Therap has been an excellent EHR

Kommentare: Therap was our choice for a mandated EHR, but we are realizing the benefit of having real time data available for the individuals we serve. The product will definitely streamline billing procedures once the initial setup is complete.

Vorteile:

The user interface is friendly and self explanatory. Loading is initial information into the system is facilitated through the use of excel for importing.

Nachteile:

There is quite a bit of set-up involved, but worth the effort. User privileging can be somewhat confusing .

Love Therap!

Kommentare: Love therap we have only used it and from stories I hear I’m thankful for their team and making it worth my time

Vorteile:

I like I can run reports and have accurate information at the top of my fingers

Nachteile:

Can be too nested at times and could have more direct locations for things

Costly but effective

Kommentare: Therap is one of the few programs that integrates with the MO Department of Mental Health software and gives them access to the information they require. Of the options we had, Therap is far superior to any others for the multitude of feistiness it offers for internal and external users.

Vorteile:

Our case managers through the state can access just the information for which we grant permissions, making it easy to share what they need.

Nachteile:

Features sometimes seek to change without warning. A feature will be a great fit for our need and then an update will happen snd the feature is no longer the same and doesn’t suit our needs in the same way.

Vorteile:

I like the easiness of use as a manager and training new staff to use it.

Nachteile:

No dislikes. I have new information to take back to my agency in hopes to make changes for an easier time on Therap.

Kommentare: Therap is very easy you just have to make sure you stay up to date and read read the therap updates

The ease of using the therap team is very knowable on the different areas and when you have a therap staff that doesn’t know they find out or send you to someone that does

Nachteile:

Evv scheduling is not easy and when billing evv therap doesn’t decease the units on the authorizations

Kommentare: I love it. I can't thing of anything it didn't cover. I love the new connect and hope to push this at my agency

I love everything really, i love the many modules offered. I use the TMS the most as a trainer. It does my job for me

Nachteile:

In the last year, i have stepped up my use of therap. There is so much i want to learn, i get overwhelmed with excitement

I like that we can keep all client information in one secure software

Initially it is difficult to navigate, but once you use the trainings they offer it's much easier

I love the easy navigation that therap provides to new staff, and how easy it is to click on one person and it bring everything

Nachteile:

During PM hours it does updates and this has been a hassle in some cases as we are a 24/7 company

Therap provides good customer service and tech support. They offer frequent in person trainings and knowledgeable reps to assist

Some of the features are challenging to use

the only thing I don't like is that I am unable to pull up reports for multiple individuals at one time. it's always one at a time.

Document important information with ease

Kommentare: Accessing client information such as medication tracking, time tracking, ISP information is so easy to navigate to. Add only the clients needed to each employees profile.

Vorteile:

From tracking behaviors, medications, time tracking, to client information, its all done with this software. Appt scheduling, staff schedules easily accessible.

Nachteile:

The calendar can be a bit tricky to add appointments but easy to get the hang of.
