TM is terrific

Kommentare: I've been using TM to manage my multiple commercial properties for several years and simply love it. It's so easy to use and has great features as well. I recommend TM to any all property owners who want to easily and effectively manage their properties.

Vorteile:

The simplicity and ease of use. The reporting features are great.

Overall very good PM software

Kommentare: Total Management is a solid online PM tool. There is a learning curve and a decent amount of training involved when first starting TM. After using TM for a week or two most things are pretty straight forward. If you do have a question, the self help tool is very helpful. If more information is needed support has always been quick to respond to any questions that we might have. They seem to be continually improving the online experience. I would definitely use TM for any future properties we acquire.

Once you catch on the ease of use is fantastic

Nachteile:

The calendar could use some help. When I click on a range of dates in the future the end date date is allowed to conflict with start date.

Total Management

Kommentare: Not user friendly. This is not designed for retail shopping centers. Does not properly figure sales tax. Very difficult checking account functions. It takes 3 or more steps to do what should only take 1. Not user friendly

Kommentare: We've had total management for about 4 years. My experience has been great. I love the fact that I can jump on from anywhere I have internet access. The overall user ability is great.

Nachteile:

Although it's nice to look back as far as we need too, for security, I don't like that you can have more than two calendar years open for accounting. It allows for changes to past tax years after filed.

Totally-Ahh-mazing!

Kommentare: I use this software daily. It has so many features that I am still trying to get use to daily. All in all this is a great software to use.

Vorteile:

Easy to utilize and manage. Fast and easy for newbies to learn!

Nachteile:

Feels like I still need training in some areas . Still so much to learn. Wish it were easier to correct mistakes such as move outs. Customer Service is hard to reach at times and get answers.

Total Management provides the Total Package

Kommentare: Using the Total Management program has made the process of collecting rent, tracking expenses and doing the CAM Reconciliation for our commercial spaces a breeze! If there is a question about generating a report, the customer service is prompt and helpful. Highly recommend this user friendly program.

Aging on some of the reports as we were so used to using Quickbooks - it is just different..

This is a good system for tracking property management rents and accounting

Kommentare: Overall a good experience, the system is user friendly and the "how to" feature helps work through most problems that I have come across.

Vorteile:

This is user friendly, edits are easy to make, you can manage multiple properties and companies with easy.

Nachteile:

There should be a way to emailing tenants/clients allowing the ability to type a detailed message to the tenant.

My Total Management Review - NRC

Kommentare: We have used TM since July 2016. I find the software is very easy to use but we have run into some issues with reports and accounting functions that could be improved upon. For instance, the AP report is still being worked on and does not match the Balance Sheet total when credits are involved. The bank deposit detail report does not show non tenant deposits. At times the reports for AR and prepaid Rent do not match the Balance Sheet either. The accounting side of the software is not as good as the property management side. With that being said, we are still very happy with the software.

Good software

Kommentare: I am enjoying using Total Management. The set up was not great. I am not sure if it was on our end, or your end, but when the info was inputted the numbers from previous rent collections were all incorrect. I love how the rent rolls print out. I like how you can put rent escalators in there. Everyone has been helpful when I had a question. Training was good.

Vorteile:

Rent escalators, rent roll reports - We really only use it to add rent, print reports, etc.

Nachteile:

Set up seemed to take awhile and the numbers in put were not accurate.

It´s an excellent tool for real estate administration!

Kommentare: For this short 6 months period I have been using this software, I noticed it´s an useful and very complete tool in the real estate business. There were some things I suggested to the support department and they solve the issue in a way that I can work better right now. Keep evolving! Excellent choice of Software.

- I can access the information anywhere I am. - I have all the information in one place. - I can upload anything i want to the software. - Make the sellers´ easier. - It´s great!

Nachteile:

- I can not translate default reports or letters. - I can not ask for or create new reports, the way specifically I want.

Kommentare: I love Total Management. There are so many features, that really make it the up and coming site to use. You can keep everything together, even work orders for maintenance! It only took me a day or two to get the hang of it when I first started working with it. Very user-friendly!

Kommentare: I have worked with soft wares such as YARDI and MRI. Both can be used for the same functions & can be used for different functions. When used for different functions both are compatible with each other. TM does not have this function.

Functional, but poor interface

Kommentare: I enjoy and use my TM regularly for both commercial and residential properties. It works well for nearly everything I need it to, but the design of the interface is dated and does not work well. Multiple windows open makes working on separate projects easier, but also infringes on organizational simplicity and ease of use.

Vorteile:

It works well after a lot of practice.

Nachteile:

The interface is outdated and does not lend itself to easy use by the less technologically literate users.

Needs work

Kommentare: Difficult to learn. Works pretty good for the property management side, but the accounting program needs a lot of work.

Since we were doing everything manually, this is a huge upgrade.

Kommentare: I am new to the Property Management industry, and Total Management software has made my job much easier. I purchased an apartment complex due to the fact that my existing career had taken a steady decline with the falling economy. So I had no idea what I was really getting into. This software made the transition go rather smoothly. After I learned the basic skills needed to use the program efficiently, the process has gone very easy. I never thought tracking rents and tenants for 96 units would be as complex as it is, but without Total Management I feel my life would be very hectic.

User Friendly Management Software

Kommentare: We are still very new to Total Management. The system is easy to use, but still has a handful of features that could/should be added. The system has been easy to learn and will be a valuable asset to running our properties.

Kommentare: As we began to expand our real estate business, we quickly became aware that we needed something more than simple spreadsheets to manage our properties.
Another property management group recommended Total Management to us. We've been using TM for less than a year now, but couldn't be happier with it!
Total Management facilitated the start-up with ease and provided assistance at every turn. We were able to begin using the system immediately.
Their customer service is outstanding. They are available for email or live chats! If the support technician doesn't know the answer, he'll quickly find out. They are friendly and efficient.
I can sincerely recommend Total Management for their exceptional product and great customer service!

Total Mangement

Kommentare: I have used several different property management software programs over the years. I find Total Management to be fairly intuitive and easy to use. The customer service is the best I have experienced. They are truly caring and quick to respond to any issues or questions. They spent time working with me individually to train me in the use of their program and to help get me up and running. I would definitely recommend this software to anyone who asks.

Great Property Management Software!

Kommentare: We have been using Total Management in our office for over a year now and it makes it easy to keep track of multiple multi-Family units. Highly Recommended!

The best Property Management Software available.

Vorteile:

If you are looking for robust, versatile property management software, look no further! I have demoed at least eight different property management companies. From Buildium to Excel Spreadsheet Property Manager, none of them are as versatile as Total Management!

Nachteile:

There's no payroll. The only thing that I have to use another program for is payroll.

Kommentare: While entering bills I noticed that my CAM percentage was 0% after I had everything setup. I could not figure it out and started a Chat w/ TM and we had it fixed in no time! Easy to work with and the chat session went excellent. Word to the wise; write down all your questions and ask all at once because they will show you how to fix it before you can think of your next question.

Great software for Property Management

Kommentare: Total Management has proven to be a great software for property managers and tenants alike. It is an easy system to learn and to teach. The reports generated area also very useful and offer the ability to analyze many facets of the property.
