Vorteile:

The recognition platform is very good... it works seamlessly, but I think the rewards is not good value for money, especially if a small company is trying to roll something like this out.

Nachteile:

Pfizer gives us a cut off which can be frustrating but that isn't reflective on Workhuman so much as it is Pfizer.

Kommentare: Overall experience is wonderful. 10/10 rating and highly recommendable application to recognize each other within an organization.

Vorteile:

The approval process aligned with organization organogram. Easy redemption process. Varieties of products and recommendations of products can be redeemed with available points. gift cards and products availability with minimum number point i.e. below 50 points.

Nachteile:

This point to be considered as Feeback rather than "cons". I feel more if I see amazon/Flipkart Gift cards availability in Workhuman portal.

Workhuman is a great resource for working humans!

Kommentare: I use Workhuman weekly to recognize teammates, review my own recognitions, and redeem rewards.

Vorteile:

The application is user-friendly. The dashboard helps me to ensure I am doing my part to recognize teammates on a regular basis. Also, the variety of rewards is great!

Nachteile:

The recommended awards should be adjusted to reflect inflation. Perhaps also consider additional keyword criteria to better inform the recommended amounts.

Poor Recognition Platform

Kommentare: There are still many folks who work in the office at Belden who would much rather have spot awards for outstanding achievements, trophies for 20+ year anniversary awards, or t-shirts for doing something well. Those who made the decision to use Bravo do not work at any of our offices and did it to cut costs, simple as that. When the leaders and managers do not use Bravo to regularly reward people, it is telling that they, too, do not believe it is a meaningful and useful mode to recognize the job well done. There is very little to value of getting a minimum of $30 for a project that took me 2 months to do just to buy something from the marketplace that is barely worth $20. To me, it is a bit disingenuous and does not encourage me to work any harder than I do.

Vorteile:

It's easy to globally connect with those and see what others at Belden are doing. If used well, it has the potential for others to feel better connected as an organization and recognize people who truly go above and beyond at Belden.

Nachteile:

There are many things. The cash equivalent for the award is not equivalent to market value in the marketplace. For instance, I could buy a pair of iPads on Amazon for $100 but the Bravo marketplace would need at least $125 in Bravo points. Ultimately this gives employees the impressions that 1) Belden simply wanted to cut costs with recognizing employees by using a program no one would use 2) Give out points that no one would use given the discrepancy in value 3) Not have a desire to authentically reward employees.

Nachteile:

I don't think there is anything I don't like. The site is excellent and like I said so is the experience. Every company should have this in place for their workforce! We all work really hard!

Vorteile:

I like how easy it is to give recognition to my peers, and the variety of products and gift cards available for redemption with your points.

Nachteile:

There should be a clear way on the website on how to extend your points about to expire. Furthermore, the website should meet accessibility standards, including, but not limited to, an easy way to change the font size or change the contrast colours.

I wish they would put more gift cards on the website for Amazon or Visa Gift cards. I also do not like the delay once the manager sends us something, it wont show for about 24-48 hours

Kommentare: Overall, my experience with the Workhuman system is positive, and I am grateful that our company has chosen to utilize this system as our Reward system over the previously used on. There is more flexibility built into the system and it feel much more rewarding. I would love to see the Workhuman system replace other reward systems outside of our standard Annual Merit Increases, used by our company as well.

Vorteile:

What I like most about Workhuman is that the system allows Leadership and Peers alike to recognize others immediately when merited. When using an Annual Merit Increase system, many of the positive efforts put forth by employees gets lost in all the other work that takes place. Being able to recognize employees quickly for a 'Job Well Done' really helps employees feel like their contributions and efforts are meaningful. It feels bad when employees are quickly acknowledged when something is wrong but forgotten when something positive happens. In addition to the previous comment, the fact that our Reward Point do not expire is positive in a way I cannot even express is this small amount of space. HUGE Win there.

Nachteile:

A couple things I do not like about Workhuman: * Poor default sorting of catalog items * Inability to truly customize sorting and filters * Inability to request additional Manufacturer options for Items and Give Cards in a formal way that gives employees a chance to explain the request and or discuss the inability to add certain items due to extenuating circumstances. Too many times in the corporate environment, employees are given a canned response to questions like this and all it does is cause frustration. We are all adults, let's treat each other that way. It's amazing how far that behavior reaches in terms of how employees feel day-to-day.

Nachteile:

At the outset of my shopping experience, I was disheartened to find that a few of the products delivered to me were previously used. It seemed as though the supplier may have been dishonest. However, I am pleased to report that the situation has since improved significantly. All the products I have received lately are brand new and function to my utmost satisfaction. I am currently not facing any issues. On another note, I would appreciate it if the product listing could display a larger number of items simultaneously. The current design, which requires infinite scrolling through pages, is rather inconvenient and time-consuming. I believe this enhancement would greatly improve the user experience.

Kommentare: My overall experience with Workhuman has been positive. I think this is a great option for companies to allow recognition amongst its employees. It offers people who may not have the largest voice or who are in positions that do not always receive recognition for their hard work to be seen and encourage them further. It helps to highlight their performance that may otherwise go unnoticed to their managers or coworkers.

Vorteile:

I like being able to send thanks to my colleagues to encourage them and to thank them for all their hard work and dedication. Sometimes we forget to say thank you, especially at work, and this is a nice and meaningful way to show people you appreciate all that they've done or highlight someone's achievements! I also like that you can make your recognitions private or public depending on what you'd like to say.

Nachteile:

I wish there were more gift card options when using points. It definitely has a lot of the main big ticket places, but I'd like to see a wider variety for the fashion section or a local selection for different companies.

Workhuman has an interactive dashboard that provides quick and easy to use tools to recognize as well as track and trend data that goes beyond recognition. Who and why is getting recognized by line managers and or peers provides insight as to who and what might be functioning as desired and where there are opportunities for growth.

Nachteile:

Session times out too quick. Important when working in a multi-tasking workspace.

An excellent tool to recognize a coworker!

Kommentare: Since I joined my actual company, I have used Workhuman as a weekly tool to express gratitude whenever I feel the need to express it. It's a tool that motivates people to continue doing their job the best way possible. I have never experienced a failure in this platform, I think it works very well. And the initial questions that orientate to give the award are a good step to think about what exactly you want to recognize. For me, every company should use this platform.

Vorteile:

I like the most that it's a platform where you can express words of gratitude to other coworkers with the help of an autocorrect so that the message is written in the best possible way. Sometimes is hard to say thanks face to face so this is a great help, to use the correct words. From my experience, your coworkers really appreciate this kind of recognitions.

Nachteile:

I understand that everything needs to be reviewed by a manager or a supervisor, but sometimes, from my experience... for instance, you place an award of 800 points because the coworker really deserves it, and the supervisor changes it to 300 points, for some internal politics inside the company. So that can demotivate the people to use the platform.

The colorful art attached to each tiered reward option. The large number of participating vendors for reward redemption. The quick delivery of eCards after redeeming rewards. The follow-up emails which highlight details for redeeming rewards. The button which allows for the reward recipient to thank the person who provided award recognition.

Nachteile:

The AI may be improved, to not only correct misspelled words but to also offer suggestions with the best way to communicate the statements.
