Vorteile:

My clients can make and change their own appointments, which saves me hours of back and forth. It is very convenient and helpful.

Nachteile:

I would like it if there was an automatic fee added on to clients who pay with PayPal.

Counsol has many GREAT features!

Kommentare: Overall, I can navigate the platform, and I truly appreciate the array of options. It has all the features I desire & even more. Perhaps as I continue to learn more about it, it’ll be more easily accessible for my needs.

Vorteile:

I appreciate the array of options that are offered. I see the benefits of having such things as journal, billing and payments for the month. These features are amazing for the therapist as well as for the clients.

Nachteile:

It can be very challenging navigating the system. After using it a while, I am challenged how to access tabs the most efficiently way. Additionally, it would be amazing to have an app for this platform. Lastly, I’d love to be able to offer the link to multiple clients who are not in the same location.

Best EHR after trying others

Vorteile:

I like the personalized service, fast response time and individual forms created.

Nachteile:

I can't think of anything that I don't like..

Helpful, but Could Use Some Updates

Kommentare: Overall, CounSol.com helps me run my practice smoothly. While it takes some getting used to, the features are useful, and the support team is great. With a few design updates, it could be even better.

Vorteile:

I appreciate that CounSol.com has everything I need in one place—scheduling, telehealth, documentation, and billing. The client portal is a great feature, making it easy for clients to complete paperwork and send secure messages. Their customer support is also very responsive and helpful.

Nachteile:

The interface feels a bit outdated and not as intuitive as I’d like. Some features take time to learn, and setting up customization can be a bit tedious.

I wish there were more pre-created forms, like for progress notes and diagnostic assessments.

Great EHR service

Vorteile:

CounSol is intuitive and use friendly and my contact person, Matt, is always responsive and helpful.

Nachteile:

There are some things about billing and insurance claims that are less intuitive, and if there were more written instructions on how those things work, that would be helpful.

Kommentare: I used CounSol.com as an intern and my supervisor recommended it to me when I started my private practice. I continue to be amazed and delighted at the quality of customer service! Whenever I have a question or concerns and reach out to customer service, they respond within a very short time and have always been able to give me the answers and guidance I need!

Kommentare: Amazing customer support. I was so skeptical to rely on email etc for last minute support but it is beyond high quality, fast, and invaluable! They are so awesome and patient.

Vorteile:

I love how user friendly the platform is! I cant believe I wasn't using this from the beginning. It makes private practice so seamless. Im surprised more people dont know use Counsol!

Nachteile:

Would be nice to have a tab to track business expenses and a way to track groups, and make extra notes in the file without creating a session - eg a free quick call or a consultation with another professional.

Best decision I made when I set up my private practice.

Kommentare: With CounSol.com I have been able to maintain a completely paper-free practice for the past 5 years. There has not yet been a circumstance which I have been unable to manage easily within this EHR, including the occasional complicated insurance situation. I trialed and reviewed MANY EHR's before I chose CounSol.com. I have not regretted this choice for a second.

Vorteile:

The ease of on-boarding new patients with all the necessary forms and disclosures, including several customized assessments and forms which I rely on. Even my elderly patients have no issues accessing the portal and completing the necessary intake forms. I also really appreciate the simplicity of submitting insurance claims and the seamless accounting for payments received. Amazing customer service- inquiries are responded to by a real person super quickly. Most questions have been able to be answered by a quick email, but the customer service is also extremely accessible by phone.

Nachteile:

The interface is slightly less "slick" thank competitors- but it is also very easy to read and navigate.

Still great

Kommentare: I’ve been with CounSol for more than 10 years and have been completely happy with them.

I appreciate the user friendly interface and the amazing customer support.

Nachteile:

I think the list of forms in the client portal could be improved since clients seem to get confused about whether they need to complete the optional forms (such as the Release of Information). It would be nice if there was a way to have interactive forms so a client could answer a few basic questions and that would then trigger which other forms should be required.

Great Customer Service

Kommentare: I have been with Counsol.com for over 10 years now and it has always worked and got the job done. I wish that as technology has grown there were more webinars or trainings on how to use the software more effectively and that the notes temples were included like it is in other software programs. When ever I need something the customer service is quick to help and love my problem. This customer service is what has kept me all these years.

Vorteile:

I like the way that it keeps everything in one place and is very user friendly for my clients

Nachteile:

That the video software included does not allow for group sessions, with the technology available today I think this is a huge inconvenience and makes the software less functional for my practice needs.

Far Exceeds the Rest!

Kommentare: I have zero complaints and they never have any downtime.

Vorteile:

I love the personal touch and having LIVE customer service, unlike almost all other counseling EHR services that you find out there.

Nachteile:

I really have not found much that I do not like about Counsol. The only thing that I can think of that I have not had luck with is getting them to add a fee so I can recoup clients that use a credit card. being a realist, I know this takes effort in programming so it is not that big of a deal.

Efficient, Easy Software for Private Practice!

Kommentare: My experience with CounSol has been nothing but positive. From the ease of use to the help portal and customer service I have zero issues.

Vorteile:

I like how efficient and easy it is to use this software. From my phone or from my computer I can access everything. Customer support is stellar!

Nachteile:

It can be tricky when you have multiple rates for your client database. I needed help from customer support and Josh spent quality time helping me with this.

Satisfied enough

Kommentare: It's what I know and am comfortable with and it seems like it would be hard to switch to something else. So, it's good overall.

Vorteile:

It is fairly user-friendly, and there was a lot of help getting started by the account manager.

Nachteile:

I feel that after years of using, there have not been many, if any, updates to the functionality. So, I question why I'm paying the same monthly subscription fee after years of use when it's not funding improvements. This would be the same with any EHR though.

Function is met

I handles all my needs in one nice spot.

Nachteile:

There are times where if i need to change one day or one week that the scheduler can be challenging.

CounSol has earned my trust and business!

Kommentare: Since internship, I have used CounSol for all my private practice admin needs - from keeping clinical notes, to having a secure portal to offer my clients, and now most recently, for billing purposes. Can't imagine using anything else.

Vorteile:

-Excellent customer service and support -Easy to navigate features -Easy to update forms and paperwork -Secure client messaging center -Secure client portal center that is very convenient for clients to use

Nachteile:

-Treatment planner software has add on cost -Add on cost to use video telehealth platform and colleagues who use this platform for telehealth purposes have not been satisfied with the quality

HIPAA compliant and very professional!

Kommentare: The support staff is so thorough and helpful. I can write my notes and conduct sessions with the total sense of security that it is HIPAA compliant.

Vorteile:

A safe and secure space to conduct my notes, sessions, and communications with clients.

Nachteile:

Sometimes online sessions are glitchy, and at times I wish there were more features (such as sharing screen or blending the background).

Enjoyed Counsol.com for over 10 years!

Kommentare: Everything has gone smoothly and have had them over 10 yrs. They are always up and running and I can get to my notes easily and get new clients registered timely.

Vorteile:

Very easy to use- do my progress notes, have clients do forms online and sign electronically, share encrypted emails and have secure video for telehealth.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the telehealth video is not clear, and not sure it is Counsol.com's fault. I cannot amend progress notes if needed.

Easy interface for many uses

Kommentare: Overall, I have loved the convenience of having my billing, scheduling, records, and client interface all in one place, and I really appreciate the responsiveness of the support staff whenever I have a question or suggestion!

Vorteile:

My clients really like using the client portal for online scheduling, and I love having the ability to keep all of my client records in one place. The CounSol staff have always been very responsive, as well.

Nachteile:

The video session interface has been glitchy and a bit slow.

Great Customer Assistance

Kommentare: It has been a good experience overall. My favorite feature, though I don't have to use it often now, is having an assigned representative that is responsive. The user guide is helpful also.

Vorteile:

I mostly like that I am used to it and found it easier to navigate than some other ehr's. I also really like that I can contact someone for assistance and get an answer quickly. I also like how I can see stats on the main practice page easily.

Nachteile:

It can sometimes feel outdated in its interface and the look of the portal.
