This software was designed for the end user in mind. No learning curve if you have a basic understanding of SAS systems.
Feedback from the Customer Support could have been faster and more complete. They need to provide a little more assistance in that area but not really needed with this package.

It didn't fit my needs, It took 3 months for them to finally cancel my contract, which they kept charging my credit card. I have been trying to get my refund back, they keep playing games and no one will call me back. Very disappointed in this company, wouldn't recommend this company!
Fast, and comprehensive software that puts everything at your fingertips.
Kommentare: Pros. The lead system has the ability to import leads from several different sources and keeps them all cycling through with an autodialer system. I have seen other agency software products and so far nothing compares to AgencyIntel. One of my favorite features besides the autodialing lead system, would be the reports function. The ability to generate simple to complex reports about your business and its performance in an instant is a priceless feature. Another great feature is that if you have a suggestion about something that may improve the software or end user experience, the developers and customer service staff will gladly take those suggestions to the development team for feedback. Not every system is perfect and AgencyIntel is always improving and evolving as the insurance industry does. Cons. None, any suggestions or improvements are accepted with open arms or are already being worked on.

Kommentare: I have used many different CRM's across my career. This one takes some of the best parts from different ones, and blends them together in an easy to use package. To my knowledge, there isn't a better way to manage your leads, clients and commissions in one system!
The ease of use for the end user is incredible. An agent can be taught the lead system in 30 minutes to an hour. The commission program is very comprehensive. Tech support is generally quick to respond.
Would like to see a new lead notification.
