QorusDocs is Awesome!

Kommentare: Really great software supported by a really great organisation.

Vorteile:

The software fully integrates into all of Microsoft's suites which is ideal for collaboration. The ability to use PowerAutomate to customise and make other work easy is just brilliant

Nachteile:

When starting the project, understanding taxonomy and content structures were really hard. But after I had grasped why this is so important and needed to be done, the rest was easy.

QorusDocs is as robust as it claims to be

Vorteile:

The front-end UI is very intuitive, but the customization available on the administrative end is also extremely easy to use. On the rare occasion that something goes haywire, no other product in my experience offers tech support or product support as responsive and helpful as Qorus does.

Nachteile:

Occasionally, QorusDocs software has difficulties accommodating special characters in naming conventions, which is ultimately a very minor problem.

Kommentare: Veregy has had a wonderful experience with QorusDocs, from onboarding to continued customer support. QorusDocs customer service is the best, they always respond within a timely manner, and we have access to real people every time we call. In many cases, we are on a screen share with their team within 24 hours.

Vorteile:

The content library and interface with SharePoint Online have proven beneficial, as our organization utilizes SPO, resulting in a seamless implementation of QorusDocs. QorusDocs is easy to implement use and has created efficiencies in our organization. The content library allowed our department to create uniformity in messaging across three regions.

Nachteile:

We would like the ability to customize the RFx screen in the QorusDocs application.

Vorteile:

Qorus helps organize our data and allow for easy searchability. The user friendly interface makes it useable for members of our team with various skill levels.

Nachteile:

While we don't use many of the extra features, it was been good to know there are more ways to explore Qorus.

Content Management

Vorteile:

Our CSM, [sensitive content hidden], is very responsive and hands-on with us; showing us the ways we can best utilize our content management.

Nachteile:

I wish there was a way to order the Campaign Tiles with a drag and drop when a new one is added.

CMS & Proposal Automation

Kommentare: Proposal content storage, search, automation

Vorteile:

Integration with Salesforce and availability (flexibility) of content management. It is stored on our System so we can troubleshoot and make changes.

Nachteile:

Not much; we struggled with implementation because it was our first time with a CMS and it was not easy to categorize content during the taxonomy process for a larger company with many services.

Premera

Kommentare: The Qorus team is exceptional. Whenever I have a question, they work quickly to get us the answers we need and help us resolve any issues. They are all personable and [sensitive content hidden] has been a joy to work with, as well as [sensitive content hidden] and the support team.

Vorteile:

I love that the new workflows recently set up with the Qorus team are working much better than prior workflow processes.

Nachteile:

That QorusDocs and Sharepoint are not always cohesive.

Great for AEC Proposal Management

Kommentare: QorusDocs has helped us consolidate our library and proposal documents over all our nationwide offices

Vorteile:

The features are very powerful, and cover our complex range of needs

Nachteile:

The hub could use some more usability features - drag and drop, better document opening options, links to sharepoint, and pursuit views

QorusDocs empowers professional proposals and efficiency

Kommentare: Biggest solve for me is the ease of creating documents from templates and how it automatically pulls almost all important information from the pursuit (opportunity). You basically will always have a complete document generated with minimal manual intervention.

Vorteile:

The easy of set up of templates and pursuit (opportunity) types. Integration into Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.

Nachteile:

The initial set up of the QorusDocs hub can be a bit intimidating.

User in Telecoms

Kommentare: Having the important documents that are used most in the company in one hub, where people do not have to ask for documents from different people and have to wait for the documents to be sent, with that being an issue to slow down the response of the one who asked for the document, and also documents can be lost if a PC crashes or the person leaves the company. So QorusDocs will help.

Vorteile:

Having company most used document centralized in one hub. Organized for users to retrieve contents with ease, having recommended contents for pursuits of your relevant task and also being able to just searching the document for content you want. Having to see and get alerts on the renewal of your documents on SharePoint.

Nachteile:

When trying to upload documents to the content folder, the file explorer sometimes does not pop up. Which seems like a glitch.

HCSC Qorus review

Kommentare: We aren't utilizing the tool to it's fullest potential for proposal management, but I am hopeful that we will have more adoption and will be utilizing the tool to its fullest potential in the near future.

Vorteile:

#1 is the customer support from Qorus. I tell everyone who asks about our use of Qorus Hub and our previous use of Qorus Breeze that I have never worked with a vendor that was as responsive to our needs as Qorus. You are unmatched in this area. I also love how easy the tool is to use. Your ease of integration with Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint make using the tool as simple as can be.

Nachteile:

The only con is that at times some of our users have difficulty locating content, but that may be more on the sheer volume of content we maintain in the tool.

Stellar Product!

Kommentare: The QorusDocs team is so great to work with! They've been there to support us every step of the way, from implementation to troubleshooting to developing new features.

Vorteile:

QorusDocs makes content administration simple. By using Sharepoint on the backend, it's easy to understand, house, and manage all of our content.

Nachteile:

Bulk document editing could be simpler, but there are workarounds that exist.

Qorus is a must-have for our company

Kommentare: We have been using this software for seven years and have been very impressed with it. Each version gets better and better and it is a must-have in our company.

Vorteile:

The ease of use. Ability to collaborate. The storing of all our content, including creating new sources for presentation mix and matching. The add-in makes is so easy to insert content.

Nachteile:

It's not easy to see all the pursuits and information related to them in one view.

Qorus review

Kommentare: There is a real time savings realized with how quickly templates and content can be populated.

The template creation and searchability are top-notch--so easy to use.

N/A--it functions well and I have no complaints

The white color standardizes the format of our proposals and produces a high quality document over and over that saves time to present to our customers improving the overall sales cycle

I would like to see more industry specific content as we need to dive deeper into our customer segments we need to understand their business models and what their pain points are to a drive technology alignment

Kommentare: I have had a very positive experience with QorusDocs and it allows my team to distribute, manage and maintain content and other documents quickly and efficiently across all segments of the bank.

Vorteile:

What I like most about this software is the centralization and ease of both access, sharing and tracking of all our documents and content stored within QorusDocs.

Nachteile:

What I like least about the software (and this may be a critique of SharePoint), is that it can sometimes be difficult/confusing to make changes to the ContentHub libraries within the many different settings options.

Qorus brings excellent value to proposal management

Kommentare: I have been using Qorus to aid proposal development and content management. This systems allows me to readily curate new content as I use it in proposals.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. The system is easy to navigate and customizable. Excellent customer and product service.

Nachteile:

I manually upload and approve of content. Have to stay on top of deadline so the documents remain useable.

The tool of choice for Sales Content and Bid Management

Kommentare: We needed to control the quality of our content and output to our markets. This tool has helped us in that as well as created several efficiency gains through higher productivity and ability to focus on tailoring our messages.

Vorteile:

Easy to use. Easy to drive adoption across several 100 user-base Responsive service. Controls quality of content and external-facing sales and marketing collateral. Save production time and creates efficiencies.

Nachteile:

The uploading of mass content can be clunky.

Building Better Content

Kommentare: We're still building the database for RFP use, but it is very useful for small quotes, budgetaries, and quick turn proposals.

Vorteile:

Ease of uploading, reviewing, and keeping track of module expiration dates.

Nachteile:

Sometimes there's a delay loading the web pages or opening documents.

QorusDocs Review

Vorteile:

Ability to swiftly create proposals using pre-defined building blocks. This feature helps ensure uniformity in company documents in terms of layout and overall content.

Nachteile:

Users being able to upload files directly from the QorusDocs portal will be good, as opposed to having to go through SharePoint Online.

Solid Content Management Capabilities

Vorteile:

Significantly cut down time (at least 50%) searching for content to populate RFP responses

Nachteile:

Content searches sometimes pull in less relevant results; content features (such as downloading, inserting, etc.) do not always work seamlessly

Quick and easy searching

Kommentare: Saves me lots of time preparing proposals.

Vorteile:

Ability to rapidly locate and preview library content.

Nachteile:

Navigating around all of the rich features and developing best practice has required me to independently run through videos and training. We are a geographically spread team - a deep dive master class with the team might have helped this.

Easy to Use

Vorteile:

The software is extremely user friendly and provides helpful content management tools with sophisticated search features.

Nachteile:

I wish the software could integrate with GCC-mod so we could host our own Sharepoint.
