Great Product!

Vorteile:

I love that this program is easy to use. It makes it easier to find out how much each type of currency is worth.

Nachteile:

I didn't find anything I didn't like about it except for features that weren't useful to me.

Kommentare: We have using the software for almost 8 years and it has played an extremely crucial role in our data management. The customer service team is easily reachable.

Vorteile:

User friendly UI with a multi currency support. It was extremely easy to train the staff on how to use and they have been managing it well ever since. Excellent UK based helpdesk with a very reasonable availability and turnaround.

Nachteile:

Update to a browser based UI is required

Currency Exchange Program for Busy Financial Analysts

Vorteile:

Since the stocks are in different currencies, I have to constantly keep looking at the exchange rates. This is where I get to rely on Money Exchanger which provides the information and the exact exchange rate I need in one system. I keep the program open all day, in case I need to have a quick look. I can also print out reports from the system. Overall, a good program.

Nachteile:

I don’t really use the other features except for the currency information. I don’t have any complaints about its features and service because I haven’t experienced any problems so far.

Vorteile:

easy to understand, gives a lot of control to change program to fit your business needs, very stable, doesn't crash. Auto features are great so you don't have to do much repetive functions, I tested over 10 different software however ended up going with vinit. Great back up support, they are never to busy to help.

Nachteile:

Point of sale, doesn't work out change so customers always query their change due to not seeing change amount on reciept. does not have POS built in, doesn't work out change on transactions. Doesn't have time on entries only date, makes it hard to narrow down transactions. Pros:

Professional Staff who are quick to answer and very friendly software.

Easy to use and good output production, both for campany use and to the local authorities. I can both apply basic bookkeeping and money exchange.

Nachteile:

Integration with a bank terminal. We have to restart the system every single transaction, if a customer want to pay by card.

simplicity in set-up and use. Once you know how the system works, then it's very easy to use on a day to day basis. Processing a transaction is quick and easy.

Nachteile:

No average rate calculation for showing true profit, rather it only uses the mid-rate to calculate profit.
