Aptos was very helpful in helping our business solve POS problems in a timely manner.
Vorteile: They are quick at responding whenever there is a problem. they are good with the customer service and try to help you take care of things as soon as possible. You can virtually call at any time.
Nachteile: Sometimes some of the issues that come up can take a little bit long to get taken care of. Also at time the system client facing side can shut down out of nowhere.

Kommentare: Their service has been improving but still requires some work. As a Saas customer, they do take care of our stores when it comes with support.
Vorteile: - Saas support
- They fall behind deadlines at times
- Company is so big that departments always have a lack of communication with each other

WMS WORKS GREAT
Kommentare: Implementation was great due to great customer support. They were very open to suggested modifications that help to enhance our performance. Several of our suggestions were added to the baser package.

Would not recommend
Kommentare: Some of the billing portions of this software are very difficult to use. Plus they have decided to discontinue this product and will no longer be giving support.

Vorteile: The interface to finacials with auto replication. It's up to date with legislation.
Nachteile: The help desk is front end only. The expectation of self-installation is unreasonable.

Vorteile: Ease with which I am able to submit queries. They reply with great celerity.
Nachteile: The user interface is not ideal and is sometimes buggy. There are problems that take long to be resolved.

Kommentare: I paid someone to import my database into Aptos. Totally unusable.
Vorteile: Can't think of a thing
Nachteile: Way too complex. Requires paid add in's to do basic stuff.
