Im Rahmen verschiedener Projekte erleichtert Proofhub die Verwaltung sehr. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen, der regelmäßig Projektarbeit hat und Unterstützung bei der Projektverwaltung benötigt. Top.

Kommentare: We tried so many tools (Basecamp,Trello,Asana,etc,) we could find in the workplace for project management and team collaboration, and then we tried ProofHub. It turned out to be the best decision we made as this powerful and intuitive tool helped our team to be more efficient, productive, task-oriented, and collaborative. Unlike Asana, ProofHub has a simple learning curve and you can assign multiple assignees for tasks. To begin with, ProofHub’s user interface is neat and intuitive that paves way for effortless navigation. You can create custom workflows, allocate and track tasks, plan projects in Gantt charts, and exchange quick messages with Instant chat. The tool allows you to filter tasks and organize them according to priority, which helps you save time and be more productive. We were able to review and proof files quickly with its Online proofing tool and Automatic reminders made sure we never miss out on anything important. And yes, the customer support team has been excellent in promptly resolving our queries and addressing any issues.

Nachteile:

Nothing in particular but we wish there was an easier way to manage email notifications.

ProofHub for Rocket Engineering

Kommentare: My overall experience with ProofHub has been incredibly positive. I am part of a university engineering team which has
adopted it for use on our rocketry projects, and it has made a massive difference being able to track all our tasks in
one place. We're much more effective and there is significantly less information/decisions getting lost in the gutter
because they weren't written down in a consistent place or communicated.

Vorteile:

I liked the Gantt chart visualization. It was super useful to add dependencies between tasks and get a proper visual of how long projects would take when their estimates were strung together.

Nachteile:

The notebooks are little bit cumbersome to use unfortunately. Also the PDF reader for attachments makes it very difficult to scroll between pages.

A lot of potential yet poorly implemented

Vorteile:

Our experience with ProofHub started out great. The enthusiastic marketing guys were wonderful. We were happy and anything seemed possible. Tutorial videos were great, all the features we need are there. We subscribed immediately for 1 year.

Nachteile:

After a few months, the team became uncomfortable using ProofHub. UI is fast but a bit erratic. The Gantt chart which management heavily relies on is a pain to use and set up for each project. It's there, it completes ProofHub's feature list, but using it became no longer practical since more time is wasted for trying it to work as intended. The team reverted back to manual project management. We were not able to get a refund for one year of payment. They said they're checking if they can still do a refund but no word ever since.

Pretty Happy Overall

Kommentare: Overall, it is better that workamajig, by far. It has the proofing system built in, though it can be a little glitchy. It isn't anything a normal person can't catch if you put more than basic brain thought into it.

Vorteile:

It is simple to use, but there is a learning curve to understand the actual flow of tasks vs creating a project.

Nachteile:

I wish any of these systems would provide a consistent trainer to guide the initial set up. I had to go back and set up a bunch of projects again just because I didn't realize the flow of tasks initially.

Learning To Work With A New System

Kommentare: I've had to come back from maternity leave and learn a whole new system + rebuild almost all our taskflows... it's been tedious. I'm figuring out how to make it work

Vorteile:

I'm still learning the system - I'm not sure yet what a like any more or less than our previous system.

Nachteile:

So far - I don't love that I'm stuck with each task being forced through the "status flow". And setting up a recurring task with sub-tasks does not seem to work.

Helpful, but still learning the ropes

Kommentare: Overall it's been helpful, and the ability to mark tasks as in progress or complete is great. I also really like the fact that comments are sent out via email to review when added to tasks, that is very helpful.

Vorteile:

I like the ability to create copy's of tasks and then edit them from there. We have a lot of projects that are similar but need tweaking or just new ones every week.

Nachteile:

I am still learning proofhub, but we have a lot of company projects and once you get more than a handful of tasks a day, it can become fairly hard to see the bigger picture of tasks are at hand. I love the calendar view, but often I have more projects than fit in the box on each day so it's tough to get an idea of what is coming up.

Great Software Overall

With all this said, I love ProofHub for its multilingual interface and fantastic customer support team.

Nachteile:

What makes ProofHub standout is that it is really extensive; whether it’s project management, time tracking, file management, instant messaging, online proofing and much more. You can manage all aspects of your work with a single tool. While there are a lot of features, there’s nothing complicated and less tech-savvy users like me can use the tool with no issues whatsoever. The Scheduling calendar allows me to bring all my tasks, events, and milestones in one place. I get updates of all the activities taking place in my account through real-time in-app, desktop, email, and mobile notifications.

Clear, Convenient and Accessible Agreements

Improve Gantt Chart functionality

Kommentare: Overall our experience has been positive, but there are several nuances of the application that we would like to see changes to.

All of the interfaces are pretty intuitive and make adopting pretty simple for most users.

Nachteile:

From a PM perspective the Gantt Chart functionality is not very well integrated or useful.

An underated project management gem

Vorteile:

Proofhub gives me the ability to sort and bring all my files in one place, it's filters are very easy to use as well as it's flawless real time notifications.

Nachteile:

I haven't encountered any bugs or inconveniences while using it.

My ProofHub

Kommentare: What could be better than being able to manage my projects and organize my tasks while remaining in constant contact with my staff? A free version of this software could be considered.

Vorteile:

I love this software, it's just incredible. I can manage my projects and plan all my tasks while collaborating with my staff even remotely.

Nachteile:

The unavailability of a free version limits detailed exploration of the software, as its free trial does not last long.

Great cross team collaboration especially with remote workers.

Vorteile:

We needed a seamless way to approve large amounts of content for a large project. Proofhub allowed us to comment and track those versions that incorporated those changes.

Nachteile:

The clicking on content for feedback could be a bit tricky at times.

Combination of all leading project management and collaboration tools! Value for money.

Kommentare: First and foremost, we began with a free trial of the software with low expectations, after having had a few bad experiences with project management software in the past. To everyone's surprise, ProofHub was not like the other tools we had used in the past. The interface was clean and easy to use. The support team provided an excellent demo, thoroughly explaining everything and emphasising how the tool could be beneficial to our marketing team. Kanban boards are one of the software's most impressive features. We've developed team-specific workflows, and everyone enjoys progressing tasks through stages. I'd also like to highlight the time tracking and online proofing features, which are both fantastic for increasing team productivity. Overall, the tool is quite impressive and a great value for the price.

In my opinion, ProofHub is the tool that has it all, be it task management, time tracking, collaboration, communication, and more. There is honestly nothing that needs to be improved in the tool, but if it had to do one thing, I think it would be more integrations with third party tools.

When our team started working remotely, it was very tough for us to stay on the same page and track our progress or productivity. Everything was spread all over the place and it resulted in project delays. Ever since we started using ProofHub, working remotely has become a piece of cake. It literally feels like a digital office. Excellent task management features like Kanban boards, Table view and Gantt charts helped us plan, assign and track tasks easily in one place. Being a manager, tracking my team’s progress was getting out of my hands as all of my team members were located in different parts of the world. ProofHub’s robust time tracking and reporting system helped me keep track of my team’s work in one place. Also, we did not have to rely much on annoying video and voice calls as we could easily use ProofHub’s inbuilt chat and discussion board to communicate with each other. ProofHub's all-in-one project management system has brought my remote team together and helped us achieve better.

Nachteile:

There isn't anything really problematic with this tool that I can think of. It's easy to use, affordable, and robust. I'd give it a ten out of ten!

It hits all of our needs, most of our wants and does it at 10 percent of the cost of other options out there so for us, we are very pleased!

Nachteile:

On that note, this software isn't perfect. It is easy to implement but there are some features that you have to dig for and other features that aren't explained in depth. Still, for a novice to approach, learn and become proficient in a short amount of time, I am pleased at how easy it was to eventually figure out. We also use a blend of several business operating systems and our internal language can be confusing. I was hoping to be able to change certain parts of the software that I cannot. For example, I would love to title Projects (instead of "Projects") as "Yearly Objectives"... that cannot be done with this software. Small sticking point for us, but nothing insurmountable.
