Optimizing operations with Calabrio 1
Kommentare: We have been able to see great improvements within the contact center since we started using C1. The team helped us optimize the tool for our needs to achieve 95%+ accuracy in forecasting.
Vorteile:
Having all the tools within a single application. I am able to switch from one too the the other without having to open a new browser window or launch a new application. It also makes it easier to have a more wholistic view of what is happening within your contact center because the reporting is also intergrated.
Nachteile:
Some of the back end configuration is not as straight forward and intuitive as I would like.

Vorteile:
I love that Calabrio can be an all-in-one resource for WFM, QA, and Call Recording. It allows us to create custom dashboards, reports, and visualizations to help our teams better understand their performance and data.
Nachteile:
The piece that I like least is the complexity within the version that we use to create the custom reports. While it is more challenging the support we have received from the Calabrio team has been amazing.
Calabrio ONE Review
Kommentare: It has promise but it needs work. From a production standpoint, it lacks the ability to provide real-time updates and that is crucial.
Vorteile:
Having the weekly schedule and reports in one location with one login and one application is necessary and appreciated.
Nachteile:
I do not enjoy the fact that ready-time adherence does not update in a timely manner. The diagram/bar graph for ready-time adherence is illegible and undecipherable. Schedule page requires you to hover over "break" to see the time. Actual breaks and lunch taken never reflect. You never get a real-time update.

Great call center software
Vorteile:
A great all-in-one solution for call centre staffing and operational needs

I honestly can't think of any downsides, it really improved our employee and customer experience

Quick schedule changes, all sorts of reports, and connecting TeleOpti to PowerBI.

What's missing is a "select everyone on shift today" button

Kommentare: Overall it has been a good experience, testing at times but mostly good.
Vorteile:
Ease of use and feature options. Being cloud based allows access anywhere you have an internet connection.
Nachteile:
The reliability, seems to have bugs often.
Calabrio WFM
Kommentare: Calabrio Workforce Management is used throughout our business. My department (Forecasting & Planning) use the system to schedule Frontoffice & Backoffice shift rotations. These schedules are vital to the day to day running of our Contact Centre and hold all on-phone and off-phone activities that our advisors need to undertake through out a given day. The user interface is easy to use and understand for both administrators and front end users and Calabrio is linked fully to our Cisco telephony system to track call volumes and advisors productivity. Calabrio has concentrated on making it's user interface easy to use for forecasting and scheduling, I feel this has had an impact on the more in-depth functionality require when planning a multi channel / skill call centre. But I also feel that Calabrio are the first to look for week points across their product and more importantly look at these from a customer point of view. They use the feedback from they customers built out the road map of have the product is developed and I have no doubt this product will go from strength to strength.
Vorteile:
The support infrastructure is one of most impressive products I feel Calabrio have to offer, the company is US based but have always been on hand by emails, webex's and even visits not to mention the interacted the web support.
Nachteile:
Some functionality of the product is still in development and not yet in line with some other products on the WFM market but looking at the roadmap ahead I feel it wont be long before this is one of the number one WFM systems
Calabrio One QM
Vorteile:
What I like most about the Calabrio software is the ability to easily search, filter and find recorded calls. The web-based program offers multiple options for search criteria, which allows for various ways find results. This allows agents, qa specialists and management to quickly and efficiently locate recordings and evaluations.
Nachteile:
What I like the least with the Calabrio software would be in the Reporting structure. My team would greatly benefit for more functionality when it comes to the Reporting feature. Typically, we run reports directly from the recorded calls or by evaluations completed. The Reporting feature in 9.5 does not allow for all reports to be run in a way that is valuable to our department.
Great Product
Kommentare: I've had a great experience with Calabrio and would recommend any organization consider it if they are in the market.
Vorteile:
The product is easy to use and I really enjoy the queue function which allows random calls to be selected for evaluation. It doesn't interface with our CRM system, but it is easy to operate both systems simultaneously.
Nachteile:
I feel the system integrated perfectly for what we use it for. I took the place of a costly system and does many of the same functions. I have been told the reporting tool is less extensive and sophisticated, but that would be the only downside.
Customizable and Easy to Learn
Kommentare: Overall, the use of the Calabrio One Suite has made our organization more efficient and has allowed us to introduce processes we could not previously employ. The staff at Calabrio is incredibly friendly and helpful and represent their product very well.
Vorteile:
What I like most about Calabrio is the ability to customize the application to our needs. There are so many aspects of the Calabrio One suite and consumers can use whatever applications are needed.
Nachteile:
If there was anything I'd like to change about the Calabrio Application, it would be the time frame and ability to make process improvements especially when they would benefit all users.
Nice Upgrade
Kommentare: The Calabrio One Suite tool has been extremely useful for our organization. The staff is very customer oriented and work to implement a lot of feedback that has been provided into the tool.
Vorteile:
Calabrio is a very user friendly tool. The upgraded version provides a level of AI that was not previously available. We are pleased with the new features and that we have not lost the ease with which to navigate within the product.
Nachteile:
I would love to see more automation with staffing (i.e. providing daily recommendations for time off parameters based on historical data)
Great State Viewer
Kommentare: I really enjoyed Calabrio Suites and had good experience with it. I really like how it made the representatives take responsibility for their stats.
Vorteile:
Calabrio One Suite is a great software for your call representatives to have. It allows them to keep an eye on their stats and puts the responsibility into their hands on making sure that they are meeting their goals.
Nachteile:
It can hard to read and understand how to use and find everything if you do not train your representatives on it. If someone is not tech savvy it could be a little confusing for them.
A Calabrio Review
Kommentare: I enjoy using this software because it is so easy to use and everything is in one place.
Vorteile:
I like that everyone has access to view all schedules for all employees and not just management. It helps when you want to trade shifts with someone. It shows who is all logged in and it also shows your adherence. I like that the adherence feature has the time for which you switched AUX codes. It is very helpful to have your schedule, the teams schedule, time off requests in one place. I also like that it shows average handle time, average talk time, ready time, average after call work and answered calls in one place.
Nachteile:
I don't have anything to complain about with this software. I think it is user friendly and very helpful.

Ease of Access has been incredibly well kept and manageable.

I still feel like it is too 'order of operations' heavy and doesn't feel as smooth as it could.

Calabrio ONE is easy to use and has a lot of features outside of call recording.
Nachteile:
I wish there was a way to integrate it into our CRM to make phone number searches easier but overall I like how it works.
Calabrio one
Kommentare: We moved from a previous software that was stuck in the Mesozoic Era. Calabrio exceeded our expectations when looking for a replacement and has been great about rolling out new features and meeting the needs of their customers.
Vorteile:
The software makes my job easy with detailed reports, goal setting, sound quality, and the ease of navigation.
Nachteile:
I do not have any Cons to share at this time. When something is not properly working calabrio is quick to respond. The customer service has been fantastic!

Calabro Workforce Management Review
Vorteile:
This is the best system to use for workforce management in the BPO industry. Live monitoring of employees status and schedules to avoid lost hours. You can also access daily records of agents workflow. Work avoidance can be easily determine by this tool.
Nachteile:
None at all when it comes to workforce management
Best Software
Kommentare: I believe it's the best software we've had yet!
Vorteile:
I like that you are in control of your own schedule, and if a day off is needed, it automatically approves or declines. It allows me to change my break/lunch times as well as request shift swap, and easier way to keep up w/ my adherence.
Nachteile:
As of today, I have not had any complaints with this new system.
