Very good tool. It does what any SMB needs for HR time-tracking management, and it's GDPR compliant

Kommentare: We have been using it for more than 5 years, and we don't look for any other time-tracking tool. Full data export and GoogleSheet extensions. Full GDPR compliance.

Nachteile:

Just minor flaws: It seems impossible to have a direct connection to extract owned data with an automatic task / ETL (to integrate Beebole data with data from other applications), so it's not easy to directly integrate it with other tools, but we can do only passing through a "data backup" or GoogleSheet Extension Some troubles using the "budget" feature, some confusion between "cost" budget and "income" budget.

Vorteile:

Easy to use, it s great. I happy we have something fast and there. I can not compair while it s my first time. It s nice to have different line with different thema.

Nachteile:

I can not be independent to see how much holidays I have at the end of each monts or extra hours. I find the writting too small.

I do not dislike the features of Beebole Project Time Tracking at all.

Great tool for designers and project managers

Kommentare: Overall great, and so easy to produce reports and get employees to use, and in a timely manner.

Vorteile:

Simple, intuitive interface that with a little work up front in getting it set up for your company will be very little administration going forward.

Nachteile:

A native app mobile app rather than a web-page version would be better, sometimes a bit buggy in this view.

The Google Sheets integration is the winner for us

Vorteile:

Love that you can easily integrate beebole with sheets - makes my reporting an absolute breeze and is the reason why we stay with them - two clicks and the latest data is imported ready for interrogation, makes it a really powerful tool.

Nachteile:

It is too customisable, I want to have set views for people and areas of the product rather than everyone being able to change this. It is not the most user friendly, can be a bit confusing for new users, which I think in large part is down to the ability to customise everything everywhere - hit us up if you would like us to help improve the interface :)

Vorteile:

Beebole is very easy to use. The charge code selection is straight forward, corrections are simple and approving time cards is very fast and easy to do.

Nachteile:

I wish the filtering and report function was easier to use for managers.

Our go-to timesheet system

Kommentare: We've been using BeeBole for many years, and we have never thought about switching to another platform. The system's ease of use and our employees' satisfaction with BeeBole make it our best choice. The speed and helpfulness of their Support also deserves praise.

Vorteile:

BeeBole is a user-friendly, intuitive, easy to use timesheet system. The initial training for a new employee takes less than 30 minutes, and we barely have any user issues (even those are resolved easily in-house). The timesheet easily works with our internal resource allocation system.

Nachteile:

Everything we use BeeBole for, works perfectly. There are no cons to the system, only room for development. E.g. it would be great to see a function for time/resource planning, as well.

Beebole Project has proper time reporting measures, where no functional challenges.

Simplified Time Management

Vorteile:

I can easily log my hours for different tasks, and the real-time reports help me keep track of my billable hours, ensuring I'm always on top of my work.

Nachteile:

when I try to run reports on extensive project histories, it sometimes takes a while to load, which can be frustrating when I'm in a hurry.

Good, basic timesheet tool

Vorteile:

Like that it's fairly easy to use. I am not, inherently, a strong administrative person. I am the business owner, and fought entering my own time, although I required my employees to. Once I embraced it, it wasn't that hard.

Nachteile:

I wish it had an easier way to add multiple lines to the same day for the same category.

To my knowledge, the best time tracking software for complex projects

Kommentare: This is an extremely good application that offers enough flexibility to be able to meet a wide range of organization needs in terms of time management and expenses.

Vorteile:

- detailed and customizable reporting functionality - extensive functionality documentation- easy to use interface for time registration- diverse functionality

Nachteile:

- group management could be improved. I would prefer to see all users of a group in one list and modify access there, instead of doing that from the user profile.

The best company for customer support

Vorteile:

Easy to use the feature and track multiple projects. I'd also like to mention, as an aside, that we suddenly needed to increase project staff due to a SAP upgrade rollout and customer support gave us immediate access to 10 additional licenses before the PO for payment was live. Now that's excellent customer service!

Nachteile:

It is best to make use of the training tools, and speak to customer service, to fully understand how Beebole works initially.

Vorteile:

From my own experience i liked how you can customize the platform the way you want it to be, especially for financial reports, you get all your data extracted and prepared in an excel sheet which is perfect.Also you can do massive mass uploads from the templates that are prepared by just uploading an excel sheet with the data you want to import .

Nachteile:

From the feedback that i have gotten from a lot of people criticized the UI of the platform.Also they want a new feature that allows everyone to automate fulfillement of their timesheets so they do not have to do it daily or weekly, if that's possible to add that it would be perfect

Beebole the tool that helps us in the management of our projects

Kommentare: Easy-to-use software that gives us traceability in our daily tasks.

Vorteile:

The use is easily in any platform like iOS, Windows, OS X, etc.

Nachteile:

The documentation is not in our idiom and not have Hardware certicate integrated to enroll card or biometric characters.

Beebole is an awesome tool

Vorteile:

Globally, I love the fact that Beebole is an easy tool to use for anyone internally and to understand for anyone externally. The 2 features I like the most are the timesheet that we are using everyday because they are well build, easy to fill in and even save our time filled while we didn't send them. Also we change the way we are using it 4 times according to our internal process and client requests, without any issue. The 2nd feature is the reports, also easy to build, easy to personalize, we are able to add different reports in order to meet our client needs. The fact they are exportable make also the difference for us and our client as we can export then in csv to comment them for example - it's super helpful to review the time consumed with our client out of the tool.

Nachteile:

I would say the responsive. I'm using my phone a lot, even to work with it, and when I'm opening Beebole with it, it's not as perfect as on my desktop.

Works for Non-Profit Allocations across Programs

Vorteile:

I had experience with project management software coming into my role at a non-profit, and was looking for a way to track time spent on different tasks and multiple programs. By setting each program up as a project, this tool has worked great for us for over 5 years.

Nachteile:

It was easy to make it too complex at first, because there were options for subtasks and for billing and expenses that we didn't actually need as they are taken care of in other platforms. After year 2 we were able to streamline it down into just the elements we needed, though. Some of the navigation between users and admin settings are a little confusing, there could be more contrast visually between when you're doing your own timesheet and when you are approving or making global changes.

I like Beebole!

Vorteile:

I have worked with Beebole as an admin for 2 years, as well as tracking my own time. Initially I used customer support for questions. The response time and thoroughness was wonderful! It gave me context for the design and access to tools that are now second nature. Now, I keep finding more ways to obtain timesheet data quickly for specific questions that come up. I often export data to Excel which works great, use a pivot table and have the answers I need. Maybe that step isn't needed. I have done it other ways as well so I consider Beebole flexible. Also easy to use. Very rarely do I respond to a question from staff who need it to track project hours. Even new staff are immediately able to use it. I could be more specific. I need to get back to work though, and use my brain power for more precise communication on a couple other challenging issues.

Nachteile:

At one point I could have answered this more clearly. Now, we have our processes nailed so that "liking least" doesn't come up. For our needs, Beebole isn't set up well for us to use the budget tracking capability. When I began using it a couple years ago, I spent some time attempting to make it work. Then I let it go, except for a couple projects. While I may have figured out how to make it work, we already had another way, and I have fine-tuned our processes.

Great product. Easy to use. Great support. What more do you want out of any kind of software?

Kommentare: Timesheets... unless employees don't fill them out, we don't get paid. Getting paid is a huge benefit to the company. Duh.

Vorteile:

Simplicity. It is rare that you can find a product that is easy to use BUT also is very feature rich. Beebole has hit a homerun with their Timesheet product. We have used several different timesheet systems and this by far is the best product out there. Support was also top notch. If I have a question, I could send an email and they were right on it. Even if they could not figure it out right away, they still let me know that they are working on it and kept me up to date. LOVE IT.

Nachteile:

Not being able to change the colors of the rows on the timesheet. Petty. But something I would like control over.

Beebole, Great Software, Great Support

Very easy to use once set up. Associates and staff all like the ease of use

Nachteile:

As with most things, there could always be some extra abilities but they are usually dependent on individual needs.

Streamlines time tracking and project costing

Kommentare: We are able to get labor costs split for each project, now. This helps us to analyze job profitability.

Vorteile:

It took me a little bit to get to where I understand how to do the tasks we need in BeeBole. Now that I have it worked out for our system, it is smooth and straightforward. We especially like the time entry, project tracking, and weekly reporting download.

Nachteile:

It is a bit frustrating to sort out how to do the various tasks. The help modules are decent, but they do not answer all of the questions. It is quite a bit of trial to see how something works.

Ease of use is a pleasure

Kommentare: Very good. I get out of it what I need and it is simple to use.

Vorteile:

The fact that it is simply laid out and that you can 'import' and 'export' the functionality you need.

Nachteile:

Some of the labelling when creating reports is no very helpful and you have to use a little bit of trial and error to get what you want.

Great product

Kommentare: This is a really great product. I evaluated many tools for time tracking and this is the best. Not sure why this tool is not well known (or maybe it's just me) compared to other products. I will definitely recommend this product.

Vorteile:

- Easy to use - Monthly fees are very reasonable. - Has many options such as Reports and settings. - Can organize customers, employees, projects pretty neatly. - Customer service is very excellent. When you email with questions, the response is very prompt.

Nachteile:

- The lack of Quickbooks integration option. I use Quickbooks Online, but this took only supports the old version of Quickbooks desktop.
