Calabrio One - WFM , such a great tool!

Vorteile:

The ability to review and collect data, in real time and on recording giving us the possibility to educate our assistants with best practices from other agents and identify major areas of opportunity while assigning schedules.

Nachteile:

It has so many features that it get a bit confusing but it has a lot of resources to direct and guide you throughout the process.

Vorteile:

This tool has all our call centers need. Great information that allows the call center management make educated decisions without having to dig for the information or complicated forms. Calabrio offers an amazing customer service when I speak with them. They are always willing to help out any way possible. They also have an awesome work culture.

Nachteile:

Sometimes is to much to remember when doing trades or changing schedule.

Vorteile:

It is very useful as we are able to see our schedule for weeks in advance. We are able to view our breaks and lunches. There is also a system where we can apply for annual leave which is very helpful.

Nachteile:

Sometimes I do not get reminders and updates when my schedule is changed.

Everything in one easy program.

Kommentare: So far my experience using Calabrio has been extremely positive. I was wary at first but this program is very easy to learn and integrates with all of our systems perfectly.

Vorteile:

I love the ease and color coding of the time slots. In a call center you switch between several tasks and live channels daily and this is a wonderful way to keep track of where you should be, shift bids, etc.

Nachteile:

I do wish it could integrate notifications into either Slack or Google Chrome; if I have certain items muted because of calls, I will not hear changes to my schedule and I need bigger flashing visual notifications.

Everyone can view everyone's schedule. Sometimes it's not a great thing especially if you are working among other family members or people you know. Lack of privacy.

Calabrio on the spotlight

Vorteile:

The platform is very intuitive, as someone who studied user experience this is one of the highlights of the platform in my opinion - I do not use most of the features as a user, but the requests on the platform are easy to perform as well as to perform changes on the schedule.

Nachteile:

I am not sure if this is something specific from my company or the platform, but requests usually take someone to the workforce management to approve (when I first started using the platform it was easier to approve changes among shifts, for example), so I would bring that back. Besides that, all good.

Kommentare: If I have to say my overall experience in just one work I would say 'GREAT' I like the fact that i can change the schedule myself also is easy to swap days with partner

My experience with utilizing this Tool

Vorteile:

I was able to request for overtime for my shift even for my rest day and also I was able to check my performance with the help of this tool.

Nachteile:

whenever I select the agent schedule messenger, the app shows my schedule yesterday later after a few hours. And when I check my current schedule, sometimes I got called out since I'm punching the wrong activity for a particular time because the messenger shows yesterday's schedule.

Vorteile:

I like that you are in control of your own schedule, and if a day off is needed, it automatically approves or declines. It allows me to change my break/lunch times as well as request shift swap, and easier way to keep up w/ my adherence.

Nachteile:

As of today, I have not had any complaints with this new system.
