Extrelmly bad support after joining
Kommentare: Extremly bad given that we are a company that runs around 10-15 different independent softwares. WebHR is never coming back to us.
Vorteile:
The interface is easy to use, the system is limited but good for our size.
Nachteile:
The team behind the software is extremly bad. They never delivered on the promises made prior to joining thinking that once a customer is on board, its hard for them to leave. Also, you can only add 5 users at any given time which doesn't make any sense if you have only 1 team member starting. Totally illogical.

I must confess, the whole software is very helpful, but prominent amongst every feature is the Applicant Tracking System. everything we do in the office revolves around hiring the capable hands to go about it. Thus, with the aid of this feature, my office is now the home of professionals. As per the integration with my business process, it has not been easy because we were used to the conventional interview, staff scouting and human resource management system, nevertheless, adopting has made our office an utopia and WebHR, our new consultant
Nachteile:
i have not found any aspect of this least interesting or with a need to be improved
Employees' Management was Not So Easy Before!

1. Lags in speed performance.
2. It doesn't have automated system to send automated e mails to employees for any job openings within

No or Very Less Technical Issues. 5. It is all in one tool which helps keeping records of all employees whether serving or not serving with us.
Nachteile:
1. As It is Very Simple and Easy software to use and gives Hassle-free experience in managing employees' credentials so lesser efforts are required to maintain our records. 2. WEB HR review
Kommentare: Best thing is that the WEB HR team is very helpful, friendly, cooperative and supportive. Their response time to any of my queries is quick and they never leave you hanging. In fact, some times they go out of their way to give support.
Vorteile:
It is user friendly and the user interface is quite interactive. It is like Facebook for employees! Makes employee engagement better.
Nachteile:
Some of the functionalities should be enhanced, the software is still in its initial phases so more different types of features need to be added to make it a holistic HR software. Recruitment tracking and application screening should get better.

I have not experienced anything I would say I like least about the system.
An All-Inclusive Platform To Manage Employees
Kommentare: It tracks time, onboarding, and leaves. It is an all-inclusive piece of software that can be used to handle the necessary data processing from the beginning of a career through retirement. Strong, 24-hour help is available online.
Vorteile:
It makes sure that everything is available to management and staff. It keeps you informed on the most recent HR news, regulations, and changes. It is intended to be used by all Organizational departments, not just the HR team. The customer support is outstanding.
Nachteile:
The application's compatibility with mobile devices is quite poor. Except that I can't think of any drawbacks to WebHr. They provide excellent service, so I can always find what I need.

Good looking HR Management tool
Vorteile:
First impression I got from this tool was the design. I am a big fan of flat design and UX in general - the the effort put into this software is great and deeply appreciated.n terms of functionality, the software does provide all needed modules, but with the way they're presented and working, I wouldn't suggest using this software for large companies, would probably be best so stick with it if your company is comprised of <250-300 employees, otherwise everything will get cluttered.
Nachteile:
Lack of mobile access / version - that's a requirement now in 2018. UI seems somewhat cluttered when having to many employees / profiles added.

Kommentare: Not good. It is easy to get lost in it. The only reason I am getting by is because I have used it so many times that I already know how to go through it. But given the choice between this and the lotus hr tool that we were using before, I choose this one.
Vorteile:
Not much, we are required to use it so I use it
Nachteile:
Redundant functionalities like when you are trying to file for a leave you still need to file it in employee hours. Overextending and/or overlapping parts of the page. Some action buttons are located way below the page that the user does not know what to do next.. until of course they discover the action buttons way below. The appearance is also not very enticing. There were times in the past too where I received a notification that an employee review is now available, then it says that it is not available when I click the link to view it. The attendance part is also not giving correct information.
WebHR - RCG Global Services (for improvements)
Vorteile:
It is easy to navigate things, very straight forward on functionalities you need, eg. reports - employee hours summary. I can already access this even if I'm in a restricted client network.
Nachteile:
A few of the things which I don't like: * Display of Late Comers Summary on Timesheet Board - as I am deployed to client, I do not tracked my timeout on daily basis. So seeing this list report that tells me I'm absent is a bit off. I hope there is a way that employees deployed to client may opt for this type of feature, eg. time in/out tracker. * Requires mandatory time-in even on Timebank -- since this is timebank (personal time-off/holidays) why does it requires a time-in (for me it doesn't make sense when you're not even reporting to office that is why it is called timebank, right?) * On Timebank as project type, can this be generally defaulted to Non-Billable? are there cases where timebank is billable? As I understand even if you work on holiday, you would not log it as timebank but on OT or project billable. * To make a template for employee hours instead of manually generating it for a period on adding multiple or single hour. A template could also be cloned or replicated for another set of period. Currently, I'm using the Add multiple hours for billable time but in cases that I have timebank (holiday or VL/SL) in between, I need to cut the billable period to add a record for timebank. In comparison if there is already a template with project, and all you need to do is to log time. If I'm not mistaken, I think this is how the original RCG timesheet was.
infasME experience using WebHR
Vorteile:
Very easy and friendly user interface, we now use it for our experience claim and travel request and we plan to use more modules in future. like integration with out attendance system and office 365
Nachteile:
Nothing major ,we love it , but some small UI mistakes,Performance module must enhanced
Comprehensive but modular offering that suits any business requirement
Kommentare: We have a number of projects with different characteristics and WebHR is flexible enough to be applied across them all.
Vorteile:
Can select only the modules required. simple and intuitive User Interface. Easy to administer. Training new employees is quick and easy. Roles and permissions are easy to change and changes are instant.
Nachteile:
occasional unexplained bugs with user accounts, particularly on the mobile application. Multi-languages not available on the mobile application. Subscription fees don't reduce as the number of users increases (no savings for scale offered).

Easy to learn and adapt. Very good software . We have been using it for more than a year now. Technical support team is very helpful.
Nachteile:
Few bugs which needs to be updated in terms of time sheet module. system logs cannot be tracked back to the admin user who has done any changes.
Excellent Customer Service!
Kommentare: Once your organization is set up, changes continue to happen and the Customer Service Department (especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT]) was more than helpful with getting them done.

Kommentare: Overall my experience has ok. The system does the basic things we need it to do. But going forward with some of the additional modules has required a lot of testing.
Vorteile:
Great value! The system uses the same protocol across all its modules, so it easy to pick up. Lot of potential and addon modules.
Nachteile:
Some of the modules don't seem to be tested before they are released. Very buggy. Constantly making support tickets and trying to figure out workaround until issues are resolved.
Webhr is a useful software, being an HR professional, I must say, it saves my time in reporting

Dashboard and reporting is quite admirable. quality of being customizable is very fascinating Organograms are also very attractive and informative
Nachteile:
attendance synchronization with leaves is not as appreciable as it must be. linkage with leave deduction or customization as per requirement is not available at first hand.
Easy to stay on top of company initiatives
Vorteile:
I like the conversations element. I can easily engage with the people in the company and stay on top of goals.
Nachteile:
The visual style. It wouldn't hurt to have a few things that were better from an aesthetic standpoint.

I like the "assign task" feature the most as it helps you manage and not forget the tasks that you need to perform on a particular day.
Nachteile:
It automatically logs out after few minutes
