MPulse is very user friendly and makes work manageable by being able to keep track of all schedules

Vorteile:

The software is very easy to use and has allowed us to schedule, track, and report within the organization. The training is very user friendly and loading information is easy.

Nachteile:

Some of the reporting options can be upgraded to export information but other than that we love the software for our organization.

Mpulse pros and cons

Kommentare: Stepped into current role (AM) using Mpulse. Worked with rep on site to set up new database; this went as smoothly as could be imagined and rep was extremely helpful and has went above and beyond. Setting up some reports has been painful. Both to correct existing report from previous database and to have new report/widget created.

Vorteile:

Ability to set up PMs/repeating work orders. Ability to track history and usage.

Nachteile:

1- Inability to look up data based on time of day (individual shifts). 2- The key stroke timer that will auto load/refresh is a constant gripe from techs. 3- AX inputting

Works but very difficult to customize and understand the database

Kommentare: Difficult. I am new in my role as the facility director and have been tasked with finding ways to simplify the MPulse application. All employees use it for work order requests and it is not user-friendly.

Vorteile:

MPulse has a simplified list of features and applications and does not overly complicate the software with unnecessary items.

Nachteile:

Extremely difficult to customize. Very unorganized database and unable to understand how the database tables are compiled. Also, the conversion between maintenance requests to work orders is not seamless and does not have a proper database relationship between the two reports.

Work orders using Mpluse

Kommentare: Overall the experience has been challenging but good.

Vorteile:

The feature that I like most is the ease at which work orders can be submitted and tracked. The ability to attach media to work orders is extremely helpful.

Nachteile:

Not being able to access or edit work orders once they have been completed . It would be nice if administrator's had the capability to access closed orders

MPulse user

Kommentare: has been great! I was with another CMMS before them and this is so much better

Vorteile:

the customer service is great! if you have a question they are so helpful about getting back to you and answering your questions or helping you if you have an issue.

Nachteile:

I wish the mobile was a little more user friendly and showed all open work orders no matter how old. we have to monthly change the due date on some work orders so now the due date is not looked at in anything.

MPulse Review by Automotive plant

Kommentare: Simple to use for all members of my team. I was pleased with the initial cost and the annual fee compared to other products, but as I said previously, I believe that has changed, just not for us because we are "godfathered" in.

Vorteile:

Mobile ability (we used tablets, have not used the mobile app yet. Ease of use Cost (when we purchased in 2018 compared to the other companies we looked at, seems like cost has increased substantially since then for new users)

Nachteile:

1. Not being able to sync or make inventory and purchasing modules with SAP 2. Reorder list is not nearly flexible enough, needs to be able to be sorted by bin location and printed or exported to an Excel file.

MPulse Work Order System

Kommentare: The staff are great to work with. We usually have responses back for our questions the same day.

Vorteile:

We find that the ease of use in the Work Order System makes the product a great buy.

Nachteile:

The initial set up was very time consuming

I live MPulse

Kommentare: Overall I live working with MPulse and enjoy reaping the benefits from using it.

Vorteile:

The use of work orders and pm's to keep track of craftsmen, their time and work done on the job.

Nachteile:

Trying to change information on a work order like adding price of an inventory item added to a work order.

GRMC mPluse

Vorteile:

Being using mPluse for 9 years, very satisfy with the work order, work order scheduling capital equipment and parts inventory module.

Nachteile:

Not too happy with how the reporting format is outlines.

Mpulse feedback

Kommentare: It ok, but could be better, there are some quirky issues at times that seemingly take too long to resolve.

Vorteile:

The ability to have a workorder system to track repairs and costs

Nachteile:

Resolution of issues takes too long, not getting calls back regarding issues in a timely fashion.

MPULSE from overall perspective

Kommentare: It has been a good software overall. We have managed our assets pretty well using this software. The good side of it is that it is customizable however the bad side of it is that it is not very customizable.

Kommentare: I like mpulse and the capability to make it more our own for each section that we use the program.

Vorteile:

That I can make it more suited to our wants and needs

Nachteile:

I wish the option to add time to assigned employees at the same time was an option.

Kommentare: I cannot give a very glowing review as I have been very disappointed with the system since I first started working with it in December.

Great Maintenance tool

Vorteile:

The company staff are extremely well versed in their product and can show you how to leverage the software to do what you need the software to do.

Nachteile:

I prefer a user manual I can actually read away from the system. The integrated help tool will usually walk you through a lot of things, but sometimes I prefer to touch a book and read on a product without the computer in the neighborhood.

Useful tool for managing maintenance of facilities

Kommentare: MPulse is crucial for managing maintenance in our building.

Vorteile:

Scheduled maintenance. It is an easy and efficient way to keep track of all the scheduled maintenance. Also, work orders reports.

Nachteile:

In MPulse 8, you have to sign up for digital cloud service to review your media. Sometimes, it is difficult to access the media.

Suprisingly well built for easy use.

Vorteile:

The spreadsheet to input all you're items into the system was self explanatory. I have a busy schedule and not much time to do much else. But with the ease of the program, I was able to call software help and in minutes I was able to begin using the program. Technical support is a huge plus. I was very pleased that I didn't have to wait on hold. Once in the program, deadlines for equipment repairs become easy to know when they need to be completed. The program tells you when scheduled maintenance needs to be performed. It will generate work orders for you. The time and money this program will save you is unmatched.

Nachteile:

This product is not for the computer illiterate. But they do offer webinars and training classes for this product. I recommend using this to your advantage.

I have been very satisfied with MPulse.

Vorteile:

I use only a limited amount of what Mpulse has to offer. The work order system for PMs and other maintenance works well for my needs. Interaction with the vendor has been positive.

Nachteile:

The online system is slow at times. Navigating in through the files takes longer than I would like.

A lifesaver for managing maintenance!

Vorteile:

It is easy to manage maintenance schedules and track work orders. We use to review all the maintenance for the building and scheduled contractors and vendors.

Nachteile:

The reporting part could be a little more user friendly.

Vorteile:

The customer service is very helpful and responds quickly. The reports are customizable, we can customize on our own.

Nachteile:

The system currently does not communicate with our accounting system, ie purchase orders, inventory

12 years in use managing a fire training facility

Vorteile:

Ease of use and great tech support, staff was always available with prompt and unrushed answers.

Nachteile:

Nothing with the software but I am in Atlantic time zone so I have to wait sometimes to gat answers to my questions

The program is user-friendly. Very easy to get started with and it evolves each year.

Nachteile:

Some things that are entered such as assets, personnel, etc. are difficult to remove in certain circumstances.

Vorteile:

It is easy to enter equipment and setup planned maintenance

Nachteile:

Cannot setup planned maintenance by meter readings only Have to used time based and that makes it difficult if usage changes daily

- We are unable to use the mobile app licenses provided so there are times when it is difficult to get on to the system due to licensing limitations.

MPulse

Kommentare: We purchased this software for our company to serve all of our building maintenance and ticketing needs. We also use the software for all IT related issues and will be expanding it's use to other departments in the near future. It is very intuitive and easy to use. Adding records and tracking maintenance and IT issues as well as future services is very easy. It has an excellent database feature to allow tracking of all assets. I would highly recommend this software.
