Ultimate diagramming tool

Kommentare: I have been using creately for over 9 years, its a simple product solves lots of my day to day problems, quick drawing of diagrams and collaborating with users.

Vorteile:

Creately is a diagramming tool to get job done quickly packed with beautiful shapes and color and also provide lots of features like realtime collaboration, data modeling and integration with many tools.

Nachteile:

Sometime app becomes bit sluggish normal works well after refreshing, on general usage it is very fast to draw.

Vorteile:

I liked the wide array of diagrams such as flowcharts, and organizational charts, mind maps and premade templates. It provided inspiration when I was stuck. I also enjoyed the real-time collaboration and the fact that it integrates with Google Workspace.

Nachteile:

There were some features behind a paywall, which I understand.

The simple vision of a great customer

Almost nothing. Everything is very intuitive.

A great product with room for improvement

Creately’s interface is intuitive, which makes creating diagrams and visual content easy even for beginners. I love the numerous templates that creately provides which saves me a lot of time. Another thing I love is the integration with different tools

Nachteile:

Although a lot of templates are available only some customisation is available for each which I see as a major problem. I also had small lag sometimes which might be due to my network as well

Nachteile:

What I liked least about Creately is that its performance can sometimes lag when handling larger or more complex diagrams. Expanding its features for technical and industry-specific applications could make it even more versatile.

Academic purpose

Kommentare: It was amazing I used it for my academic purposes and it is excellent

Well it provides different types of visual graphs which helps a lot to understand

Nachteile:

For me, everything was good but I think it should have better searching option and drag and drop feature as well

My Experience with Quick Output on Creately

Kommentare: It's been positive for sure. The biggest thing with such software is to have minimal friction in crunch scenarios, for which Creately works exceedingly well.

Vorteile:

I loved the ability to quickly jump in and get a quick flowchart/product map/org tree made, no frills, no fuss. That comprises 70% of my use cases with only 30% of them involving more in depth work, for which it has held up so far. Speed of getting from login to a readymade basic flowchart is the reason I've stuck with this product so far.

Nachteile:

It isn't integrable with onedrive, which is also used by my organisation. It's not a blocker by any means, but widespread compatibility and support is the biggest issue I face when using Creately.

I LIKE CREATELY

Kommentare: I think this app is very useful for my job as a teacher. I have a little school and I enjoy using creately with my students

Pretty good for flow charting

Kommentare: Not bad at all. Liked it generally speaking. Fun and easy to use.

Very easy onboarding and learning curve.

Not obvious to find any AI leveraged features.

Creately allows me to create visually amazing diagrams and content

Kommentare: I use Creately for a wide range of project needs. Mapping out respondent homes for our project census no longer had to be done with freehand and papers. Creately solved that for me. I am able to create the most complex diagrams and flow charts to represent complicated workflow systems and team structures.Our PowerPoint presentations and newsletters have also seen a whole lot of visual improvements thanks to Creately.

Vorteile:

Creately offers me so much freedom to explore my ideas. From the extensive collection of diagram types they offer, I always manage to find just the right fit each time. Even better is that it also allows me to easily create my own shapes and format them to my taste with the quick toolbar. My PowerPoint presentations are much more richer, I no longer have to do hand paper sketches to draw free form community maps anymore.

Nachteile:

Sometimes, I have a hard time getting my shapes and lines to connect just right. And text editing could be improved to make it way more efficient than it currently is. Having to individually work each text input is a bit combersome.

A must have tool for planning

Kommentare: It enables us to design processes and connect different types of activities together.

Vorteile:

1. Many templates that can be combined 2. Combines videoconferencing with visual workspace collaboration

1. Trial workspaces are public - a team cannot put real work in a public document, so the testing process has to include non-critical info.

Simplifies Complex Diagrams

Kommentare: I really enjoyed using Creately to create diagrams for class. I don’t have the full version of Microsoft Excel so this really helped.

Vorteile:

I like that it is an alternative to Excel, and more user-friendly.

Nachteile:

I did not dislike anything about Creately and its functions.

My experience with creately

Kommentare: Was easy and was very helpful and simple and easy to the user.

Uml diagram it helped me to finish my oop assignment

I didn’t try any features except the uml diagram

I love creately

Kommentare: When I was an undergraduate, I had to create different types of diagrams and I was able to overcome those with the help of creatley.

Vorteile:

I never create a diagram from the first step. What I do is, I go through the tons of templates and find a similar diagram that matches to my scenario and then edit it. I'm still doing the exact thing and that really saves my time. If I feel like I need help, then I share my diagram with someone else and get their help.

Nachteile:

One day app was refreshed and I lost everything . That was the only bad thing happened to me.

Just what I needed!

Kommentare: It's been amazing, I wish I had found Creately before. It's always been a struggle to find a software or platform that allows you collaborative work without getting the format of the document all messes up; Creately allows me and my students to create as many documents as needed, it also allows us to work on one same document without any issue. The price we pay is totally worth it (an inexpensive), I will continue using Creately and hopefully I can get some of my coworkers to try it as well; I know they will love Creately!

Vorteile:

I love how Creately allows me and my students to create documents while working all at the same time. Also, it has an infinite amount of templates and canvases you can work on, editing and adding information. Amazingly it also has a video conference tool that allows me to present the work while still working on it collaboratively, and honestly the best part of it is the price, it's only $6 per month and that allows you work on unlimited documents as a team, saving all your files in the cloud or downloading them in different formats.

Nachteile:

Nothing, Creately has everything I need for collaborative work, my students love creating flow charts and mind maps using Creately and honestly I do too. I wouldn't change a thing.

User Friendly

Vorteile:

Flexible, easy in use and share with others without converting to PDF or print.

Nachteile:

Still struggling with new release, it would be better if changes come with tutorial.

Creately for free and awesome drawings

Kommentare: Very interesting and glad that i found this to simplify the scenarios and work around my software projects.

Vorteile:

Creately is a Free and open license on-line licensed software that can be used very easily for all sorts of diagramming and work flow designing. I have been using creately for more that 4 years for my work and campus work. Highly recommend using creately for simple or advanced diagramming

Nachteile:

Limited options available in the free version was the main blocker for me and the watermarks. But always it is best to proceed with the paid plan as it is totally worth purchasing that.

The tool that I always use to create diagrams

Kommentare: I struggled to create design diagrams before I found creately. This is a very efficient software that saves my time a lot. I love this.

Vorteile:

The main thing that I love creately is their templates. There are plenty of templates are available for different diagram types. I can store all of them to google drive and keep them updated with my clients. User interface is good and even a new user can create diagrams easily.

Nachteile:

I lost my diagram while designing it sometimes back. I was using the free trial version and I lost my work and I had to redraw the whole thing.

Great tool for site maps

Kommentare: I have been using Creately for 6 months, I've used it on three different projects and have been impressed by it in all instances. It is a great place to build a site map and encourage the team involved in the site to all contribute ideas and add comments to the various aspects of the site map. These site maps with their comments provide key info for the developers to work from when building the back end of the site. The site maps are also then used for meetings with copywriters, designers, marketing team to help clarify the look, feel and wording of the site.

Vorteile:

Easy to use. Easy to share ideas or suggestions. Easy to build understandable diagrams for all members of project's team to use for their various responsibilities. The comments feature is one that I find the most helpful.

Nachteile:

You cannot copy text from a comment to paste on a different document. Unfortunately comments can only be created or deleted not edited.
