Kommentare: Well where should I start? I contracted Onsite to use Life Safety Inspector for my startup fire extinguisher servicing company. From the go live date it has been nothing but a nuisance. It started when on my very first inspection, on the very first fire extinguisher, the softaware locked up. It took all day for the support team to get me working, and they had no explanation of what was going on. The problem was fixed, but everyday new issues arrive. Im promised solutions however i see no results. When requesting a call with the company's owner, I am ignored. Finally after days of reaching out, I get this reply... "
You appear to be a persistent person who will ask quite a bit of my time. Not sure how you focused on getting me on the phone, but it doesn't make business sense for me to deal directly with you. I'm currently working on a 300 tech deal and backed up on too much."
I hope the 300 tech company sees this review.
