grundsätzlich zufrieden und hilfreiches Tool

Kommentare: Im Großen und Ganzen ein gutes Tool für mehrere Personalthemen zu einem echt guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die mobile Version ist für unsere Anwendung nicht so hilfreich, da eine Dienstplanung darüber nicht möglich ist. Das würden wir uns als Verbesserung wünschen.
Auch dass alle Bereiche innerhalb des Systems in deutsch verfügbar sind, wäre hilfreich.

Vorteile:

Es verbindet viele Tools miteinander. Personalplanung und Zeiterfassung nutzen wir davon, aber wer mag, kann auch weitere Optionen nutzen.

Nachteile:

Sehr unübersichtlich, da extrem viele Möglichkeiten. Das ist nicht immer hilfreich.

Un-able to block time off, requests can come in whenever regardless. We need the ability to decide when people can take time off

Payroll is now a breeze!

Kommentare: Really straight forward and easy. All our employees can easily use the app

Vorteile:

Has completely simplified our employee time keeping and makes doing payroll at the end of the month incredibly simple

Nachteile:

It is slightly on the pricey side for small business of around 6 -10 employees. We dont need the scheduling and a lot of the other features but we do need the ability to track clocking in and out of 6/7 employees

Accountant use

Kommentare: Easy to use and maneuver around. The system is pretty easy to use and both efficient and effective.

Vorteile:

I found Find My Shift to be an excellent tool in time sheets, client hour billings, invoicing, and more. The system is pretty easy to use and both efficient and effective.

Nachteile:

I love using it, just the least i kind of want to see improvement is when you type a name, you have to click refresh to have the name populate. This could be confusing for certain people.

10/10 recommend for a small commercial company

Kommentare: We have been using fms for 4+ years and dont have any plan of stopping.

Very convenient to create weekly employee schedule and a vehicle schedule.

Nachteile:

the app only shows your individual schedule..

Easy Access and Implementation

Kommentare: we found find my shift to be an easy tool to implement that makes not just staff but payroll easier

we like the fact that find my shift is easy access to all our staff. even those that aren't tech savvy

there's nothing to much to complain about, only the viewing format on entering shifts from department view to staff view

Good software overall but not getting regular updates

Kommentare: Great product minimum issues, but UI is old and new features non existant.

Vorteile:

Familiarity, solves 80% of my issues. We use time clock, scheduling, time off management, and some basic reporting.

Nachteile:

No regular updates, we have been on this system for 4 years and now it has started to look old compared to more contemporary softwares.

Positive experience

It is easy to use and simple. You can add the shifts and comments and personalised it to your needs.

Nachteile:

Coping shifts is somehow complicated if you share the page with other services.

Easy to learn and operate

Kommentare: Very easy to operate. I can opt to use as many of the features as I wish

How easy it is to use and that I can easily downgrade to the basic package when I need to.

Nachteile:

I don't have any dislikes so cant fill this out. I guess I don't use the timetable

Kommentare: We moved from an alternative software but Findmyshift has been much simpler to use and a much better price too.

Stick with it, it gets better

Kommentare: It's not the best rota software I have used, but for the price, its really good value for money.
The back end is complicated and difficult to get your head around, but once you do, you can truly use it as a one stop shop for everything. The front end for the user is wonderfully simple.

Vorteile:

The mobile app simplicity really was key for us. We are a museum who work with a large number of volunteers, many of whom aren't computer literate and don't use their phones for anything other than calls or texts. We had to ensure that they could access the schedules easily and understand them The messaging system is a lovely surprise and works well - as does the notice board. We also like its flexibility to store extra facts and info, so over time it has changed from being just our scheduling software to our HR hub, with all our staffing information (vehicle info, references etc) and policies and procedures stored alongside our weekly team updates.

Nachteile:

Some of the menus and reports are unnecessarily complicated with way too many options. Some of the office staff have struggle to gain access to the information they need. The reporting side is clumsy and difficult to use. Some really simple, obvious changes can make a big difference but these changes don't seem to be being considered in any software changes to the program. For example, when looking on the mobile app, shifts are listed by the alphabetical order of first names rather than the actual times (or even the area!) of the shift. This is pretty ludicrous for a scheduling program.

pleased with the product

Kommentare: We enjoy using the system and it has helped us bring down our management overhead as a result. making it easy for team to view, accept and log their hours has made a big difference.

Vorteile:

its easy to use and give multiple layers of management oversight, from viewer to admin. Giving staffing team the flexibility to monitor their teams, and senior or management/ team leaders the ability to amend aspects and send requests. Budgeting and reporting tools are also very useful for planning and analysing using team data.

Nachteile:

the baby blue message windows with pale text do need a little amending, very hard to read.

Highly recommend - straightforward software, full schedules available at a glance

Kommentare: As a manager, Findmyshift has simplified rota compilatation, wages calculations and has provided staff with a very easy to use tool to view their schedules weeks in advance

Vorteile:

Easy to use for both staff and management. Everything in one place and all staff schedules instantly visible. Very useful for working out monthly wages.

Nachteile:

I have found no cons when using Findmyshift, nor have my staff

Great, simple, intuitive product.

Kommentare: Very user friendly for the staff who use the app. Transition from a paperbased system to an electronic system was very easy. The reports function is useful and being able to export everything to a CSV is very useful for management.

Vorteile:

Being able to import data such as staff details. Customisation of staff fields. Flexible and customisable security options.

Nachteile:

Holiday hours not included in weekly/daily totals. Overlap of time off with shifts can cause problems. Needs a custom rate for Holiday hours rather than picking up the rate from the Rate Exceptions list.

Great shift management software

Vorteile:

This is fantastic software thats really easy to use. It was set up really quickly and staff started to use it straight away.

Nachteile:

Nothing there is nothing about find my shift that i don't like.

Instant Staff Scheduling for all in a single platform

Vorteile:

Everyone can access his or her rosters in real time. Ability to request changes and apply leaves as well as supervisors to plan staff scheduling.

Nachteile:

The initial setup is a bit confusing when understanding of the rota and timesheets. Work efficiency will be increased once get familiar with the UI and logic.

It would be great if they could introduce AI to generate a rota based on the availability of staff.

Customisability and the ability for staff to see their schedules. And that we can easily change shifts for flexibility as we often have changes

Nachteile:

We would like to be able to separate departments a bit better. it is nice that we can put the facility under their shift. but for ease of access, it'd be nice to be able to separate staff into separate lists so separate team leaders can see their staff in a concise list. but some staff work in multiple departments
