Vorteile:

The customer support has been amazing. [sensitive content hidden] from customer was very cooperative and supportive. She along with the engineering team helped us a lot setting up a very custom integration for Referral Candy. I am very very happy with the support they provided and would surely recommend Referral Candy to others.

Nachteile:

Nothing specific. Referral Candy meets almost all our referral program needs. Just a small suggestion that if the API could be made more extensive.

Kommentare: Despite some of the short comings with tracking, I'm quite happy at the moment. The cost is definitely worth the effort.

I love how easy it is to implement. Also the customer service is responsive which is helpful for a first time user.

Nachteile:

I wish there were better tracking options. Outside of integrations there aren't too many ways to track performance.

I got answer very fast from the customer support, and they were super helpful!

Nachteile:

The setup is not that easy if you are working with a foreign language which is not listed in their languages.

Vorteile:

Yes integration with my current business systems was made easy thanks to the teams both at Referral Candy and at Lodgify. I was able to get assistance with my custom store. I am so excited to deploy this campaign and see how it goes.

Nachteile:

So far all is moving well. I have not yet deployed the campaign so cannot give a full review.

The customer service has been incredible during this process. We have a home-grown ecommerce system which made it a little tricky to get it started, but Innah was there to help every step of the way!

Nachteile:

The reporting could be more robust and because we don't use a platform like Shopify it did make the process of onboarding a bit trickier.

And their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! They answered questions that I was typing before I even hit send. One of the best customer service experiences I've had to date with a software company. I like the relative ease to set up the referrals. It only took a few minutes to arrange.

Nachteile:

I wish there was more customization for the emails. There is a lot available but some other options of design elements and layouts would be really neat to see, especially like the way OptiMonk uses super clean layouts for their widgets.
