Bluefolder review
Kommentare: My experience with BlueFolder has been amazing. It's really easy to use, and I can quickly search for and track work requests. Entering data is simple, and I can easily send alerts and announcements to our team members across to Keep up the great work
Vorteile:
What i like most is the demo and the free trial, which gives me more courage and confidence to used the sorftware

It helps me in customer management and mobile access

Kommentare: Overall, we are very happy with the program. We are hoping for some future integration with our documentation.
Vorteile:
I really like the ease of use and the implementation of the system was virtually seamless with the tech team from BlueFolder. The reports are very good for our needs. The technicians really like to use the desktop program and that what's most important.
Nachteile:
The mobile app needs a lot of work. There is limited ability to print out equipment reports for single units.
Integration
Kommentare: Overall Bluefolder has help our team keep organized and keep the lines of communication open.
Vorteile:
That it integrated with QBO our accounting software.
Nachteile:
That Bluefolder is not backwards compatible with QBO unless we want to spend more money developing it.
BlueFolder: Helpful but Lacking in Features
Kommentare: My experience has been ok with BlueFolder. It is good for start but no so perfect for advance work also align with features it offers the price is not justifiable. The mobile app also is not smooth so working during traveling is difficult.
Vorteile:
I love how easy it is to customize it as per specific needs also the support is way more quicker than any other software in same category. It is very helpful and solve issues in no time.
Nachteile:
I least like the interface of it which looks so outdate with no modernity in it also the features are as basic as interface with no advance reporting.

Kommentare: The service has been amazing. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is readily available and has excellent product and industry knowledge so he really understands our needs. He has a great skill in finding "work arounds" for features that Blue Folder may not have. Its clear he is very proficient in knowing this program and best practices for use.

I love how this product is simple and easy to navigate and use. The amount of customization is really great
Nachteile:
I wish there was the ability to create a "master list" of equipment (so that we can use the same equipment for different customers) and the ability to work offline

I love the contractor feature of dispatching service requests by email and text and the corresponding email importation of information directly into the individual work orders
Nachteile:
Definitely need support assistance in getting going but once you start working with it becomes much easier

BlueFolder Excellent Asset Management
Vorteile:
BlueFolder holds a crucial role in tracking and managing all of our company assets. Not only equipment but vehicle tracking also. It provides reporting capabilities based on our needs to track and stay on top of inventory maintenance needs.
Nachteile:
BlueFolder takes some time to implement within an organization and for the software capabilities to be fully apparent for users. It is important to have someone technically sound to incorporate the software within the company for maximum benefit.
Makes my day easier
Kommentare: Bluefolder makes my job easier everyday. It allows for project tracking & invoicing & billing. place It easily provides a way for clients to request service and keep all the projects and notes in one place. This is much easier than having multiple emails/text messages/phone calls to keep track of.
Vorteile:
It makes it easy to track each maintenance project. I also like that i can communicate directly through Bluefolder with the client and have the communication saved in the log for the work order
Nachteile:
this is silly but I wish it would allow google to save the password. I really h ate typing it in every day
BF works well

Easy to configure and implement. The pricing was right. The BlueFolder team is easy to work with.
Nachteile:
Maintenance contracts are not directly tied to the equipment covered.
Great Program/Service!
Kommentare: Its been very helpful with managing work tasks and repairs, its also allowed us to start a work order program here in our farcicalities.
Vorteile:
Keep track of my daily tasks and installs on new equipment.
Nachteile:
Not having a spare parts/Parts inventory per machine. Ex. we have (x) amount of (z), after service on machine would like to add that we used one of (z) to repair (x).
All the Basics
Kommentare: Very positive.
Vorteile:
Bluefolder has most everything you need to manage customers and equipment. You can easily see past service history of equipment. Create invoices and export them to Quickbooks online or desktop.
Nachteile:
I wish there were more customizable view and reporting built in to the web interface. We end up having to run a bunch of reports and export them to excel in order to make the data easy to interpret.

A work in progress
Kommentare: Decent so far. Excited to see new features that will come out.
Vorteile:
The smart lists are super nice and help organize all the jobs.
Nachteile:
Not mobile friendly. It would be nice to see pricing while adding items and then a total under the billing tab.
Good Tool for the Money
Kommentare: Good responsive customer support. Low cost solution but may not be a good fit as our quality management system and installed base grow. Good starter option.
Vorteile:
Tracks field service orders and sufficient custom fields to make it fit work flow
Nachteile:
No validation reports sufficient for regulatory requirements. This is available from other providers, but at a higher cost.
BlueFolder Works Great

At times, there seem to be too many clicks.

Great Tool
Kommentare: I am very pleased with the overall experience with Bluefolder.
Vorteile:
Bluefolder has been an essential tool to my service business. We use it to dispatch service techs, collect time, add material, generate work description, communicate drawings, track job progress and more.
Nachteile:
We would like to customize the ticket number feature. We also would like to be able to create a private comment where the lead tech can not see it. Only the service manager.

Vorteile:
Bluefolder is excellent for our facility maintenance division. The ease of being able to enter customers, schedule calls, add notes, photos, tracking past services, and setting up future services. Time tracking for our service guys The overall software is very effortless and has become vital to our company.
Nachteile:
Currently, I have no issues with bluefolder.

Blue- folder
Vorteile:
"Ability to manage field technicians and give them with the information they need to execute their jobs. The ability to bill using QuickBooks integration." "You can also control who sees what data (workers, clients, and vendors), which is fantastic." "We had a lot of fun with the team scheduling on this; it worked well for us and helped us organise our schedule."
Nachteile:
"It lacks a Drag and Drop feature as well as project management." "Lack of Unsecured Email Passwords and Email Addresses, Limited Customer and Worker Customization."
Meets our industry need like no other program
Vorteile:
The website is easy to use and intuitive. We have never experienced any downtime with it and find their customer support helpful and responsive. We have a unique niche in the senior service industry and found that this software meets our needs like no other.
Nachteile:
We like least the cost per user since we don't take advantage of much that the site offers. It would be nice is the fees could be based on what functions we use. The capability to upload documents and photos would also be a plus. Additionally, there is currently no access to the mobile app for our "technicians", only "administrators".
Great product and SUPERIOR customer service
Kommentare: Blue Folder was the perfect fit both functionally and financially for my start up business (National HVAC management). There are a few things that I wish the software could do (i.e. Quoting) but it is my understanding that Blue Folder is constantly working hard to upgrade and add functions to the system for the benefit of their clients/users. The customer service and support with Blue Folder is EXCELLENT. My representative on the Blue Folder Team when I have questions has always been very helpful, friendly and quick to get back to me. Choosing Blue Folder for my software needs was a great decision, can't imagine my new start up without them.

Love it!
Kommentare: We've used it for two years, have 30 techs, and love it. The appointment/work order bubbles are user friendly and easy to look at. Creating work orders is super fast and easily searchable afterwards. I'm able to add their calendars into my google calendar so I know where they'll be at any moment while I'm out of the office. Customer service reps are fast and friendly, the site has been down only twice in two years. The billing feature isn't as efficient as quickbooks, so we import the info there. One change I would like to see is realtime clock in/clock out for the techs so there're unable to alter them. Perhaps expanding on the 'recent activity' section on the dashboard would be good too.
