Kommentare: I had the opportunity to use ManWinWi program in first version in May 2021 when I worked as a maintenance officer and manager of a giant drilling equipment workshop for a Greek company operating in Bucharest, Romania. Man winWin gave me powers and capabilities to control the maintenance program with high efficiency and record time. Excellent and detailed, Program. Giving you the opportunity to excel in your work. Also, one of the advantages of this program is that it is designed to deal with all levels. 1- When you are a beginner, you can use the main pages directly and write down all your data on them. It also gives you all the permissions to add any additional external files or invoices, images, etc. That facilitates your time and gives accuracy in dealing with saving time. Gradual and upgrading with the lack of time used. Really, I am one of the most admired users of this program. Because I had no previous experience. Advise everyone who works in the field of maintenance to try this program, even as a matter of experience, and I am sure that he will find in this program every need and increase. I thank everyone who designed this ManWinWin,soft ware, because they really contributed effectively to facilitating the work of maintenance officials and making their work more worthy. You can use it in many different types of industries and the asset registry features can accommodate for many different types of assets and the specifications clearly defined. It can also be installed locally and work where there is no internet connectivity temporarily. It suits different work environments. You can get the updates at a later time when you get back online.

Product limited to user themes or preferences terms of visual accessibility or colours and fonts.

Kommentare: I am happy and will congratulate every team member of Manwinwin for their excellent work.

Vorteile:

Definite pro is that for a mid level company this is the most inexpensive software one can use. It definitely takes time to learn but is useful nevertheless.Easy management of the equipment's in all the various sub-units we have.Easy scheduling and closing of work orders.

Nachteile:

Maybe it can be made more interactive and more companies should be involved. I have no idea the level of privacy one has. Is it sufficient to handle malware etc?

Kommentare: We are using ManWinWin since 2005 and, honestly, it has been a real pleasure working, in a daily basis, with this software. It help us a lot to analyze different maintenance parameters in such a way that, today, it´s completely impossible to work without it.
The program is very easy to use to everybody, which makes you completelly independent after the installation. The program offers a great analysis capabilities, with the possibility of creating your own KPI.
We recommend it 100%!

- Must improve Manwinwin Web so it can be more user friendly; - Permissions are not possible to customize as we need; - "Readings" tab don't work as they should work and are not mandatory; - Reports layout can´t be customize by the user; - If it's a MME (Measurement and Monitoring Equipment), the fields "Calibrations Status" and "Date", should me mandatory on the Work orders; - The "Preferences" must be improved in a way that we can define local, and not global preferences;

Kommentare: For the free trial I can say it offers alot so I definetly recomend it.

At first it seems dificult to use but you quickly get useed to it.

Most user friendly CMMS

Kommentare: In a nutshell, it makes my weekly and monthly presentations a piece of cake as it will summarize and show graphical representations that even non technical people will understand.

The Work orders module and plant state really help me monitor the status of the factory so easily at a glance.

Kommentare: Overall experience is very good.

Vorteile:

What i like most about ManWinWin is that it is made by asset managers. The worflows are intuitive and natural, all you might need is included, from a small maintenance department to a multi-site maintenance department. The learnign curve is short and you'll have it running in a short period of time.

Nachteile:

Nothing to mention. This is a good product.

Good practices in Maintenance Management

Vorteile:

The use of this tool, as well as the launching of the seed of Facility Management in BANK POPULAR allied with the continuous learning gave us, and me in particular, a very important know how about good practices and maintenance management. I can say that it has been a pleasure to work with you for many reasons, but I would like to emphasize professionalism, honesty and permanent availability. It is imperative of me to leave a huge thank you for all the collaboration in recent years.

Nachteile:

As with all software, if there is no continuous use, we can easily forget all the many facilities and tools available.

Probably the best tool in the market for maintenance management

Vorteile:

It's easy to use and you can get an overview about everything and every equipment in your plant. Also you can easily and in a quick way control costs, time per tasks, KPI's, materials needs, suppliers, and so you. The more you do in the implementation phase, the more you'll get afterwards.

Nachteile:

The implementation it's tough, but there is no other way if you want to put all the data on it. Also, I think that the quality of the image could be better.

Friendly and very helpfull on maintenance work management in Oil Terminals

Kommentare: We have made our first approach to using a MMS for about a year and a half at one of our oil terminals. The primary objective was to ensure a tool for work management and to ensure the tracking of maintenance actions. Our first experience was with ManWinWin and with very positive results at the management level. There was a clear improvement in the resources management and work follow up bringing efficiency to maintenance, guaranteeing a reliable structure for the introduction of performance indicators and support for optimization actions supported on data.

Vorteile:

Excellent support during the implementation phase and a team with a lot of experience and focused on customer needs. Very friendly use. Flexible, starting the use with just a simple work management tool it can be developled as experience and levels of maturity grow in users utilization.
