As I mentioned before in my reviews, overall the customer service of Zoho lack quality. The design of the software seems a bit weak and old-fashioned in comparison with the other tools.

Vorteile:
Das Multichannel Posting und die vereinfachte Bewerber Verwaltung.
Nachteile:
Das viel in den einstellungen versteckt ist und das man manchmal lange etwas bestimmtes suchen muss.
Workflow-adaptable and highly interactive
Kommentare: Using Zoho Recruit, I am able to see every single one of my applicants. How far along they are, what projects they're working on, and any other pertinent details may help you steer the E2E hiring process in the right direction.
Vorteile:
Depending on your specific requirements, Zoho offers a wide variety of configuration options. With tools like Deluge, Rest API, and Webhooks, developers are able to automate formerly manual processes. It's a low-cost but feature-packed answer to the problems of managing resumes, job postings, and related information.
Nachteile:
There is little to find fault with. Some of the elements, like the portals, require some time to get used to. However, this is the case on every platform, and Zoho is not the worst option.

Kommentare: From my experience, Zoho Recruit has still allowed me to save time in organizing job postings and candidates. It's a good software overall.
Vorteile:
Zoho Recruit allows me to manage the entirety of my recruitment process. It helps me create job postings, schedule interviews, sort candidates, and more. The automation feature for certain tasks is also a major plus.
Nachteile:
I didn't like the analysis and reporting provided by Zoho Recruit for evaluating the recruitment process, which I found less effective.
One stop solution
Kommentare: I have been using multiple platforms till I find Zoho. The best thing about this, I never searched for an alternative! Previously I was using ODOO but was in constant search for alternative and Zoho provided that. This is the 3 service I am engaged with including, Payroll and Vault.
Vorteile:
1. Web Portal 2. Candidate Portal 3. Job creation 4. Import candidates through resumes 5. Interview scheduler 6. Email Templates
Nachteile:
1. Job Boards as it requires 3rd party payment integrations but good feature have not tried. 2. No Free Emails for FREE tier :(
Good CRM fr small business
Vorteile:
It provides a robust set of functionalities at competitive pricing, making it a cost-effective choice for startups and small businesses.
Nachteile:
The mobile version of Zoho CRM may not offer the full functionality of the desktop version, which can be a drawback for users who need to manage tasks on the go
Very much functions
Vorteile:
You can configure very much individuals settings in order to have at the end a white label app. The functions are very useful for a recruiting company. The integrations with other Zoho apps working properly.
Nachteile:
If you implement Zoho Recruit it will save money and it is going very quick. However, you need some time to set up your business in a propper manner.

Zoho Recruit - The Need in Talent Management
Kommentare: My experience is 10/10. I am just amaze!
Vorteile:
Zoho Recruit allows Recruiters to recruit and handle the 360 of recruiting. Their platform is awesome, especially being able to create workflows, hand off to hiring manager, templates and just the User Interface and WORKING mobile app.
Nachteile:
There is nothing I dislike about Zoho Recruit it connects with all my applications.

Kommentare: Generally I like the functionality of the product and you certainly get a big bang for your money compared to other platforms. Good integrations between Outlook and Office 365.
Vorteile:
Zoho Recruit as the standard edition comes with a lot of functionality. The ability to have email integration and CV parsing are great features, especially when compared to other platforms.
Nachteile:
It does take a little time to get around the initial configuration which at first is slow but eventually you can get things working

its taking alot of time to set-up Gmail and google calendar, also the free version does not have the feature of sending calendar and video invites

Vorteile:
The tool is so easy to learn and use. It is cost-effective as compared to its return on investment. I have been able to integrate it with other tools hence making work easier.
Nachteile:
Sometimes the tool lags a bit when you integrate it with other tools.

The ease in setup for a small HR department has been essential. Since we had no product like this prior to using Zoho Recruit, this has been an excellent upgrade to our hiring process.
Nachteile:
Navigation can be confusing making it time consuming to get back to screens I used in a prior session.

Overall good platform for Recruitment

So far in the trial, setting up Jobs and Import Candidates has been easy. I will go through the entire recruitment process to update this review.
Nachteile:
Zoho products generally have many configuration options, which I get as they try to cover every possible use case. But they should have either industry-specific or use case-specific pre-built setups.
