The best around to implement ER diagrams into apps

Kommentare: I found it easier to use when compared to Jotform and Airtable.

Vorteile:

QuintaDB implements entity relationship in the standard way we learn at the university. Jotforms and Airtable lack this important feature or are too limited. I think QuintaDB approach is more natural.

Nachteile:

I believe the interface could be more polished and more tutorials would help.

QuintaDb is the future of Database provider and CRM

Kommentare: Managing users is the best we are using Quintadb . Their formbuilder is awesome with tons of features packed. Loved it

Vorteile:

By using quantity we one can easily implement data bases in low coding a person having no coding language can implement a high level application to its portal. Databases managed and created though by Quintadb have many features. The best part is that it offers unlimited storage even in free plan and have a round clock support.

Nachteile:

There are no search disadvantages in the QuintaDB but more advanced features in database and form builder is needed.

It wasn't what I was expecting but is working for me

Kommentare: I have a couple of clients that only require certain information either in or out in specifics days of the month, so when I share with them the schedule setting specific date with a particular subject they are able to provide it without waiting for me to reminder or request and is the same with them when they need me to feed them back.

Vorteile:

The price, is cheaper than other software and also for a small business you can use the free version, that is my case, I having a hard time trying to convince my costumers to use this type of software because they kind worry for the confidentiality of the information since for some of them is very sensitive, but now after a few weeks to use it they are more comfortable with it.

Nachteile:

Communication with technical support is sometimes a little bit difficult since is mostly through email but other than that the software has been prove to be very functional and easy to use.

Opinnion

Vorteile:

Easy to use, and aloud us to integrate the code in any website easely or even the fact of creating portals than can be used by all users without having a website. Good withrelational data and fast to operate.

Nachteile:

Could have the hability to accept conditional formats. Example: comands IF and THEN in the formulas... "...IF FIELD 1 is RED THEN let FIELD 3 = 0 AND ......" etc. A litle bit like ACCESS but with all the advantages of your product.

Great option for creating online forms

If you are an online business or small business that needs to create web forms. this is a really great option!

Nachteile:

I have had great success using this program, no cons

Being able to adapt to this software at first it was a little out my head and needed more tutor but after a few times of someone taking me though the steps things got very esy for me and i love it from that point

There were nothing I did not like about it once i got the hang of everything

Vorteile:

It is a Relational Database Management that is used for creating web-related forms and databases. There is no need for high-level programming knowledge to use this software. Admin can specify rights for every type of user.

Nachteile:

Their pricing is based on subscription. There is no one time option. Other than that everything is working fine.

Excellent service, I like almost everything!

Vorteile:

I work as a marketing manager in a large IT company and enjoy using the features provided by MyTaskHelper. Of course, with specialists like me, a lot of professional software is at hand, but MTH organically complements it. For example, it is much more convenient for me to schedule mailings or make reports in MyTaskHelper, and not in specially designed services for these narrow purposes. And despite the fact that I'm not a programmer, I easily create and configure all the modules I need independently and I do not have to distract our guys who are busy with solving more important tasks.

Nachteile:

While working with MyTaskHelper, I ran into a question. Most of my CA visits the site through mobile devices. Using tables in a standard form with columns is very inconvenient. I would like the widgets of the tables to have an adaptive design, where the columns of tables are oriented horizontally, and the lines are represented as separate blocks.

The system itself is so well thought out that when you understand what you want, it's all done easily and simply. For example, in half an hour you can make a web form through which information will be added to the database, link this database with other tables in the system, configure notifications, edit and save the templates for the mailings, invite users to the team and distribute their roles. And it's only 30 minutes, imagine?

Nachteile:

I personally lack some settings for reports. Also, I would like the team to expand some formatting options.

Despite the fact that there is a mass of professional software for accountants, our specialists in addition use MTH. This service is easy to configure and connect through the API. Nachteile:

The function of receiving e-mail can be critically important, but MTH does not offer the purchase of additional resources on all tariff plans, except for expensive "no-limit". I emphasize that these are unstable, and rare bursts, which lead to the need to purchase additional resources, but the transition to a higher tariff plan is not justified.

I develop and maintain the strategy of our company, I am responsible for personnel training, so I chose a service for a long time, in which you can easily and quickly create different databases. After much agony, my choice fell on QuintaDB and I realized that I was not mistaken. Although outwardly the service looks standard, inside it is filled with surprises. For example, in only a few months I realized that here I could generate various parts of my reports. This is done very easily by creating separate widgets, graphs, charts, data for which are taken from the tables created here.

Nachteile:

What I want to say about the shortcomings of the service. First, I do not like that there is no boxed version. Secondly, sometimes some bugs come up that are difficult to reproduce later on to show developers.

An amazing system that allows you to make a wide variety of modules

I have been working in the IT field for a long time and at first glance understand where the quality software, and where - not very much. So I want to say that QuintaDB is a high-end application, in which a lot of features are collected. And, this is not a ready-to-use system, but a set of tools that allow you to make a wide variety of modules on your own. Let's say I instruct my programmers to make an online registration form for the seminar. So in QuintaDB by adding the necessary fields, defining the types of data that will be added through the form and setting up the form itself, a module of 12-15 fields is done in just 30-40 minutes. And at the same time you do not need to program anything, the output is just a couple of lines of ready-made code that can be embedded in any page of the website! Can you imagine how simple it all is?!

Nachteile:

The system seems to be simple, but some modules are not very logical and in order to make a class system (for example, some kind of CRM), you have to work hard.

Fast, cheap and professional

Vorteile:

As a programmer, I highly appreciate the work of the creators of the service, because I know how hard it is to design and implement such a complex system. But it is difficult inside, for the user, i.e. for me in this case, it is cheap, multifunctional and quickly processing all requests. In short, I have already recommended this software to many, and everyone was happy.

Nachteile:

In our company, we strictly monitor the safety of the data, and QuintaDB all our databases are stored on their servers - the ability to store information on the local servers of our company is not provided.

Vorteile:

This service helps me as a senior manager to clearly structure the data with which our company works. The main point I like about QuintaDB is the simplicity of the service and its convenience. For example, many employees in our company do not have programming skills, but they successfully use the system, and can independently configure the modules for their work.

Nachteile:

It annoys me a little that all our data, including personal data, is stored in the cloud and in the case of a server being hacked by hackers, an extremely unpleasant situation can arise.

I will tell you honestly: when I learned about the existence of such a service as QuintaDB, I could not believe that so many functions were assembled and implemented in one place. But now I have easily mastered all the functionality, I am very quickly oriented in all modules and almost all of them are used in my work. This relational database is easy to learn, it has an intuitive interface, and there are so many functions that I spent a few weeks researching and integrating them into my projects.

Nachteile:

In some tables, editing forms for some reason go beyond the page borders. It is noteworthy that this bug is not available in all tables and not in all browsers, so it is difficult to catch it.

The functionality is huge, but it is difficult to master the service

Vorteile:

The service has a lot of positives. I will list only the most important ones for me: extensive functionality, responsive support service, the ability to create customer portals, the low cost of a monthly and annual subscription, the availability of a referral program.

Nachteile:

As soon as I signed up for the service, I realized that I would have to spend a lot of time learning it. There are two reasons for this. First, this is a huge number of functions that need to be addressed. Secondly, confusing and not always clear interface.

I like to watch the service evolve

I have been working with QuintaDB for more than 5 years and note with pleasure how quickly and organically the service is developed. If earlier it was just a form designer, now it is a full-fledged CRM. Its main advantage is that it is not highly specialized and, if properly configured, it can be implemented in almost any business.

Nachteile:

I had problems with the Formula field - the formulas I entered were displayed incorrectly. Rather, the result was not as I expected. I had to suffer for a long time with technical support to solve the problem.

QuintaDB offers a real professional service

I have no doubts about the professionalism of the guys working at QuintaDB. Besides the fact that they offer services of the highest level, they also quickly respond to user requests. Say, a few months ago, my employees damaged the database, so the technical support service during the day was able to recover all the lost information!

Nachteile:

Formulas entered in the fields do not always work correctly. Perhaps I did not understand their syntax 100%, and there are very few training materials on this issue.

I use QuintaDB in parallel with other programs

Vorteile:

When I became acquainted with the QuintaDB service, I used it in parallel with other software, but now I have refused many professional programs due to the fact that they are usually designed to solve a narrow circle of tasks. QuintaDB allows me to maintain a base of our clients, follow their requests, organize mailings, build schedules, etc. And all this is done in the same service, which I learned in just a few days. And the cost of the monthly, and even more so the annual subscription is quite budget.

Nachteile:

Setting up actions by condition does not work properly, I have notifications sent every other time, then some other problems arise. The rest of the service is excellent.

One of the activities of our company is the promotion of our customers' web projects. Of course, we use specialized programs, but QuintaDB is an excellent addition to the case. For example, it’s much easier to build reports, link some data to Google Maps, and you can also create email and SMS mailings than we use extensively. I note that all modules are easily configured, and if necessary, they can be embedded in any website, and not just used, logged in to the system.

Nachteile:

I would like to be able to automatically scan the location data where the photo was uploaded to the system and save it to the database. Unfortunately, this feature has not yet been implemented.

Supersystem, great support service!

Vorteile:

Guys, this is a really great system. Firstly, it is very simple in terms of mastering the functionality (there are all the training materials with examples, an alphabetical index). Secondly, its functionality can be envied by the applications implemented by real giants. QuintaDB has elementary functions such as creating web forms or sending notifications on the results of filling out a form, as well as complex ones, such as Google maps, e-mail distribution, client portals, there is also the ability to use the API. I note that I am talking here only about the opportunities that I myself tested and evaluated.

Nachteile:

Of course, as in every developing project, QuintaDB has its own minor flaws and shortcomings, but they are constantly eliminated and have little effect on the overall impression of the software.
