Streamline contract workflow

Kommentare: We came to SpringCm with no contract management workflow. We worked with Spring to design a custom and complicated workflow that was able to scale both domestically and internationally. This was three years ago and we have just launched a new platform which has been received very well with our sales team.

Vorteile:

The flexibility with the workflow is a plus when utilizing it worldwide across serveral different business units and products. It also integrates with Salesforce allowing streamline reporting across all our objects and and single sign on to one platform. The other benefit is the search feature which allows us to search for specific language through all our pdf contracts with their OCR capability. This feature has saved time across many departments.

Nachteile:

Nothing - however, I would suggest adding the ability to print the history of the audit trail withing the contract worklfow. This is helpful for providing support to auditors.

Eliminates physical paperwork and reduces the turnaround time

Kommentare: We usually outsource content from freelance writers in different locations when we have a backlog from our clients. Therefore, we need an agreement with the remote writers to ensure non disclosure and formalize the work relationship. We also create contracts with large companies that need our services. Docusign helps us draft the contract and ask the other parties to sign from wherever they are. It offers many ways to sign and it is easy for anyone to use.

Vorteile:

DocuSign CLM has an intuitive interface that allow new users to navigate, upload documents, create signature sections, and choose the ideal signing process. It provides many document signing options including electronic signatures which makes relationship with clients and freelancers binding. You can request many users to sign the same document regardless of their geographical location. It keeps track of everything that happens to the document so you can tell who altered what section. This enhances transparency.

Nachteile:

Docusign CLM is a subscription solution which might be a limitation for small businesses. Although it has a simple design and features, it requires some learning to enjoy full functions and avoid making mistakes that could affect the enforcement of the contract. It relies on the internet and connection issues could affect its performance.

SpringCM is a very convenient software

Vorteile:

Overall, the features and functionality of SpringCM has been very useful since it provides a centralized location for the storage of contracts. What I like most about the software is that It provides collaboration across users. It allows users to request for document review or creation with just a single push of a button.

Nachteile:

It had drawbacks like browser compatibility. SpringCM seems to work faster in Chrome compared when using IE

Makes it very easy to enter into binding contracts with remote clients

Kommentare: DocuSign CLM helps us engage clients and enter into a binding contract before we offer our research services. It is easy to upload and edit Word and pdf files and send them out to clients for signing. It is easy to sign documents from any location with internet connected devices. However, you need to learn how DocuSign CLM works to get the most and shorten the time required to establish contractual engagement.

Vorteile:

DocuSign CLM provides the features we need to edit contracts, store, and send them to clients. It is quite secure and easy to use even for people who have never used electronic signature tools. The clients can read and understand the terms of the contract and sign from wherever they are. You can always access your documents in one location and are unlikely to lose them, which was a common challenge with physical contracts.

Nachteile:

DocuSign CLM is easy to use but it requires some learning to make use of all the features and shorten the time required to create and establish the contract. It cannot work without access to the internet, which means that connection issues could affect functionality and lead to delays. Another thing I dislike is the price, which is a bit high.

DocuSign Enhances Contract Management Process

Kommentare: DocuSign is a reliable contract management solution that helps us keep our engagements formal. It is easy to use and creates professional contracts. DocuSign allows collaboration of different parties, making it easy to review contracts before signing. You can access it from a remote location which is great since most of our clients are far away.

Vorteile:

I like DocuSign because of its intuitive design that allows you to see all the contracts, check status, review deadlines, and perform necessary actions to make the contract legal and binding. The simple layout shortens the onboarding process. It has a version control system to ensure all users are using the latest version to minimize compatibility issues. It has advanced editing tools to allow us create professional contracts. You can create a customized template to ensure uniformity.

Nachteile:

Despite having advanced features and functions, the pricing was beyond our budget and the management opted for a different solution. However, in terms of reliability, I prefer DocuSign and I hope we will reconsider the decision.

Kommentare: We store all of our fully executed contracts in SpringCM. We can locate what we need extremely quickly and we can share the documents with our many regional offices. By not storing hard copy versions of the contracts, we save money on paper and file drawers.

Vorteile:

Uploading files are fast, learning the software was easy, it's very flexible. We were able to create customized "attributes" to code our documents to make them easy to search and to categorize. The structure of the database is very flexible.

Nachteile:

It times out after inactivity of about 15 minutes. It's not a real big deal but it means I have to log in again.

Viewing can be frustratin

Kommentare: Our company uses SpringCM as a plugin to Salesforce and it works pretty well for what we need it to do. Granted any product will only work as well as the people who are using it. So some of my frustrations are more user related I believe than functionality. The main frustration I have is that I forget not to double click and then I have to reload the page in order to see the file I want to look at.

Vorteile:

Nachteile:

If you double click the file won't load Pricey

Promising but seems to take forever to implement

Kommentare: When fully implemented, Spring CM will provide a cloud-based storage system for thousands of files.

Vorteile:

My company has lots of different files coming from multiple sources in all sorts of formats. Spring CM is tasked with simplifying things within our Salesforce build. I like that the formatting of the resumes, references, etc generated are all cohesive and clean.

Nachteile:

For some reason, the roll out of the software has taken years instead of months. I dont know if that is a problem with the Spring CM team or our internal team.

Docusign is worth the price

Vorteile:

I appreciated the simplicity of the program and how easy it was to use.

Nachteile:

It didn't sync with the database that I used on a daily basis

Easy to implement and use, Very Flexible

Vorteile:

Ease of use, flexibility. This software can be used across the enterprise, beyond just contract management. Workflow is easy to use a configurable for almost any need.

Nachteile:

performance could always be better; structuring of information could be more manageable,a s it is difficult to change once you set up a basic hierarchy; mass update tools

SpringCM Review - Happy Customer

Kommentare: We have been very happy with our decision to go with SpringCM. Our goals of: centralizing all contracts, applying search capabilities, and expiration notices were all met.

Vorteile:

Quick to launch. Easy to use. Great professional services. Responsive account reps.

Nachteile:

Getting our workforce to remember to always use it.

My experience was overall great and felt that the software was user-friendly.

Vorteile:

What I liked most about this software is that instructions are present in each functionality you use for you to follow. Also, most of the features are accessible and in detail.

Nachteile:

What I liked least about this software is that the performance and some response time seems slow in some areas.

Best reference tool !

Kommentare: As a Contracts Administrator using SpringCm has become a great reference tool to store sensitive documents, cross-reference, navigate, easy to use methods, creativity, and promoting our brand. Also, great customer support.

Vorteile:

Easy to manage documents, accessibility, secure, and maintenance.

Nachteile:

None to mention at the moment

Convenient for contract signing and management

Kommentare: DocuSign helps us share contracts and ask clients to sign electronically. This makes them comply with the terms and pay on time. It is easy to use and well appreciated by customers. It makes contracts formal and minimizes conflicts.

Vorteile:

SpringCM provides an efficient system to share contracts with our clients and ensure they sign to minimize issues. It helps us make contracts official since clients feel obliged to follow the terms of the contracts when they sign using this innovative tool. It is easy to use and saves time.

Nachteile:

There is nothing much I don't like about this tool. Sometimes it logs out unexpectedly after leaving it idle for sometime. Some clients need to be guided how to sign contracts but I still feel it is good enough and cant possibly get any easier.

Docusign is a Must Have for document signing

Kommentare: I have thoroughly enjoyed the ease of docusign. My customers also think it is very professional and they love the ease of ut.

Vorteile:

It allows us to easily send our contracts to our remote customers. I do not miss the days of faxing at all!!

Nachteile:

It would be cool to add an interface where our customers could easily pay after they sign, but not urgent.

Vorteile:

Great Contract Management system. We have used it to automate some of our workflows and retain document control.

Nachteile:

They recently removed a feature that I really enjoyed, other than that, no real complaints. Reliable.

SpringCM Feedback- Purchase & Play

Kommentare: The discovery and configuration stages were much more work than our team originally intended. But to be fair and completely honest, our project was extremely complex. To add additional stress, we were really starting from scratch as we were in the process of designing our Salesforce Model and continued to make tweaks all the way up until a few days moving to Production. Overall though we pulled through and I believe we have a good foundation to build upon. I look forward to next steps.

Good product for document approvals

Kommentare: Experience so far has been good, mostly based on the excellent customer service & support. Well done to the support guys !

Vorteile:

Apart from customer services, I like automated actions that integrate both with Salesforce and electronic signature systems, like EchoSign

Nachteile:

Handling the advanced workflows can sometimes be tricky with result having to contact support and the work being delayed.

Very easy user interface

Kommentare: So far we have managed to use this application for several departments at my organization. Everyone has been pleased with the ease of use and multiple ways to ingest content seamlessly. Folder email addresses and hot folders for auto-routing are a must in our processes. Additionally, from a management standpoint, access and security is a breeze.

Vorteile:

Resembles typical file management structure. Security can be customized down to a document level. Similar setup/configuration to industrial-type DMS. Ability to integrate e-signature application. Version control and file history.

Nachteile:

Would like the ability to customize user administrator access to attribute/metadata groups.

Fairly new to SpringCM, but from how much I've used it so far, seems like a full-featured solution

Vorteile:

1. I like the interface. Slick, easy to use. 2. It is very full-featured. Can function as a full on document management system, not just contract management 3. Lots of automation features. 4. Good audit trails, easy to track changes and actions 5. In-depth workflows

Nachteile:

1. The workflow system has a UI that's pretty different from the rest of the application. Definitely seems to have been built more by a programmer than a designer. Though I hear this is being updated soon. 2. There is a ton of customizability, which means there are a lot of menus. Not completely a bad thing, but it can be tedious at times. 3. Things aren't always where you think they will be, but overall the UI and way things are organized is fairly intuitive.

Creating, tracking and signing contracts has become very streamlined.

Vorteile:

SpringCM is a great tool for our contract purposes. It takes an outdated convoluted system we had in place and brings the whole process into the 22nd century with state of the art technology.

Nachteile:

SpringCM is a custom solutions and as such takes quite a bit of time to set up and get just right bit once completed you will find it worth the effort

Good tool for storing documents in Cloud

Kommentare: Easy to use tool for document storage in secure cloud

Vorteile:

This software provides simplified process for storing the documents which is crucial for my project.

Nachteile:

Licensing cost is little bit expensive compare to other content management tools.

a few hiccups each month still equal time lost

Kommentare: Although I have confidence this is a clean and efficient platform, I experienced a few false starts that could have adversely impacted contracts that were time-sensitive for our receiving parties.

Vorteile:

-love the ease of use - the UI is very easy to navigate -when I've used the platform it's responded in a reasonable amount of time

Nachteile:

-main concern has been the login/account issues I've experienced -- not sure if this is an admin concern, but for the first 3 months of having access I needed to create a new account each month. the time lost between getting accounts reactivated/created was more tedious than I would've liked.

Legal and Respected

Kommentare: All around Id highly recommend this for any document you ned signed.

Vorteile:

This program makes signing even legal documents for real estate easy.There are practically no document you cant sign using DocuSignI even do my taxes using DocuSign

Nachteile:

The files are no longer available once signed after some time has passed. Id like to be able to down load the files for my record. maybe I just haven't figured it out just yet

Great App for Contract Management
