Since we have been with proseries for so long we get a very health discoun t on the cost. > > **Nachteile**: There are only a few services compatible with proseries to take clients uploaded documents and automatically input them into proseries. And the ones that offer this capability are extremely proud of their products. The push updates out in the middle of the day, and force you to make everyone get out while the update is going on. And by the way, when they push an update they disable the ability to efile until the update is installed > > Overall Proseries has been a positive experience.
