Once the document is sent out, I can't take it back to modify. In order for me to modify it, I would have to delete the existing one and upload another one; This will cost me of having to for an extra document which I think it's unreasonable.The user interface is not very easy to deal with especially when trying to resize the fields or signature box - working on documents on a smaller laptop screen or tablet is not ideal in trying to resizing the field.

Vorteile:

As far as the system it works decent for what we do as RON closer. The customer side it seems less glitchy and easier to walk through

Nachteile:

When we close 2 people they cannot sign right after each other. It seems to make you have them open a new invitation for some reason. Have not gotten it cleared with talking with support. Also it will not reset you password before 8am,.

Feature-rich digital signing

Vorteile:

Able to use for both regular document signing and digital notary with video recording.

Nachteile:

Setting up templates can be a bit cumbersome, but it gets easier the more you use it.

Getting Started with OnLine Signatures

Kommentare: Like the overall look and feel, great set of features, thorough documentation, and very responsive support folks even though I was using the free trial!

Vorteile:

Ability to create a url that our customers could click on anytime to complete a Waiver and Release of Liability - required paperwork for every visitor riding or in same area as horses.

Nachteile:

It would be useful to have a definition of terms, aka glossary. My idea of what a "document" is and theirs of "document count" is very different, so a detailed definition would have saved time. It's a little detail, but something that costed me extra time, revisions, and trials, in getting the form to do as required. The template editor has a funny undocumented behavior - even when the check boxes are set to be filled out by signer, the check marks get set/reset every time you select that field. So after selecting to check or change properties, I'd need to go back and select it again to turn off the checkmark.

Perfect option for small business

Kommentare: Overall, I'm very happy with Secured Signing.

Vorteile:

Great for anyone who needs to get up to three documents signed in any month. I'm a very small business and have only a few contracts that I need signed in any one month. Secured Signing is a great option. It's easy to use and works great every time.

Nachteile:

It took a bit to get used to the process and interface. But once you get the hang of it, it's intuitive and makes sense.

Great option for getting mulipage docs signed

Very easy to use. Step by step instructions. Good customer service.

Nachteile:

There is nothing that I do not like about Secured Signing. Have yet to encounter a problem with using the product.

Pros and Cons of Secured Signing

Kommentare: The main problem this software solved was the need to quickly get approval from multiple players in a decision making process

The power and ease of use are the main pros of this software

Introducing new software to an organisation is always fraught with issues but Secured Signing was quickly adopted by our staff and volunteers

Quick and Easy to use

Vorteile:

I liked the ability to add my own personal signature to my default settings in Secured Signing. This way the software would use my signature when needed to sign selected documents. I think this adds a more personal touch to document signing process. The signing of documents is a quick and easy process and takes just a few minutes.

Nachteile:

I have yet to encounter any drawbacks in my use of electronic signatures.

Secured Signing Review

Kommentare: Secured Signing is very logically setup. It covers all the required bases.

Vorteile:

It complies with my State requirements and the customer support has been great during my learning process.

Nachteile:

I haven't noticed anything missing from the product

Great Tool

Vorteile:

Due to having very few documents to sign this is an excellent product. It is free to use up to 3 documents a month per user and for us this is amazing. If we were to need additional we would happily sign up for a paid version as it easy to use and does exactly what it needs to.

Nachteile:

The dashboard could be slightly improved

This is the best signing platform and the customer service is A1

Affordable and secured! Just what I need and more! On huge start up fees and had everything you could need as a notary.

Nachteile:

Its a little difficult to navigate at first and to get started but the customer service was fantastic in walking me through and doing a mock signing with me!

Essential software for my clients to sign docments

Vorteile:

The product is easy to use Cost is reasonable

Nachteile:

That you can't delete a person's name once a document has been sent. I would love to delete people that are no longer clients as well

Very easy to use

Vorteile:

I have found this software has helped reduce the overall time in getting operatives to sign and return documents. We now have a much quicker turnaround with sending and receiving documents. I have also found that more operatives are completing these documents due to how quick and easy it is.

Nachteile:

As it stands I have not found any cons as of yet

A great system

Kommentare: Secured Signing have been great to work with. We've identified some other opportunities for how it can be used, and they have been very happy to look at how they could enhance the product to enable that.

How quick and efficient the software is, there is no waiting around. This helps speed up my job immensely.

Nothing, just need to learn how to use this and then you are good to go.

Secured Sign - My Clients love it

Kommentare: Very happy with the product and ease of use. I have templates setup with the custom tags. Takes only a min or two to send a doc to my clients. Also all my clients have mentioned how easy to sign now and are really happy I have chosen this system.

Vorteile:

I really like the custom tags that I add to the document makes it easy when uploading. Also the 2FA was the main reason I went with secured sign to add extra step to make sure doc is being signed by the intended.

Nachteile:

At the start I found it a bit difficult to work out how to use the product. I actually spent quite a few hours reading the instructions to implement it how I wanted to. The videos were helpful. I didn't like that it seemed to use up my document quota when testing the process. I need to test it to seen how it appears on my clients end.

Easy and Secure

Vorteile:

It's easy to set up and get started. My clients are happy they no longer need to print, sign, scan and email documents. It's easy to combine several documents to send to one client and is helping me to create less paper. Secured signing have offered a free on-line training session, I'm hoping this will help me use more features that might be available.

Nachteile:

Nothing so far, I'm still finding my way around and only using it on a very basic level.

Simple and very well featured

Kommentare: Very positive, we can now e-sign documents which require witnesses.

Vorteile:

We needed a way to do document signing including proper witnessing. Not many other e-sign solutions on the market have this feature. Very happy to have found SS - this saved us so much time, very pleased.

Nachteile:

Only complaint was lack of a mailing list type feature. We needed to send the same document to dozens of people, and had to load them up one-at-a-time.

There are some glitches when uploading an ID. It freezes when the signer is trying to take a pic sometimes.

Now that I've used it a few dozen times, there isn't anything I can think of that I don't like about it. I've not used all of its functions, though.
