time for reservations and bookings easy to get yearly figures and revenues etc etc.

Nachteile:

Setting up of rates and availability a bit laborious which could be simplified and more user friendly.

Kommentare: Muy contento con la plataforma y la forma de integrar el motor de reservas, las OTA's, la pagina web y el sistema de reservas, todo integrado y manejado desde una sola pagina.

Vorteile:

La funcionalidad del sistema es muy amigable, fácil de utilizar y rápido de aprender. Los procesos son bastante rápidos, no tenemos problemas de lentitud o que se "cuelgue" el servicio.

Nachteile:

Faltan algunos detalles importantes que se deben tener en cuenta para el mando de un hospedaje, por ejemplo el poder editar datos de las formas de pago, realizar una reserva desde una reserva anterior, como un re-ingreso para no tener que llenar toda la reserva nuevamente.

Great to work with and first class support

Kommentare: First Class. We were unsure at the outset as this was new territory for us as Petrock Holiday Cottages. But from the first meeting to discuss the new website design to the implementation and ongoing support all been excellent. All of our questions have been addressed however small and we definitely feel that Hotel Link are there for us. The website and software are now bedded in and we are very happy with the way things are set up. It’s been a very good experience all round with attentive and professional Hotel Link representatives. The website and the management of it. The option to control our calendar and charges across multiple platforms. Once we’d had instruction on the hotel link extranet we find easy to use and navigate.

Best UI/UX so far for the booking system

Vorteile:

I really like the UI offered by Hotel Link, with a simple and easy-to-use UI that makes the user experience is great. Many features are constantly being developed by them and I'm sure this software will get even better. The mobile app is really good, we hope they can add more features to it. They also really care about users, by offering to help during the pandemic so that we can survive together in difficult times.

Nachteile:

We really want to have the iCal importer feature so that it will be easier for us to handle bookings on systems that are not supported by Hotel Link. We also hope they recruit more customer support so they can solve our problem even better.

Kommentare: Hotel Links Solutions helps me manage my hotel allotments and calendars on multi OTA websites. It also provides automated invoices, hotel vouchers and guest check in forms. My favourite service is the online booking widget which has enabled guests to book directly on my website.

Vorteile:

The software is easy to use and understand. The support staff are always there to help if needed. It helps makes my job easy by cutting down time normally spent on logistics and organisation. It has also helped expand my business and introduced me to new OTAs

Nachteile:

There is not anything I dislike about the software

Kommentare: Ha sido una herramienta facilitadora de mi trabajo al 100%. Le ha dado a mi negocio una imagen mucho mas profesional y he vendido de modo directo mucho mas que antes.

Vorteile:

Es muy funcional, es eficiente, nunca he tenido errores del sistema. Cuando tengo problemas la respuesta de los asesores es en menos de 24 horas y son muy amables al contestar.

Nachteile:

Cuando sincronizas el sistema con otros canales como son Booking.com y Expedia pierdes un poco de flexibilidad. Es decir no puedes tener ofertas diferentes en estos canales.

Kommentare: No geral para o meu caso em particular, atende minha necessidade

Vorteile:

Sistema muito bom com facilidade para uso. Com poucos ajustes deve ficar no ponto de "bala". Precisa pequenos ajustes no sistema de bloqueio e liberação dos aptos limpos. Tem que desbloquear um a um quando deveria ter um clike para liberar todos os limpos.

Nachteile:

Falta armazenar o cadastro dos clientes. É muito importante ter registro dos clientes com endereços completos para fins de segurança e facilidade no momento do check-in. O sistema deveria buscar automaticamente pelo nome e preencher automaticamente todos os dados cadastrados

Kommentare: Llevaba mucho tiempo pensando en cómo aumentar mis ventas, llegar directamente al cliente final para ofrecer mis servicios.
Después de la pandemia las cosas han sido muy difíciles, a la vez una gran oportunidad porque todo se había digitalizado... entonces dije: habré que aprovechar esta tendencia de la digitalización ya que es parte del presente "la nueva era de la digitalización " y pues decidí a buscar un socio estratégico para poder digitalizar mi negocio. Gracias a Dios me encontré con uno de los mejores en la tecnología HOTEL LINK, desde el primer momento me encantó, uno por el precio y 2 por el servicio, FUE GENIAL. Superó mis expectativas, fácil de uso tanto para el cliente y para mi.
En los meses de prueba pude recibir reservas directas, eso me confirmó de que estuve yendo por buen camino.

Vorteile:

Uno de los mejores en la tecnología Amo más el motor de reservas ya que me ha permitido aumentar mis ventas de manera notable de la misma forma la página web muy fácil de uso y dinámico. 100% recomendable El soporte siempre está dispuesto a apoyarte en todo tiempo. Es una gran herramienta y necesario para dar el siguiente paso en digitalización de mi negocio

Easy to use, I can work with it with no complications and understand it, even if I am not too good with technology.

Nachteile:

Frankly, I am very satisfied. However, when I check for example occupancy, it breaks it per category, while I also would like to have the occupancy for the entire hotel in one go... but of course, I can calculate that easily myself.

Game changer

Kommentare: Hotel Link was an integral part of our transition to using OTAs. This was not by design, but rather by necessity. As Bacalar grew in popularity and became trending, so did OTAs' domination of the market. While the decision came with much trepidation, Hotel Link made every aspect of the transition smooth and even helped improve my own website. They seem to have thought out very well all intricacies of their operation

Vorteile:

Hotel Link allowed us to make the transition from direct sales to OTA simple and painless. It is very inclusive and adaptable. And very easy to learn and use quickly.

Nachteile:

Honestly, can not think of many. Perhaps flexibility in website construction is an area in which they could improve.

Kommentare: Very Satisfied with the options and Customer Service of Hotel Link Channel.

Vorteile:

Hotel Management, Price Setup for OTA's and Online Promotions Tracking, Availability and Website Development

Nachteile:

Shortcut keys, as we cannot operate it friendly with keyboard only. Must need mouse for all clicks. If it can be developed as an Opera or IDS.. would be much great.

The service is slow, no immediately help. Some features missing.
