My experience with Bizagi was very good, the flows that were needed very quickly were created

Vorteile:

It is an easy to use BPM tool, you can create a flow while explaining the process, for the end user it is easy to use, the deployment in production is simple, the components to create the human task and the automatic tasks is very simple, the rule engine to make decisions in the flow is simple to configure, the screens can be designed. The documentation of the process can be generated from the same Bizagi.

Nachteile:

I did not find the process of migration friendly because of the change of versions, practically they had to make new flows, suddenly you need manuals to guide how to make changes to versions.

Vorteile:

Technical Vision. From the CEO on down, Bizagi is driven by a strong technical vision and culture. This company is a front runner, determined to set the bar for others. Great abstraction of business and technical layers. Process modeling allows you to focus on just the business requirements without getting bogged down in technical design like other platforms. Easy to learn, true low code / no code platform. The power is there if you need it, but you can also bang out a working mock up during a business meeting and get immediate feedback. Designed for integration with the outside world. In this proprietary space, Bizagi's platform is refreshingly easy to integrate with web services, external databases and apps. Their adherence to BPM standards and an open database ensures your investment. Excellent support. We run multiple 24X7 inpatient medical facilities and can't afford to be down ever. Their support team is highly responsive and solves problems fast.

Nachteile:

Immature partner ecosystem. Since they're newer to the US market, this should be a focus for their future. Developing a rich network of add on partner apps such as digital signature, messaging and IAAS platforms will benefit customers and solidify their position as the gold standard.

Potentially good product ruined by support

Kommentare: Used to model large complex operational processes and it worked really well but then at a certain upgrade point the performance of the software just went out the window rendering it almost completely useless. From that point onwards any experience with the software was painful at best. Even resorting to facebook and linked in yielded no results. Just one question - HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO CONVERT FREE USERS TO PAID SUBSCRIPTION OR EVEN RETAIN EXISTING ONES?

Vorteile:

At the moment - NOTHING Months ago - it was easy to use even with some weird glitches such as the random automatic routing of connectors.

Nachteile:

The fact that there is no, zero, NADA support. I used to have a paid subscription but I did not renew it because of the support. Post on the community forum are left unmoderated for weeks on end and if it is a difficult issue they are just declined. When there is a response it is just garbage that adds no value at all. Apparently, it is VERY difficult to moderate such a community and paid subscriptions get preference. I get the same support than when I had a paid subscription. Will never recommend this software to anybody.Very bad performance and weird random automatic routing of connectors!

Bizagi offers phenomenal ease of use - building working solutions and making continuous improvements is very quick/agile and does not require a large technical team "behind the curtain" to assist with completing the application, resolving compilation and deployment issues, etc. With the appropriate governance framework, properly trained business analysts can be empowered to design and build business solutions themselves. We work with clients in a variety of domains that are highly regulated or have strict compliance requirements - such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Government, Oil and Gas and Manufacturing. In common with all of these, the ease of use and agility of the product has allowed for rapid response to regulatory changes, and the visibility/data/reporting ensures appropriate documentation to demonstrate compliance. Customer service from Bizagi is first-rate. The US sales team and leadership are proactive in anticipating the needs of customers and ensuring that they are fully met. Whenever a question or issue does arise, they respond very quickly. The pricing/value proposition of the product compared to its competitors is very competitive. However, it is worth noting that the full Studio and Modeler products can be downloaded for free from Bizagi.com for teams to build a proof-of-concept and evaluate the technology. It is only necessary to pay for licenses when ready to deploy applications to production.

Nachteile:

Version 10.7 lacked capabilities for complex case control, but this feature has been included in the newly released v11 of the product. For very large projects and deployments, the automated "One Click" deployment wizard can sometimes take a long time to complete. This is also addressed in v11 of the product. Finally, a hosted/cloud version of Bizagi was frequently requested by customers - this option was added in 2017.

Bizagi a rising star

Kommentare: Working with Bizagi is easy, support is amazing
(we only left because of missing SaaS functionality, but reevaluation now) you must have this solution / vendor an our radar and check them out if you are in the BPM space

Nachteile:

missing Dictionary function @ the time we moved away - no SaaS (but reevaluating @ the moment as they have a good cloud offering now) Modeler a desktop solution Portal function not there -> but they have it now

best modeler i know (ive teste many modelers). suites needs some improvement.

Kommentare: People doing BPM. Me and others change company and still use the same software, keeping the knowledge of useing it.

Vorteile:

best user interface ever. (im a user of modeler. The suites or collaborative i just know about it, but i dont use it frequently)

Nachteile:

i needed that the outomated software, AND the "published" models of the users of the automated process, could be redesigned. Maybe there could be a way to add my own design, or an editor of the presentation layer, or at least some diferent designs of the presentation layer (should have diferent aparences).

Easy Modeling Tool

Kommentare: Helped me to model with users in a friendly manner

Vorteile:

It's really intuitive, i have used it to model processes with business users and it's really amazing how they get to understand easyly the way they have to model the preocesses, besides it's standard compliance and for that reason it's a great tool to model the process even if you are going to develop in a different one.

Nachteile:

It's really closed software, so it's really hard to integrate with different database and software other than the basic ones provided with the tool

Bizagi Review

Kommentare: Bizagi has help to improve, the approval flows, of the company, wich helps to optimize and make efficient the processes.

Vorteile:

Most part it's Configuration and parametrization, wich optimize the time of the updates.

Nachteile:

I have no complains, it's an excellent tool

The best BPM platform on the market

Kommentare: We have modeled and virtualized dozens of processes in a few months. We highly recommend Bizagi for transformation programs.

Vorteile:

Bizagi manages to be intuitive and detailed-oriented at the same time, which is not the case of other platforms (either simplistic or too complicated). The product is very reliable and the support team is always responsive and available for help. Documentation is extensive.

Nachteile:

It's not open source, so it's more expensive than some available platforms on the market. But it's very good value for money anyway.

Bizagi Modeler my Process problem Solver

Kommentare: I have learnt quite a lot from bizagi and how a standard process in an organization is very important to be able to measure work force of the company.

Vorteile:

How easy it is to ready and follow. It has a lot of tools that helps you to draw a process flow that people will understand and follow.

Nachteile:

The software can often freeze when you open text box in the application.

According to customer reference feedback, Bizagi customers expressed the highest satisfaction with the cost/value of Bizagi’s iBPMS platform product compared to the other vendors in the analysis. Bizagi deploys a disruptive business model. The company offered freemium software before the term was even coined back in 2008. Both the Bizagi Modeler, for collaborative design and documentation of process models (today more than 4 million downloads), and the Bizagi Studio, for automating an unlimited number of these process models into process applications across up to 20 nonproduction users, can be downloaded for free. When ready to develop for production, a named-user-based license is applied.

Nachteile:

Because the platform lends itself to opportunistic application development, customers may fail to establish process governance guidelines or a strong business process competency center (BPCC). However, Bizagi customers have been able to scale operations to hundreds of processes and millions of users. Bizagi provides documentation and advisory services to help its customers create digital process competency centers to enable broader digital transformation goals. Although Bizagi provides the ability to manage both structured and unstructured processes, it lacks some capabilities to deliver complex case control. Since this research concluded, Bizagi has released version 11 of its platform, which it states offers a new set of capabilities aimed at delivering superior case management capabilities and contextualized user experiences. Compared to leading iBPMS vendors, Bizagi offers one of the less intelligent products in this evaluation. It supports only the minimal required dimensions of the Gartner Business Process IQ Framework.

It's a great tool!

Kommentare: A way to innovate a company and do right things without invest a lot of money.

Vorteile:

It's intuitive. The way to make expressions is easy and is very well documented. The customer service is extremely helpful.

Nachteile:

It's complicated when the process is big or is changing. Sometimes, the forms are corrupted and when you copy to other form, never saved. I think, the templates are inefficient and the bugs are constants.

Digitalization Path

Kommentare: We are now addressing the GDPR compliance with the automation process and going digitaly and paperless.

Vorteile:

The easyness of use the possibilities in glueing all the different software are a corporate landscape!

Nachteile:

Some more technical features when you are a real technical developer seems less deep, probably beacause of its easy of use.

Great tools for many functionalities

Vorteile:

We use Bizagi modeler since 2011, we use it for modeling business processes by our analysis team, the output model can be used by developers and also clients can validate it. We have searched for a tool to help us generate the model, and among all tools we tested, we have found that Bizagi is the best, it give us all what we need and a little more: 1- Standard & complete set of BPM components 2- Rich components attributes 3- Easy to use GUI 4- Great documentation tool 5- Exporting to all known file types (extensions) Bizagi is a success partner for us.

Price, when evaluating BPN Solutions we found some openware, that looked more affordable, It took us some time to decide wether an openware would support our growth better than Bizagi. Bizagi ecosystem is better, and then the TCO is affordable.

Democratize your Processes

Kommentare: We have just aquired bizagi just few months ago, and we are at the start point of our journey.

Vorteile:

That it doesn't depends on IT department for digitalize simple processes and its very easy to learn and use.

Nachteile:

its slow to load in PC and there is no MAC version. We have a lot of Apple computers, and we would have loved to have Bizagi in OS X platform.

Kommentare: Bizagi software is an amazing tool that allows for easy mapping of processes, it saves a lot of time by permitting automation of processes. One other reason to go for Bizagi is the ability to bind structured processes into a single case while coordinating available content and resources to manage scenarios.

Vorteile:

Bizagi is a powerful business process modelling tool that allows user to manage processes in a centralised manner. Apart from the fact that it is easy to manage, it also capable of tracking down every step of the process, the (UI) user interface is very friendly. Bizagi has the ability to integrate with other systems easily.

Nachteile:

One of the cons of Bizagi is that it tends to be slow when handling large scale processes, it also consumes more RAM space because it handles its data in a light way mode.

Nachteile:

NOTHING BEEN A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND LOOKING TO FIND MORE WAYS TO LEVERAGE THE TOOL

There are no real disadvantages of this software to be mentioned.

Easy to use

Kommentare: Is the easiest BPMS system to implement today, managing rules and rationale of process standards with the help of the portal leaves the tool with incredible business power.

Vorteile:

Easy to connect and bind with webservices, template files and rules management, the stakeholders function was very good!

Nachteile:

Bugs and instabilities in the development phase, dependency on xml files and easy decryption critography.

A very simple tool, but it is what makes it quite efficient.

Nachteile:

I have no negative points to report, perhaps the more advanced database integration is something to be worked on in the next versions

Easy to use in general. Main functionalities are good but with some bugs - needs some caution if required for heavy use!

Nachteile:

Color/font change with some bugs, multi selection is too limited, customizing is quite tricky - one has to go a long way no to use the main box, colors and alike

The best software for your BPMN needs

Vorteile:

Creating BPMN diagrams with Bizagi is not only easy, it's a joy. You can customize them a lot and create beautiful and easy-to-understand diagrams

Nachteile:

My only issue with Bizagi is more of a pet peeve, which is the placement of arrows whenever you ask two boxes to be linked. If you want things neat and tidy, you will spend a bit of time moving arrows so they end up where they actually should

No code great features

Vorteile:

No code is the most important feature in this solution.

Nachteile:

For enterprise implementation it takes a long time to get it done.
