VERY USER FRIENDLY APPLICATION, MEETS ALL REQUIREMENTS AND THE TEAM WORKS HARD TO GIVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE. SHREE IS AN AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND GETS CHANGES DONE INSTANTLY.

Nachteile:

SOME OPTIONS ARE CANNOT BE CUSTOMIZED, BUT THEIR TEAMS WORKS VERY HARD TO ENSURE TO MAKE IT WORKING SOME WAY OR ANOTHER.

Navotar is awesome!

Kommentare: Navotar and it's team is always available to me. I send a very large amount of emails to the support team looking to have certain aspects customized for our particular business needs and every thing I have requested has been modified for us and has been done so in a very timely fashion. I enjoy the complexity and functionality of Navotar and feel that our company will grow right along with Navotar.

Vorteile:

My favorite part of using Navotar is the flexibility that the software has. The support team is always available to help make modifications to the software to customize it to our specific business needs

Nachteile:

I have no major complaints about Navotar. There are 2 features that I would personally like to see. I would for there to be a feature that allows the notes section from a customer profile to auto pop up on the screen when that customer is selected for any reason and would also like to see the notes that are typed in on the vehicle inspection report to print out on the vehicle inspection page. Those are just preferences and overall Navotar is still a 10/10 for me.

Sadly this software was plagued with functionality failures one after the other

Kommentare: We have are a small growing company with 9 full time employees, gave rentall and their team our best and honest effort, invested countless hours and money on their reservation plug-in, e-conyract, billing, rental car fleet management and electronic check in check out process, adding our employees users, all at additional costs and worked with training, software engineers and technical supportdirectly as the owner of our company. They are very slow to respond, you have to communicate via email, if you call, they pull a support ticket and it's days of waiting for a simple reply. I didn't want to give up on it after putting in such time and money. We were with rentall for about a year, it was glitches and failed fixes and slow tedious software processes. The vehicle inspection was agonizing, the video and pictures were such poor quality they are absolutely useless, the steps and functionality made our employees frustrated at every step that the engineers were unable to remedy. Emails wouldn't work, the reservation plug-in kept having issues, functions would not work properly, there were constant snags. I escalated all the problems immediately through their support tickets and foolishly kept paying their monthly fees for over a year while they tried fixing bugs etc. It is unfortunately a poor software system as a whole. It shouldn't have been released at all as it seems to be an unfinished product if not a failed one. I did find a high quality product also advertised in Capterra

Vorteile:

It's cheap but in this case, you get what you pay for

It's cheap, we worked with their support staff for over a year unsuccessfully.

Navotar helped build us the best oneway rental software system available. We looked at many providers before settling on Navotar. Our Navotar support team has been great. The most disgusting experience of my life.

Kommentare: The worst thing about this company is that they absolutely do not know how to build communication with customers. Our letters went unanswered for weeks and months. No one seems to have read the documents describing the tasks we prepared for them. Even the documents prepared by Rentall's employees were never used for work. Sometimes after months (!) it turned out that the programmers had not read what their own managers had written. There is no quality control at all. We were repeatedly shown unfinished work and they assured us that we could start using the platform, but because of the bugs, we were never even able to make a single test booking. Our cooperation with Rentall cost us two lost years and a huge amount of money. I would not recommend working with this company to anyone.

Vorteile:

At first we liked the relatively affordable price, simplicity and functionality of the platform.

Nachteile:

Despite the company's advertising claims, the platform is completely unsuitable for the scooter and motorcycle rental business. However, Rentall's managers assured us that they could customize the platform for our needs. We spent two years (!), but the customization was never completed. We wrote hundreds of documents and emails, talked to the company's management, and did our best, but in vain. In the end, we came to the conclusion that Rentall simply does not have competent specialists who understand how the rental business works.

Reliable solution. Using for a decade now

Kommentare: Overall, we are more than content with the solution. That’s the main reason which didn’t make us consider any other solutions for the last 10 years. The subscription charge is very reasonable and is worth it for the solution they provide.

Vorteile:

We are using Navotar from the day they launched the solution. We are using the system for almost 10 years now and they never failed to meet our needs. We are using all their solutions, they developed our website with the online reservation plugin and the website is maintained by Navotar. We started getting many online bookings once we implemented their online reservation plugin on the website. Great customer support!

Nachteile:

We are happy with the product and services Navotar provides, but one thing we were hoping to have is a GPS solution integrated within the system. They promised they will launch a solution very soon.

Best Software for an affordable price.

Vorteile:

We are using Navotar for last 4 years.They are a really an innovative company managed by young IT/computer professionals which is a really nice feature, so they can implement their ideas in this creative product.They came with a lot of new features at an affordable price.if I have any issue I can reach them by call or email and most of my issues are resolved in less than 30 min.

Nachteile:

need some fix on the reservation calendar.need some update in the reservation pdf which I already discuss with them.They offer to fix it soon.

Best system we have had yet!

Kommentare: Customer service is on top of figuring out print and email functions right away while on the call. The system is by far my favorite with the ease of functionality and being able to invoice the right amounts.

Vorteile:

The functionality and ease of the tabs from reservation to agreements.

Nachteile:

We are still trying to be able to figure out the printing which you guys are already on the case!

Navotar - A well-rounded software for car rental locations

Vorteile:

Navotar is a great way for car rental companies to manage all of their business end needs. It basically sets everything up for a potential user. It's a turn key management system for rental car companies. By helping to manage everything from marketing to payments, the program really does everything a customer could want.

Nachteile:

I really don't have any complaints thus far. This program is really all you will need while renting cars out. Anyone looking to get into this business should at least check out the demo on their website.

Kommentare: 0verall I just wish they had not bought out Navotar and we were still using that program.
We had to switch to a completely new company and website which again we lost time and money during that transition.

Vorteile:

This company Rentall bought out Navotar. We did not like the switch at all. Thankfully they let us continue to use Navotar until it became obsolete.

Nachteile:

The added more steps and complicated the rental process with the new version. Our site was infected with porn and malware, we had numerous occasions were it was completely down for various reasons. We lost a lot of money at critical times using Rentall during those times as our business is 85% seasonal. Lots of the staff that was with Navotar left after they were bought out. It was very clear that some of the developers have never been on the other side of renting cars.

Kommentare: I have good experience using Navotar within almost 3 years. Their support team are very supportive. The software itself is quite helpful for company.

Vorteile:

The software is quite user friendly, have much feature especially to track payment history. so business can get information whether some customer still not pay.

Nachteile:

One thing that Navotar have to improve is on system flow process.Even though its system already have system flow, but it is not locked. Means we still can jump in into process 2 without doing process 1

Good software but could use some improvements

Kommentare: This is a large improvement over handwriting all of our qoutes. We enjoy the software and hope we can make the changes over time to help us save more time and use more of the functionality of the software

Vorteile:

Writing quotes is quick and easy. Easy to reference previous quotes and change them.

Nachteile:

We are struggling with getting the online booking feature active. We have multiple changes we need to make that a phone call would help but we are forced to do ticket based corrections that with as busy as we are make it tough to finish the edits. Could use a better customer service department.

Vorteile:

The system for viewing cars, contracts and reservations is easy to use. The layout also has visualization facilities.

Nachteile:

The accounting part we are unable to use, the reporting system is not entirely effective. I can't see numbers in a single report and I need to keep looking separately.

Vorteile:

This software is easy to learn and the customer support team is very responsive. Our department is very unique and the developers at Navotar have been patiently helping us modify the software to fit our needs.

Nachteile:

Our department's Transportation Services Model is unique and it has been a process to customize the software to best serve our system, as things change all the time. Because these are software changes, it has to go through the developers first, at an additional cost. Sometimes there are glitches (i.e. users having trouble using our site on Firefox or Safari), but the customer service team is great and quick to fix them.

Navotar is the best system because it offers affordable and complete features to our requirements, such as quick lookup, fleet utilization, Vehicle Depreciation Register Report, Reservation Quote Report,Payment Details, Financial Summary, Location Profitability Report ,rate management and other reports.

If navotar can include the online booking and payment systems then it will be 100% perfect system in this industry.

Navotar is the Fleet Manager System

Thanks to the professional follow-up from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] during Dev phase and migrating my email provider. He would always keep me posted and do back and forth to resolve all my requests during the process of site building and personnalizing Navotar for my Car rental company . [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] answered many questions before concluding the contract signature and made me taking decisions easily , He helped me a lot . Thank you Navotar Team !

Many modules are amazing in Navotar : - Dashboard gives a quick look at the global activities and remimders - Automatic Billing & Financial Reports - Electronic signature and Contract available on the Valet Tablet. - Email notifications - Damage image Before and After rental

Kommentare: With Navotar, their customer service is really top notch. We asked for a lot of changes, and everything was done nicely to fit our business model. They were able to customize a lot of features we requested. I mostly worked with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], the software support analyst who really understands the car rental business, we're so happy. This cloud based approach is very cost effective, affordable and it saves us so much time, just amazing company to work and grow with.

Nachteile:

That we didn't get it sooner. I heard of them before, I saw there PR notification that they added contactless rental process and we decided to jump on in.
