Excellent solution for self service storage

Kommentare: Easy of use, implementation, intuitive and well designed customer interface, and simple to manage.

Vorteile:

We operate a small, 138 unit, self storage facility and Easy Self Storage goes a long way in automating many of the process steps we require. If you have a question, you reach a someone who works for ESS (not a call center) who can answer that question quickly.

Nachteile:

ESS provides a package of offerings to complement the self storage software solution, but feels like there are different mini-companies operating together. It would be good to have these rolled under one operating structure to provide consistency. They are all good, but 'feels' different if that makes sense...

Great Customer Service/

Great customer service. Easy to use. Freindly and well versed agents. Call back when they are busy. Always Polite.

Nachteile:

Nothing. Keep up the fine work. Send helpful updates. Easy to navigate and add or delete pages.

Customer experience

Kommentare: When I first started I loved it. As of the last few months I feel like something has changed or they have been bought out and the customer service has went down due to new restrictions in place.

Vorteile:

Software is decent and works for the most part for my needs.

Nachteile:

I have had issues with several things in the past few months with bad customer experience with the represenatitives. I am supposed to have credits on my account but for some reason my card keeps getting charged for the software.

Kommentare: Overall we have had a great experience from getting things set up to now while we are maintaining and actively using the platform.

Vorteile:

It was super easy to get started with Easy Storage Solutions and their customer service is always super responsive and helpful.

Nachteile:

Nothing negative to comment on, our experience with Easy Storage has been great.

Easy but needs more

Ease of use with online and phone. If you have internet it works well.

Browns Self Storage

Kommentare: We have always had friendly fast service when we needed anything. The system works very well to manage our small facility. System was easy and fast to learn. It can do many more things than I use.

Vorteile:

Easy to set up and use. Help with problems and set was quick and efficent.

Nachteile:

Not a Canadian company. No choice of payment card system. It would be nice if Easy Storage would interface with SAGE Accounting sytem.

Great accounting program

Kommentare: It saves me so much time and does most of the accounting automatically.

Vorteile:

I have found the system easy to use and they have a fantastic support team.

Nachteile:

Customers receive some email notifications that I was not aware of. I would like to be cc: on all customer emails.

Kommentare: Everyone is helpful and friendly and if they don't have the answer my question, they will send me to someone who can.

Vorteile:

Pretty much everything. They do my billing for me and I record the payments. The customer service prople are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good about their support people!

Nachteile:

I don't understand so much and I don't have the time to learn everything. I'm not sure where to start, but this is not a con against them. That's on me.

Great storage program

Kommentare: Overall it has been a great experience would highly recommend for all your storage needs.

Vorteile:

program is easy to use, Renting and moving out customers is quick and painless. the ability to edit map and units is super useful for us as we have two businesses we run and outside storage space changes with season.

Nachteile:

the inability to delete or combine unused or accidentally duplicated customers etc.

Great product for any Storage Business

Kommentare: Excellent, I had no issues with Easy Storage as a matter of fax I have referred over five other businesses to them.

Vorteile:

This software is a true asset to my business, I wouldn't think of doing any other way. I like that you can get great customer service over the phone anytime you need it.

Nachteile:

Nothing, everything seems to work as promised.

User Friendly Product

Kommentare: The site map feature with ability to click on a client saves time when using. It is go to feature. Ease of integration and set up of new systems for my businesses is seamless. Recurring billing option is our manager's favorite feature, although some clients find the recurring billing messaging confusing.

Vorteile:

Site map provides an overview and is used by our employees of our businesses multiple times a day. The notes with ability for attachments keeps everything tidy in one place. Setting up a new client is swift and the electronic lease capability affords us to assist our clients and gets them access to their self storage unit within minutes.

Nachteile:

Some of the billing feature options when setting up a new customer could be re worded for clarity. A few times it is a bit of a wait to speak to a customer service rep, but when we do reach the reps, they are experts.

The perfect management solution for a small storage unit facility!

Kommentare: We are a small storage unit facility, and could not afford to may much for a management tool. Easy Storage Solutions provides everything that we need to run our business, at a price that justifies it's purchase.

Vorteile:

With Easy Storage Solutions, our business practically runs itself. After the initial set up, it takes me very little time to keep track of our customers, issue statements, and record payments.

Nachteile:

I use Quick Books to manage the financial side of our business, and it would be really great if somehow it had the capabilities to do what Quick Books does all in one location (keep track of our business bills, and etc. for tax purposes).

Great For My Business

Kommentare: Gets the job done for what I have and need at this time.

Vorteile:

Simple for my customer base to sign up, pay and maintain access to their account.

Nachteile:

I do not like that I am forced to use their credit card company. I should have options or they should be more competitive on their prices if they are forcing you to use them. Not sure if it's me as the user but the way you have to go back to the beginning when you do anything and start from the reports page.

Easy Storage Solutions takes the headache out of managing a storage unit facility. The software is easy to use and when needed, customer service is friendly and very responsive.

Nachteile:

The only thing that I have discovered that I would like to use (and maybe it is available, i just haven't found it) is the ability to send a text message to all tenants.

Eagle Storage reviews ESS

Kommentare: One of the biggest benefits for our small business is the ability to text and track customer communication.

Vorteile:

Intergrating our established business to ESS was a seamless and smooth transition. When I need help, I appreciate being able to pick up the phone and speak with a person immediately. Staff seem knowledgeable in all areas of ESS software.

Nachteile:

Sometimes, the website moves slow. It usually fixes itself within the hour.

Storage Made Easy

Kommentare: I'm pretty happy with it. I love that I don't have to call customers every month to remind them to pay. This software saves me hours of work and is definitely worth the price.

Vorteile:

I love the clickable map. That was always something we wanted in a product.

Nachteile:

I would like the clickable map to show the customer name and vehicle being stored from the overhead view without having to click on the space. Not super necessary but definitely would help.

We like the auto generated invoicing & receipts to customers, relives the onus on the staff.

Nachteile:

The Dashboard daily tasks notifications. We do not require to print these off but notifications are always there

Best Software for Small and Large Facilities Alike! Used at ALL our Facilities!

Vorteile:

Easy Storage Solutions is truly EASY, which is why we've converted every facility from the $12 million facility to the $250,000 facility to ESS and all employees can use and understand it's features, as well as the tenants.

Nachteile:

Since it's been purchased by Storable.... the terrible turn of customer service.
