Kommentare: Overall, AdaCare has been an asset to helping our business run smoothly every day. Everyone is able to view their schedules online at no strain or expense to them. They all know exactly where they need to be and there is no questions or concerns regarding their schedules.

Vorteile:

This software makes scheduling simple and accurate. Our staff has no problem using this software at all. The reminder alerts the night before are fantastic!

Nachteile:

Everything has been great so far! Our staff enjoys having access to their schedule on their mobile devices or computer at home.

Happy with Adacare

Kommentare: Overall I would recommend Adacare for your companies scheduling, billing and payroll needs.

Vorteile:

Adacare provides a small company like ours with an affordable, easy to use option for scheduling and communicating schedules with clients and employees. The customer support is top notch! They are extremely knowledgeable and open to suggestions on how to make the program even better.

Nachteile:

The email function of the software is not user friendly and has few options for usage.

Joyful

Kommentare: I am satisfied as it does what we need at a good price.

Vorteile:

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is fantastic. Billing and fees characteristics. Not to elaborate. Communicates well with QBO

Nachteile:

Times out to soon, difficult to use some features, lack of flexibility in reports and features. For example multiple identities for patient versus client or payer issues, can't de clutter reports, etc.

Nachteile:

I really don't have any cons, I've been using Ada Care for 5 years now.

Adacare

Kommentare: From an HR prospective, this system makes it extremely easy for me to keep track of who is due for what.

Vorteile:

I appreciate how user friendly this system is for scheduling, maintaining caregiver compliances, and for charting. I also really appreciate how helpful their support team are.

Nachteile:

I can't think of anything that I don't like about AdaCare.

Sunshine In Home Care

Kommentare: It’s been wonderful anytime I’m having a problem I reach out to support and they are always quick to respond and are always helpful no matter what the situation is.

Vorteile:

All the features work great for us the best part is the capability of staff learning about clients on their phones.

Nachteile:

Not being able to select more than one answer on the assessments. We have clients who may need more than one service at a time in the same category.

Adacare 101

Kommentare: The support staff has been very helpful, responding in a very timely manner to any questions, concerns or other issues that we face.

Vorteile:

I like to flexibility and accuracy of the program, Also the ease of reviewing the schedule and making changes once familiar with the product.

Nachteile:

It does take a considrable amount of practice and use to gain its benefits. Still learning some of its features that are very helpful. The training modules are very helpful.

Great system. It's confusing sometimes but customer support is amazing.

Kommentare: We've had many problems since we started our company. And these guys are always there to help you out and get things running right. That is worth it.

Vorteile:

The fact all of my info is right there on mt clients and I can get to it and change it as needed easily. And it tells you if the is a problem.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the GPS doesn't line up right for my clients that live in the sticks. And sometimes it can be unforgiving if you hit the wrong button. However they're customer service is awesome. Always ready to help.

Adacare User

Kommentare: As a scheduling company for a home care company, we all felt that Adacare met all the needs we needed for Staff, aides and clients. Very easy to access on line

Vorteile:

We had Adacare for several years and never thought of trying another software after we started it. Adacare was easy to use and if we did need support they were always available to help us.

Nachteile:

A actual APP for Adacare would be great.

Kommentare: So far it works for what Our company needs it for. Ada care has been all I known when working with a scheduling software. So over all I would say its good.

Vorteile:

Ada care allows to View calandander in 2 different views, Highlights conflicting errors.

Nachteile:

would like to have option to view or have a list of which staff lives closest to certain clients selected. this would be nice to have.

I like that it has the capability to have a large amount of clients for scheduling.

Nachteile:

My staff that use the telephony feature tell me that it is hard to use and it seems like they message me often saying they couldnt clock in or out at the correct time.

As AdaCare learn more about the healthcare industry, it provides updates, however the updates may not be the permanent fix at the time.

Great Technical Support

Kommentare: [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is the best technical support person. He resolves any issue I may have. He's also very resourceful if there is a limitation to the software he offers suggestions. He knows the industry very well. He's an asset to AdaCare.

Vorteile:

The time keeping module is trustworthy and makes doing payroll alot easier. The payroll reports are accurate; they match the client's billable hours. It all helps our company to be able to handle more clients and employees and grow.

Nachteile:

The mobile app could be better. The desktop version is hard to manage on the phone. The functionality doesn't have to have everything the pc version has. An easy to get to calendar would be great.

Takes forever to refresh due to being web-based, itis excruciating to have a client on hold because adacare does not react as quickly as needed

Make the Switch!

Kommentare: Excellent customer service, easy to use, I especially appreciate that the folders are easy to understand and do not use synonomous statements. For instance, I'm forced to work with a system that calls its variance report a "schedule vs. employees". Now who is going to remember that?! It's so much easier to learn AdaCare!

Vorteile:

AdaCare is user friendly. The built-in tutorials helped to identify how to navigate the different screens. Although I only got to use it for a short time due to a covid furlough, I had not even begun to tap into its full potential! This software by far is the best software I have ever used! In addition, the company provides help which is just a phone call away. It's a wonderful feeling to know that the company in which you buy your software from wants you to succeed as much as you want to succeed. A shoutout to my teacher, Bo. Thanks for all your help setting up the system and teaching me how to use it properly!

Nachteile:

It could use more tutorials for the Admin options such as uploading information to Quickbooks and printing out reports especially payroll.

Indispensable

Kommentare: Ease of seeing nurses schedule from anywhere, no longer have to use paper.

Vorteile:

The ability to see who is seeing patient and estimated time.

Nachteile:

Need an easy search button instead of haiving to change between functions...ie schedule and patient vies.

ADA review

Kommentare: Customer service is very helpful and they are always updating things to make it more user friendly.

Vorteile:

Being able to communicate with staff through it.

Nachteile:

The ease of use for our purpose is sometimes difficult.

Standard scheduling software

Vorteile:

It's ease of use and ability of employees to access their schedules and information.

Nachteile:

Limited functionality in some areas. There was no functionality to view client and caregiver schedules overlapping, do a monthly view, or email client schedules directly.

Great value and secice

Kommentare: Overall we like the product and will continue to use it

Vorteile:

The value and availability of customer service, we love that we can access at anytime provided we have internet access

Nachteile:

I have a hard time finding certain things I need and sometimes Adacare doesn't provide some things, overall ita great though
