Affordable Option for Live Chat

Vorteile:
MyLiveChat is a powerful, yet easy-to-use live chat tool for your website that actually increases conversions. It has a nice balance of features, the service is reliable, and its customer support teams are extremely responsive to any inquiries. When you keep your chatbox on the side it's easier to get back onto it when you need to, so you can spend more time talking with clients. The customized messages for before and after chatting can be set up to match any language of your choosing. If English is the default on your server, you can still change the wording to use French or Spanish.
Nachteile:
There are a few things about the UI design of the app that make it difficult to use. If you have a lot of people signed up, the company will only allow a certain number in at the same time.

No Training or Support, Rude Customer Service
Kommentare: We have repeatedly requested training and assistance to get our team up to speed on how to use this product and been told by customer support that there is nothing they can do to help us since they do not offer training. We've requested to speak to someone on the phone and been told that they do not offer phone support. We've requested to speak with a manager and been provided an email address for some representative and he has not replied to two of our emails over the last three weeks. When we returned to the chat function on the site to alert customer support of this, they were extremely rude and unhelpful.
Vorteile:
It's a cheap, easy-to-implement solution to provide a chat function on our website.
Nachteile:
There is no "bot" function with the option for automatic replies when employees are away. The software isn't very self-explanatory for new users, and to quote their customer support team, they "do not offer any training."
An amazing way to connect with clients!
Vorteile:
Mylivechat is simply the best chat software you can find. It enables me to not only greet clients as they enter my website but to work with them as well.
Nachteile:
It could use a slight update in aesthetics but is so user friendly that doesn't really matter. It works very well for me!

A simple program for quick communication with customers

Our company has been looking for a suitable chat room for chatting with customers for a long time. At first we contacted them only by e-mail (this is inconvenient and long), then we tried to communicate in Skype (not everyone has this program). Finally settled on LiveChat and very satisfied. The application is simple, everyone can customize it personally, and management then easily looks at the analytics and tries to improve the performance of our guys working in technical support.
Nachteile:
In order to integrate LiveChat with CRM, we had to apply for technical support. No other problems arose.
Great tool for adding live chat to your website
Vorteile:
It is very easy to add a live chat to your website. There are also free plans available. There is an android app that tells you when someone on your website is trying to chat with you. A lot of analytical information is available through this tool as well.
Nachteile:
Some of the widgets do not look very professional
Free Version is Good Enough

Vorteile:
Very good submission form if you are offline. It is emailed to you and you have a lot of time to respond. It is very easy to set up everything with just a basic knowledge of website maintenance. When you are on-line, there is a ring tone to alert if someone is requesting answers.
Nachteile:
You cannot customize CHAT button in a free version. The chat window is too small and sometimes it is not easy to see the question or the thread. However, it is a free version, well worth the money.

This software starts from free, and has a lot of features. You can set times when you are available for live chat, and outside of those hours it is a message feature. It works well with either the website or app, and gives you analytical information as well.
Nachteile:
Sometimes it can take a few minutes for the notification to come through that someone wants to chat. By then they might have left, and you miss out on a potential customer
