Good features for the price, it does what we need it to

Vorteile:

The forms are a nice feature as it's helped us to keep everything in one place. The approvals work nicely, especially for recruitment considering it's not an ATS.

Nachteile:

Not everything is logical and it's easy to get stuck sometimes when setting up new processes. The integration was not as smooth as we had hoped, but this was rectified once we raised a concern.

HR Advisor

Kommentare: In the beginning I found Cezanne not very user friendly and was hard to get my head around. However with Cezanne's helpdesk and video calls I am more or less up to speed with it. Overall it is a decent system that needs some updates to certain things like the limited mobile app .

Vorteile:

The built in analytic reports makes reporting on different departments and shifts very easy which is ideal in my job role.

Nachteile:

Can't set up a notification for when a employee deletes holiday. This sometimes causes an issue when we have them down as on holiday but then they say they have been working.

Cezanne not very intuitive

Kommentare: Nearly a year and still trying to get to grips with it

Vorteile:

For the end user it's very simple and display looks good.

Nachteile:

To set up various processes, security functions etc it seems quite long winded and clunky

Mostly positive

Kommentare: Generally good, a few minor irritations.

Vorteile:

Mostly very easy to use, the reporting is generally good. System is user friendly and looks slick. Allows us to manage employees across about 18 different countries so good for small, global companies.

Nachteile:

Changing someone's manager can be a headache. Reporting on leavers is a little tricky as their info tends to come out blank unless you run very specific reports. The org chart.

Excellent HR System

Kommentare: Excellent, easy to use and excellent customer service from the support team.

Vorteile:

Cezanne is easy to use, it makes my life easier every day.

Nachteile:

Nothing really, sometimes it take a while to remember all of the Administrator functions but once the system is set up it is fairly maintenance free,

Kommentare: A great HR system and really good support provided in terms of set up and help when you need it.

Vorteile:

Easy user friendly system from an administrator and employee perspective, lots of customisation options so that you can make it the right fit for the company.

Nachteile:

The mobile app is currently quite limited, it covers the basics though and I am sure will be built on.

Simple and easy to use especially reporting.

Adding new starters to the systems remembering all the steps!

Cezanne implementation review

Kommentare: Implementation went smoothly, and once the issues had been ironed out it was quite aa smooth changeover

Vorteile:

The ability to personalise it to specific users

Nachteile:

The date driven reporting process can be laborious and difficult to generate payroll from.

Great System

Kommentare: Very good. Experts always reply in a timely fashion.

Vorteile:

Great for running basic reports. Easy to navigate.

Nachteile:

The onboarding section could have more options to it, feedback has been that it isn't very clear to navigate. It would be good to have signatures embedded into contract documents

New user - positive experience so far!

Kommentare: Cezanne team have been great from initial conversations through to implementation and support. Really impressed by how quick the response is when raising a query through the ticket system.
Special mention to [sensitive content hidden] for their support and guidance throughout!

Vorteile:

Implementation was easy and well thought out Onboarding portal is a great addition to reduce the need for paper forms Form hub is really helpful, again to reduce paper forms Having all employee information in one location that is easily accessible is a big help Support function is super responsive!

Nachteile:

Still trying to get used to the full reporting

Best HR product out there!

Vorteile:

This system is so easy to use and intuitive. We went live about 2 weeks ago and our people love the system.

Nachteile:

It would be good if the mobile app could be the same branding/colours as our dashboard, mobile version looks pretty bland.

My Cezanne review

Kommentare: i use Cezanne on a daily basis, i think it is very easy to use and offers a lot of useful features. i am, overall satisfied, apart from the items listed above.

Vorteile:

onboarding process very smooth for candidates and HR can pull all kinds of reports very user friendly

Nachteile:

recruitment module could be improved when making someone a leaver the process is not fully automatised (we need to physically add end date to all absences etc) when a new joiner's start date change you physically need to change all dates - there should be an easier way to update dates

Cezanne Review🤷‍♀️

Kommentare: Very good, the team at Cezanne are always super helpful and open and transparent if there platform doesn't do some functionality which I think is always better.

Vorteile:

Training was brilliant, help desk are amazing.

Nachteile:

Nothing to note so far.

Kommentare: Overall I think it's a fantastic system and as I mentioned the customer service is excellent, if I ever have an issue or don't understand something and raise a ticket the response is extremely quick.

Vorteile:

Very easy to use. The customer service is excellent. How it can be customised.

Nachteile:

Sometimes I find the reports tricky to use.

Cezanne HR

Kommentare: It has provided me with the information I need to be able to successfully do my job

Vorteile:

It is fairly easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. I am able to do what I need to do and have full access as a payroller to employee information

Nachteile:

It can be a bit difficult at first, but you can get the hang of it fairly quickly

Cezanne - HaPPi

Kommentare: Positive, implementation expert has been very supportive in guiding us through the systems we are looking forward to a our launch.

Vorteile:

We are in the processes of deploying Cezanne HR to all our staff, feedback so far is how easy it is to view and amend details in self service portal. We like the custom workflows and ability to manage tasks within the application.

Nachteile:

The reference to Military and the Services, and that we are not able to remove this from the applications for Admins.

It is very flexible and useful system and it is getting better

Kommentare: We probably could not find a better system for our needs so it definitely works fine for us and the level of support is quite good as well (support from actual people)

Vorteile:

Flexibility - Our organisation is quite complex and with a lots of part-time staff. We need to tailor a lot of processes. Cezanne has a lot of functions for the company to set the system as they need it.

Nachteile:

Sometimes there are still some functionality missing like with documents replacing future hours to be able to create a contract change document or some processes are very specific and it is very easy to set them wrong and make them fail.

A lot of breadth but some functionality lacks depth such as issues with reporting and uploading documents

Implementation review

Kommentare: It has been a pleasure working with the team and the new system is a massive improvement on our old one. The smooth implementation was fantastic and the learning resources are fab.

Vorteile:

The implementation was very smooth and [sensitive content hidden] was fantastic during the process

Nachteile:

Long learning sessions, it was a lot to take in during the sessions but they were great, just a little long!

It's ok for HR software

Vorteile:

The ability to use Single Sign On is good. The general look of the site is good.

Nachteile:

It's a bit clunky. I seem to get lots of notifications from colleagues and can't turn them off. API isn't working as intended and support haven't come back to me after 3 months.

Cezanne HR Review

Kommentare: Generally positive, roll out was easy enough and the support provided by the support team has been consistent. We did have some issues with the account manager assigned to our account however that has since been resolved.

Vorteile:

Ease of deployment and ease of use, for an off the shelf system there is a fair level of customisation available.

Nachteile:

The areas that we are limited in customising are the performance management module, in terms of titling and labelling boxes and information available at different stages to the employee and manager.At times you can get stuck in a system loop when updating deployment records which can be frustrating as the notification messages don't go into enough detail to help you pin point what exactly is causing the loop so it can take some time to resolve.

Good out the box option with flexibility for SME

Kommentare: All customer service is very swift. Good product and service for the cost.

Vorteile:

Everything is online and there are areas that can be customised such as work flows and processes for absence or performance management.

Nachteile:

Some aspects of setting up flows can be time consuming. Some times reorganising a unit or company structure can be difficult with reporting lines.

Would Recommend!

Kommentare: The customer service is brilliant, very helpful with queries and the platform overall is good and easy to use.

Vorteile:

Easy use of absence management tracking, employee records and talent related processes (mid-year, annual reviews, IDP's etc.)

Nachteile:

Reporting can feel clunky at times and doesn't give the information in the easiest ways.
