It provides a robust security feature which mandates the verification of each personnel before granting access to database. 3. Its AI integration provides predictive analysis and basic templates to user budget issues.

Nachteile:

1. Being a cloud based platform, it does not provide any solution for organisation working on On-Premises model. 2. Its ownership cost which includes implementation and Maintenance cost might not be affordable by small scale industries.

Thanks to this, we were able to complete the budget process ahead of schedule. The support team is knowledgeable, approachable, and prompt in addressing support tickets.

Vorteile:

Best Budgeting tool which makes the work simpler.It reduces the use of different spread sheets.We can easily makes the analysis.As it is integrated with different data source, we can get the real time data about finance which is helpful.Access can be restricted for some people.

Nachteile:

Difficult to learn initially when started using.

The staff is the most responsive of any group I have ever worked with. Installation we very quick.

Vorteile:

The Planner provides an efficient and effective means for budgeting across several departments. It is easy to use for the department heads. They love the ease of use and the look at the actuals of the prior year. The product is constantly being updated and improved. The Dashboard provides a great look at key performance factors with easy to understand graphics, great for communicating with church leaders.

Nachteile:

Because the Planner is essentially a once per year tool, it is sometimes difficult for me ( a technically unsophisticated user) to use it properly as the administrator. Largely it is a matter of remembering the proper steps from year to the next, while at the same time accounting for updates to the product that have been released. The staff especially, are so responsive to help me with my own insufficiencies.

Great for budgeting/ Getting better each update

Compiles budget easily. Easy for managers to use. Flexibility in financial reports Good integration with Intacct software No limit to number of users Good value. Excellent customer service

Nachteile:

Updates happen on random dates. Would be helpful if they were scheduled. I would like to customize a financial report but have to download to Excel to do so. Still using Intacct for this report but being able to put it in MartusTools would help the user.

Kommentare: It allows me to save time by automating budgeting and reporting processes.

Vorteile:

MartusTools integrates with accounting tools such as QBO, Xero and Freshbooks which makes it easy to manage corporate cash inflow and outflow.

Nachteile:

Unfortunately, MartusTools doesn’t incorporate some of accounting tools such as spend and travel management.

Making Finance Management Easy

It offers intuitive dashboard, making it easy to use for everyone. Just because of it now Im able to replace excel, as the budgeting process is handled my this tool only. It streamline the budgeting process, as the whole process of budgeting from creation to approval is very simple.

Nachteile:

There is no option os autosave, for every changes you mane you need to do it manually. The interface is good but if you are not from finance background than this can be difficult for you to mange.

I needed a solution that would consolidate many budgets and Martus works great for that.

Kommentare: This software replaces cumbersome Excel templates for budgeting.

Vorteile:

Martus provides a good user interface for both administrators and users, ease of use, good exports to Excel and GREAT value for the money.

Nachteile:

We do not use the dash board module. We subscribed to Martus Solutions for the budgeting functionality.

It has insight into effective money tracking, it is a cloud-based tool, so I can access my budget from anywhere, it makes budgeting effortlessly easy. Setting and achieving financial goals becomes easy. provide peace to my mind.

Nachteile:

I wish it was more customizable so that I can add my custom fields and reports to it.

It is intuitive. Product knows exactly what I need. Great flexibility for all divisions of our church. Easy for non-financial staff to interpret and navigate. Sorting functions along with drill down capabilities saves time in data analysis....information is right at your finger tips....up to date data!

Nachteile:

That I don't have more time to learn all the features. It is just packed with sorting functions and reporting options. So other than lack of knowledge, I do not have anything I don't like.

I don't use it a lot. Based on my experience of using Martus for budget, I don't have any feature that I don't like very much at this point.

Great Budgeting Tool!

Vorteile:

I love how you can analyze the budget for each department indepth to see where money is being spent and then comparing it to our company's overall budget and the budget of other departments. Alot of our budget goes towards different softwares geared to the needs of our individual teams.

Nachteile:

Don't really have alot of cons. I would say the software can be challenging for people who do not have intermediate to advanced proficiency in budgeting/creating reports. This is a more high-powered, advanced version of basic Excel.

Easy to use, quick to learn, and fills all of our needs.

Kommentare: We were able to finally do budgets outside of Excel and able to collaborate with all of our associates. We now have greater visibility.

I like that the software is easy to learn. We were able to train many of our associates very quickly on the software. I also like the great customer service and responsiveness to my questions.

Nachteile:

I wish the UI was a little more modern but I do see a lot of improvements being made to the system.

Works well and having just completed 2018s budget, building it from last year's actuals, it made budgeting for the year so much easier!

Still lacking on flow and ease-of-use in some areas. Not as intuitive as I would like, though it works very well and I have been able to figure it out using it over time.
