The only con is that at times some of our users have difficulty locating content, but that may be more on the sheer volume of content we maintain in the tool.

Fly High with Qorus
Kommentare: Using Qorus has speed up the process of proposal writing, having all the content in the repository the person working on the pursuit can just pull the content from the repository with ease and insert on the document, unlike before where one would request for content if they dont have any and wait for the content to be sent.
Vorteile:
The use of smart fields in creating standardised templates, which everyone can use with ease in the organisation.
Nachteile:
When you copy the link to the pursuit using the "Copy URL" on the pursuit, the link copied is the SharePoint link and not the link to the pursuit in Qorus.

Really like the knowledge library features and the ability to manage and access the content for efficient proposal generation within QorusDocs. I also like that it is integrated with MS Office suite...big plus.
Nachteile:
Initial onboarding was difficult and somewhat confusing, but much improved once our Customer Success Manager took over.

Kommentare: We are solving almost all of our process holdups with QorusDocs. In addition to increasing efficiencies with the solicitation response process, QorusDocs ensures that we are able to present consistent messaging across our 30 nationwide operating locations. Our experience with implementation was seamless, everyone we have interacted with on the QorusDocs team has been incredibly helpful and personable. We highly recommend QorusDocs!
Vorteile:
Our Business Development Team is young and previously, we had little-to-no processes for creating, updating, and assembling content for responding to solicitations. QorusDocs was precisely the tool we needed to assist with storing our content, ensuring content is updated periodically, and assembling and producing solicitation responses. This program has already increased our efficiencies as a team and will continue to do so as we adopt each of the available product features.
Nachteile:
It's difficult to list our least favorite features about the software - any time there is a feature that doesn't yet exist, our customer success team immediately adds a request to create that particular feature. Any issues with the software are usually addressed and resolved same-day and the customer support team is incredibly helpful.

Kommentare: Experience with QorusDocs software and the entire Qorus team, from Sales to Implementation to Support, has been stellar. I wish all my vendors were as reliable and responsive than the Qorus team. It is a pleasure to do business with this company, we have expanded our contract by 50% in a year because the field is so enthused with the solution.
Vorteile:
This software integrates seamlessly in everything Microsoft. I recommend this solution for companies who are running on Azure and using all the Microsoft suite as the integration is superb and completely transparent to the end-user. Data is kept on your company's cloud, not hosted by a third party, and maintenance of the content is done on SPO, not online.
Nachteile:
I am extremely happy with this solution and this company at large. Like anything, it has some wrinkles here and there once in the weaves of things but overall very minor details that have either been resolved or are on the list of upgrades to be resolved. If I have to mention one, I would say the inability to use Smart fields in Excel, for now.

Kommentare: I am couldn't be happier with our move to Qorus from Qvidian. This will be my preferred system until someone takes it away from me.
Vorteile:
You can build Qorus up to be an all encompassing proposal management hub to include resources, information, reports, templates, and project management tools, all from one place!
Nachteile:
Qorus is missing some of the more common navigational, inline text editing, and drag and drop features most Windows and Mac users are used to, which can make small tasks take longer than needed.
A nice layer of security and organization for self serve presentation development
Vorteile:
The cart allows you to combine and build a custom presentation quickly and find/replace custom fields with smart tags is a nice feature that can speed up development for users that are savvy to use it.
Nachteile:
The platform is very slow on our end. It takes a very long time to preview files, view the cart, and utilize the functionality. The add-on also tends to be very slow to load. If a user does not have a license in the organization, they cannot retrieve presentation slides without help from a licensed user.

Excellent Experience
Kommentare: The ability for multiple users to have open and edit one document simultaneously has saved us countless hours of versioning and editing.
Vorteile:
From implementation to end-users daily use, Qorus was easy to implement, quick to troubleshoot issues, and well received when rolling out to our organization.
Nachteile:
It would be helpful to have a way to combine Q&A items into one document for SME updates. In other words, the auto-generated email has all of the content in one email/document for review/approval, rather than that multiple Q&A documents and therefore multiple Q&A update emails.
Don't Take My QorusBreeze...
Kommentare: Since the bids & sales teams have devolved from a centralised function into regional teams, having access to good, relevant content became more important and critical for new members joining the company. QorusBreeze has helped us to do that and I've seen the quality of bid & proposals content improve significantly. The request for help from the sales teams have reduced as they learn to "self-serve" and client facing documents are getting out the door quicker, with the correct branding and the correct tone, making for a very happy marketing team. The sales guys feel supported and love that.
Vorteile:
Being able to search and insert content directly into bid responses, proposals or presentations was a game changer for us, especially since clients insist on issuing tenders in Excel and QorusBreeze was the only software that could cope with this. Being able to collaborate and work in the same document is a much valued feature and one I know the global bids and sales teams wouldn't want to lose.
Nachteile:
Content control; the reviewers and approvers process sounds like a great idea and one I was initially bought into. The reality for a small and busy bids team is very different, lacking the bodies to dedicate to just content control meant content didn't get approved or reviewed when it should, affecting people's ability to use "unapproved" content. The workflow behind this wasn't easy to change but we did manage to create a "workaround", but now requires a big data cleanse to weed out older or obsolete content.

Kommentare: Having the important documents that are used most in the company in one hub, where people do not have to ask for documents from different people and have to wait for the documents to be sent, with that being an issue to slow down the response of the one who asked for the document, and also documents can be lost if a PC crashes or the person leaves the company. So QorusDocs will help.
Vorteile:
Having company most used document centralized in one hub. Organized for users to retrieve contents with ease, having recommended contents for pursuits of your relevant task and also being able to just searching the document for content you want. Having to see and get alerts on the renewal of your documents on SharePoint.
Nachteile:
When trying to upload documents to the content folder, the file explorer sometimes does not pop up. Which seems like a glitch.
Improved and Efficient Proposal Process with Qorus
Kommentare: Overall, Qorus improves the proposal management experience. It makes it easy to work with others in the organization through co-authoring and saving in real time. It also helps with the overall proposal management process through set workflows customized to our team. I highly recommend Qorus if you want to improve our proposal management experience.
Vorteile:
We used different software prior to Qorus, and I cannot express enough how much of an improved experience Qorus is compared to the other. Qorus is a valuable tool for our proposal team, especially with the co-authoring function, allowing for an unlimited amount of users in the document, and being able to save in real time. When implementing Qorus, our reps guided us and helped us quickly understand the functions of Qorus and how to align it with our workflow and processes. We were able to build our workflow into Qorus, allowing for faster communication within our team. He also helped us to find the best and most efficient ways to organize all of our content in the database. It is easy to search through the database and my favorite part is how I can populate right into the document, making it quicker to develop the best response. With some turnover on our team, the ease of Qorus has helped us quickly onboard new team members who are able to be using it right away. Additionally, the Qorus service team is always available for questions and quickly resolve any issues.
Nachteile:
I think there are a few functions that could be upgraded in the future. One specifically is the allocation feature. I really like that we can allocate to SMEs right in the document, taking them to the questions they need to answer. However, when co-authoring the document, you cannot allocate to anybody and SMEs cannot save their changes.
Productive RFPs/Content Management Solution

Vorteile:
Intuitive interface, and ease of use. Effortless content searching. Integration with MS 365 thus facilitating collaboration with other content writers.
Nachteile:
Very occasional delays whilst opening large content. (This could be a server issue also)
Qorus is a must-have for our company
Kommentare: We have been using this software for seven years and have been very impressed with it. Each version gets better and better and it is a must-have in our company.
Vorteile:
The ease of use. Ability to collaborate. The storing of all our content, including creating new sources for presentation mix and matching. The add-in makes is so easy to insert content.
Nachteile:
It's not easy to see all the pursuits and information related to them in one view.
Qorus Review
Kommentare: Overall, I really enjoy using Qorus. I can quickly find information and it's the first place I tell coordinators to go for information.
Vorteile:
I like that I am able to quickly search for proposal content and copy over to my template with out a ton of additional steps. I like that I am to pull ideas from co-workers and make sure I have the latest/most accurate information set by proposal managers.
Nachteile:
The search function sometimes pulls too much information. It would be nice if it was more selective with wording

Excellent Application for Collaboration and Metrics for Reporting
Vorteile:
Collaboration is the #1 factor for what I like about this software the most.

It's sometimes cumbersome with regards to the search functionality
The tool of choice for Sales Content and Bid Management
Kommentare: We needed to control the quality of our content and output to our markets. This tool has helped us in that as well as created several efficiency gains through higher productivity and ability to focus on tailoring our messages.
Vorteile:
Easy to use. Easy to drive adoption across several 100 user-base Responsive service. Controls quality of content and external-facing sales and marketing collateral. Save production time and creates efficiencies.
Nachteile:
The uploading of mass content can be clunky.
Building Better Content
Kommentare: We're still building the database for RFP use, but it is very useful for small quotes, budgetaries, and quick turn proposals.
Vorteile:
Ease of uploading, reviewing, and keeping track of module expiration dates.
Nachteile:
Sometimes there's a delay loading the web pages or opening documents.
QorusDocs Review
Vorteile:
Ability to swiftly create proposals using pre-defined building blocks. This feature helps ensure uniformity in company documents in terms of layout and overall content.
Nachteile:
Users being able to upload files directly from the QorusDocs portal will be good, as opposed to having to go through SharePoint Online.
Solid Content Management Capabilities
Vorteile:
Significantly cut down time (at least 50%) searching for content to populate RFP responses
Nachteile:
Content searches sometimes pull in less relevant results; content features (such as downloading, inserting, etc.) do not always work seamlessly

Ability to rapidly locate and preview library content.
Nachteile:
Navigating around all of the rich features and developing best practice has required me to independently run through videos and training. We are a geographically spread team - a deep dive master class with the team might have helped this.

Nachteile:
I wish the software could integrate with GCC-mod so we could host our own Sharepoint.
