I hate that I have to type in most of the info at least twice because it doesn't save from one page to the other.

Encouraging repeat customers

Vorteile:

The Bonterra system is easy and fast to use. In addition if you experience difficulties with the program. The customer service team are easily accessible and helpful.

Nachteile:

The added cost in order to make product enhancements. For example if a program needs more data entries in order to be more efficient. The cost of adding the enhancement outweighs the benefit.

Bonterra Case Management Is the Best!

Kommentare: I am very pleased with this platform. It has benefited my work greatly and the best thing about it has been the open line of communication from user to the development team. This is reassuring and comforting. It allows me to always be thinking about ways that it can be improved upon, and these ideas even come to fruition.

Vorteile:

I love that I can always rely on the right margin for remaining steps needed to complete the task at hand. Additionally, if a red highlighted step has not been completed, I can click on the given step and it will automatically route me to the area of the document that needs my attention. This is especially useful when accessing some of the longer forms.

Nachteile:

I do wish that within the Group Meetings tab of the documents folder, there was a way to either notate the details of the occassion, or that there were more options. Currently, only "attended" "absent" and "excused" exist. It would be better if "rescheduled" were an option and also having the opportunity to use this function to document appointments made in advance of the actual appointment. Lastly, I think users would benefit greatly if there were either a calendar function that keeps such appointments in one easy to access place, or in my case, if there were a link to the outlook calendar currently used by the over 3000 employees that I work with. Either way, having more flexibility to communicate the specifics of the client care in reference, would better serve everyone involved. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Internal Referrals It would be amazing to be able to pull up and view/access all pending or opened, or even issued internal referrals in one place. I am not sure why, but I have had issues in the past with the departments that I've sent referrals to, not seeing the referral right away. I also just happen to have many cases in different locations, and I work remotely sometimes too so being able to reference the referrals made would prevent duplicate submissions, as well as promote overall workflow.

Kommentare: Our overall experience has been excellent.

Vorteile:

I can customize it on the fly as our procedures change. I was able to build it out using terminology, field names and functions specific to our case management needs. All of the other systems we looked at were missing one or more functions that we needed.

Nachteile:

Just small things. We have often wished that there was an age calculation field that could be added to the Household screen along with the DOB. Right now, we have to run a report to see ages.

The search field need a larger tab. The save button is at the top left. I would prefer it at the bottom of each field I type within. Sometimes I only use a single field.

Kommentare: Once I got over the hurdle of a new case management system, I found it relatively easy to move around from patient to patient.

Vorteile:

Relatively easy to navigate after I took the time to move around the platform.

Nachteile:

Doesn't have a search bar. This would be helpful when looking for a specific item such as January 2024 Individual Note.

No case management software is perfect, but this is the best I've used

Kommentare: I have used a lot of case management/clinical software systems, BCM/Apricot has been my favorite. There's always a tradeoff between automation and customizability with such systems, and Bonterra Case Management has the best balance between the two. Building forms and reports is easy, and the tech support is super.

Vorteile:

Easy built-in reporting interface, and really responsive tech support

Nachteile:

Not enough training is included (meaning at no additional cost), and, while tech support is great, other contacts like the account manager are less helpful and turn over often

Documentation is easy and to the point-I recommend this site to others!

Kommentare: Access and navigation of the website is typically smooth and errorless. I am able to run reports and document notes without complaint. The design is attractive and easy to understand. My 2 complaints are when I have to refresh a client file because the server isn't responding and if I have to search old notes to adjust or refresh myself with a note, it gets confusing easily and isn't simple to navigate.

Vorteile:

Easy to navigate site and document notes.

Nachteile:

Occasional slow response to access items. Occasionally unable to access client notes and requires refreshing server. Searching for past documentation can be time consuming and confusing. I don't like that it refreshes with the last note opened--it would be more helpful to keep the dates in order or maybe even have a calendar view of the notes.

I like that you can get to each page discreetly you’re right your case, notes, clearly express and submit without any problem Very simplistic.

Nachteile:

That you can’t save the notes you can write, but you can’t save notes and a little more space to write notes Some notes can be very long given a little bit more limitation would be great

The need for bonterra

Kommentare: It stayed very similar so it was easy to use daily and didn’t get confusing for someone who has used the previous system for years!

The switch was very seamless! It made it a very easy transition!

Nachteile:

I didn’t really see a big issue during the development so it did not pose any issues! It did take away our ability to add or change some options when putting information into a clients account.

Kommentare: We continue to work to improve reports, I am hopeful that our agency will be able to utilize dashboard.

Vorteile:

The ability to create reports is great and not complicated. New staff can be easily trained to use the system.

Nachteile:

There are some occasions when depending on the report the numbers do not match. I also wish there was a way to give access to a non-administrator access to apricot results.

Sometimes it is difficult to locate certain tabs, being able to bold the most common used tabs would be beneficial.
